Nice hotel with relatively large rooms.
The one hotel wing is a bit awkward in the neighboring house. When we were there, the SPA area was just not visitable (because of conversion) but in the neighboring hotel you could visit the SPA.

A very well-kept, very clean, very comfortable hotel. A perfect room with a great, modern bathroom. The restoration and the bar are good. I didn't like the sterile looking swimming pool and the lounging areas. The sauna does not have a cooling pool and is too poor with just one sauna room. Compared to the rest of the hotel, it seems too careless. Don't get me wrong, it's okay. But unfortunately not more. The elevators are overwhelmed when checking in and out. Long waiting times.

The Pullman hotel's Blend bar and restaurant has a wide range of cocktails, drinks and bar food.
The restaurant opens from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Certainly one of the best hotels in Berlin! I have been to this hotel for many years. After the refurbishment, the decor, especially in the reception area and at the bar, has become very modern and stylish. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel ideally located from Tegel airport and for exploring the city center of Berlin thanks to the U bahn / S bahn node and Zoologischer Garten bus. Modern and tastefully decorated, we had a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms and bedding are very comfortable, well soundproofed and very clean. Breakfast is also up to the standard of the hotel. I recommend !

A home away from home! It's so nice to be remembered. The service is excellent and i MUST buy a bed like the ones the hotel has. I always sleep like a queen.

Nice hotel, centrally located at the zoo. We had a room on the 8th floor, with a fantastic view over the zoo into the countryside. We felt very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. It was our second stay at the Schweizerhof and we will definitely be back.

Loved the staff and the room was really nice. The spa was a bit weird for me. Sauna was over 90 celsius and really dry so was hard to enjoy that.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at this perfectly situated hotel. The Magnificent Tiergarten is within easy walking distance and the beautiful Berlin Zoo and Aquarium are also nearby. The street is reasonably quiet yet only a few hundred meters to local shops and restaurants. I was also able to take a canal tour within a few hundred metres of the hotel. My room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet excellent. I loved the pool and swam most days I was there. The only issue I had was that the reception and foyer area were often very crowded with conference delegates and several times I had to squeeze through a crowd to get to the lift. Some, not all, staff - either reception or kitchen, were aloof. On my last morning (27 September) the chef at the omelette bar was down right rude. He acted like it was a total inconvenience to make me an omelette. Weird! The positives certainly outweigh these few little negatives and I d stay again just for the location. The Blend Bar and Kitchen serves a great burger. I d say 4.5 stars.

Clean, big rooms, very close to the city. The bar is unfortunately not so great. Faded glasses that taste like a dishwasher, paper straws that dissolve quickly in the drinks and the staff does not get it to serve properly. We needed almost 30 minutes to order and then waited another 20 minutes for the 2 drinks.

Very good hotel just outside the crowdy centre of Berlin. Staff is very friendly and well willing to help out. My room was located at the wellness part of the hotel and was a bit hard to find back once left (had to take 2 different elevators each time. Hotelroom itself was really spacious, looked new and really quiet because it was located in a side street. Also the bed was great, definitly recommend this hotel to others.

Visited the restaurant Blend for dinner and drinks. A restaurant well worth visiting while in Berlin. Food and atmosphere is really good!

What an amazing hotel! The room was spacious, modern and comfortable.

The pool and spa was amazing, again very modern & open late. Looked like a good gym area (which I never used...).

We ate in the restaurant one night and it was delicious.

The staff all very efficient and welcoming. It's in Tiergarten bit of Berlin which is near lots of museums and restaurants. We went in winter so it was very reasonable priced.

Well situated just across the Tiergarden and close to the Zoo. Very nice rooms and a pretty good breakfast. They even have a 25 m pool along with the usual fitness room.

Great option for Berlin accommodation well located and comfortable.

The only thing I could really fault was that there was a few hairs on the tiles in the bathroom when I arrived.
However, these were removed after a notice to the housekeeper.
Otherwise a great hotel.

Top! Great location. Relatively large rooms. Nicely decorated. Very good beds. Very quiet, whether from the next room or from the hallway, you can hear nothing. The whole hotel is highly recommended. The spa area is a dream. I always like to come here.

Loved this hotel! The staff were the friendliest we came across in the city, and the location is awesome. Walking distance to the zoo, as well as other shops in the area. Close to a nice Christmas Market, if you go around then.
The food is fantastic, but it's not a cafe - so you'll pay for quality. It's worth it though. Really enjoyed it.

Had a great stay at Pullman for 4 nights in January, the room was spacious, clean and modern, with a nice view of the Berlin Zoo. I would especially note how good the breakfast was, the choice of food was excellent. The location is good too, close to the shopping district and public transportation. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, who comes to Berlin!

Very nice service and a very artistic hotel. Breakfast was really delicious. Location is well located, relatively quiet and yet close to the Zoologischer Garten.

That may sound strange but I have not experienced a hotel in which the employees so warmly deal with each other and certainly remember the guests!
I myself was unfortunately never a guest in this hotel, I always bring the flower decoration.
But .... I am of course behind the scenes and can tell everyone that it is a very clean hotel!

Only stayed for one night on business, but had a chest infection so the staff at the hotel were amazing. They called a Dr and ran out to get the meds as well as extending my time in the room without any extra charge so that I was fit to fly home the following day. Great service and a wonderful, caring team at the Pullman. Will come back and stay again
