To be fair, everything in terms of swimming, staff, service, room, and breakfast was perfect. However, upon check in, we were told that we can check out the next day at 4 pm (because we checked in at 6pm), which we really appreciated. Next day at 1 pm when we were still relaxing suddenly the staff started calling why we hadn't checked out at 12!! We told them an employee at the reception told us we could stay till 4 pm but they said no you should have confirmed that (nobody said anything about confirming). They hurried us to check out saying they were "overbooked" and people were fighting in the lobby for a room. At 2 pm we were almost ready to checkout when the room phone rang. I told the man on the phone please give me 5 minutes and I'll be down, he said no sorry I don't have this time!! I will send an employee to help you with your bags now! This was extremely unprofessional! I ended up forgetting my Huawei supercharger that is worth more than 100 AED just because he couldn't give me 5 minutes.
