Overall good hotel (not excellent) with nice lands...

Overall good hotel (not excellent) with nice landscapes and good services. Ms. Margarita at the steakhouse restaurant stands out among all Sofitel staff. She is impressive and deserves recognition. The view of the palm and the marina is fantastic day and night.
However, there is room for improvement in many areas:
1- Reception staff who checked us in (Naser) needs some counseling regarding professionalism and etiquette.
2- Coffee quality at Manava breakfast is average.
3- Balcony chairs are high dining chairs (not lounge chairs) and are not suitable for relaxation.
4- Shower floor is not tilted to allow water to flow to the drain. The water stays stagnant on the floor.
5- The carpeted corridors have a damp smell.
6- bathroom and closets wooden doors are not easy to close.
7- picture frames above the bed are not at same level.
8- Food quality, presentation, and service at family pool is below average.
