Perfect family vacation!
Let's start with breakfast:
The World Eatery team (especially Joe and Charles) greeted us every morning as if we were family. The quality and variety of the food is exceptional.
The pool was perfectly suited for our two children (3 and 4). Many thanks to Tek from the pool team who were always very helpful and personable.
The quality and cleanliness of the infrastructure at the beach, the spa and the kids club (which were adorable with our children) is remarkable and quite exceptional for such a family hotel.
The icing on the cake was the evening buffet at Manava, gargantuan and showing us dishes from a different region each evening.

Outstanding service. If you decide to stay here prepare to be treated like royalty. This resort is less then 5 years old and looks like it opened the day before we arrived. Simply immaculate. Ultra modern design and amenities. Due to the unique nature of the palm island design of the island, you get sea and beach views in virtually every room on the property. Only complaint is the beach area closes at 6pm nightly( too early for me) otherwise perfect.

A gigantic and beautiful hotel a lot of things to explore like 9 restaurants, 3 pools, 2 beaches, lots of shopping and so much more. The welcome is very nice, the staff is kind and caring and the location is ideal.
I recommend this experience to anyone who would like to do it.

Clean, comfy, peaceful and relaxing environment. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is many variety of activities for all.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, great boat trip from hotel but as a couple surrounded by far too many young families with tired children at all times. Always a screaming child. By day not a problem of course but during drinks and dinner not much fun when surrounded by running and/or tired children. One evening a child vomited violently directly behind us!
Maybe some form of separation/adult areas need to be considered for us to return or recommend hotel to friends.

Nice place to stay, there are too many restaurant to dine, the chinese restaurant gave us a top notch service! I will definitly come back with my family!

Very fresh and very sharp and Refried fish and shrimp. No alcohol. Cheap and colorful to disgrace.

One of best place to visit in dubai. its a family resort who looking for relaxing, friendly staff and value for money. i personally recommend sofitel the palm, anyone who likes to enjoy with their family.

Wonderful resort with amazing amenities. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment style room (room 9509, see attached pictures). The room features two balconies, a large full kitchen, a queen bed in the matter with a detached soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other bedroom features two twin beds with a toilet and walk in shower in it's own bathroom and there is a half bath in the living area as well.

The resort has its own beach with ample seating and attendants as well as a wonderful pool that was very cool in the middle of the day heat. Olivier's, the in lobby restaurant, offers a chocolate fondue platter we enjoyed and I have a separate review for.

Stunning beauty. Takes you to your own happy place. The layout and the landscape is was so fine. The conference hall is massive and well equipped. The service and the food & beverage was tops.. Even the service guys were good.

One of the best resorts in the UAE, I enjoyed my stay with kids.

Pros:
- 100% family oriented resort.
- I booked junior Suite which great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sofa shifts to bed.
- Breakfast is huge with good varieties
- Great pools, especially the small ones in kids club.
- Kids club for junior kids.

Cons:
Nothing at all.

Highly recommend resort.

Our check in experience was not great and the reception staff could have been more accommodating but the Manager on duty helped to make amends and we look forward to visiting again soon to take advantage of the wonderful facilities.

After a tour, we decided to go back to Sofitel The Palm and were not disappointed. It would be nice if in the future the dress code would be more important, especially at dinner. The signs alone are not enough. We find it unbearable when some guests (and not a few) appear here in shorts and beachwear and are not turned away. One can expect this in a five-star hotel.
The prices for drinks of any kind are too high!

A lovely hotel in the Palm Jumeira. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Didn't stay there, just had a coffee and worked for an hour or so. Free valet parking. Got to see the swimming pool which was also very nice. All the best!

A good place to be at, very relaxing and the environment is pretty nice too. I'd easily say that this hotel has to be the best hotel in the Palm.
Everyone has their preferences and expectations, this hotel met mine.

Lovely in every way. Food is great and room is both luxurious, spotless and spacious (junior suite). I literally can't fault it. We travelled as a family of 3 and we all had a great time, especially our 2 year old. Recommended.

little expensive... but It was amazing. Had great facilities. Loads of restaurants. Beautiful pools, spa, gym. Really friendly helpful staff. Perfect!

I stayed there last April, wonderful hotel! The stay was perfect!

After almost 10 days our stay ends. We enjoyed this hotel even in full covid restrictions ... a love of dedicated charming courageous and benevolent staff..thank you to our manager Hind el Kadiri regarding his kindness to me for also my health..we appreciated his gesture. For the hotel I put a 17 out of 20 following small problems ... for the room I put a 20 out of 20 and its exemplary cleanliness beware of oversights in the bathroom ... well soundproofed building ... very very room comfortable junior suite roum 2188..a delight for the bedding a magic bathroom ... swimming pool a 17 out of 20 ... does not place people no music no free gesture like Zabeel Sarey ... friendly swimming pool with masters attentive swimmers ... well-appointed beach but with small pebbles which hurt the feet very hot water too bad but in August it's hell even in paradise ... very very good but repetitive meals ... 3 days of buffets cause covid ditto for breakfasts ... let's be realistic we suffered the inconvenience of the covid but very well indicated on the hotel website who have done a remarkable job for the implementation of constant temperature disinfection airlocks on customers and other things ... bravo..general note 18 on 20..the hyatt. The zabel and sotitel are my favorites after 14 visits to the emirates .. thank you again to the backbone staff of this world-famous hotel chain. Be well and be proud of you

The environment is super beautiful and the price is moderate

I booked a day use with my wife and toddler, here are my comments.

For a 5-star hotel, there are certain standards you would expect, unfortunately quite some disappointing traits here and there:
1- The Spa (men), the robe was torn at the belt holder, the bathrooms and shower smelled like sewage, and the ambassador responsible to welcome you did not showcase the facilities provided the first time, and did not provide a towel or slippers the 2nd time.
2- The massage: First time was ok, second time some of the basic massage principles were not applied. First time ever I get my neck massaged with a one hand grasp, as if I was being strangled!
3- Beach is full of litter and cigarette butts.

Great experience!! Will certainly be back.

amazing service throughout the resort enjoyed my stay will be coming back. The front office personnel were amazing in welcoming their guest although im alone during my stay they make me feel life a member of their family. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends to try and enjoy their stay on the hotel

I spent 3 weeks in an apartment in the hotel, can only recommend it.
Location is great, right on the private beach with service on the beach, water quality is the only thing that wasn't great, because the almost closed sand system makes water circulation a little more difficult.
The apartment was huge with a huge bathtub in the middle of the bathroom or living room, just amazing when you were swimming you had Seeview with Skyline

Super great sushi restaurant, just great! Huge garden area with twittering birds really like in Paradise! Because the area is so large, shuttle is available at any time! Numerous restaurants, great service, incredible reception with dates, tea etc.
Large swimming pool, child-friendly, so if you need peace and quiet, go to the beach, but there is also a great children's bathing offer.
For your birthday, you get a great surprise in the apartment so that you feel something very special among the numerous guests.
There are many shops and other services such as hairdresser etc. in the hotel, with taxi or limousine service you can reach everything in the area.
Simply great!

Nice just spend the day around pools. Beach is not nice pool side was OK but crowded

Amazing is an understatement for this resort. The location is fabulous. And the staff is super friendly. And the resort is very well maintained, the food is more than amazing, but due to covid-19 there isn't alit of choices on the menu.

The beach is good enough.
Those who write bad reviews can add 3 more prices to their budget and in Four Seasons or even more.
Breakfasts are beyond praise.
Great shisha and snacks at the beach bar.
Of the minuses, there are a lot of people at breakfasts.
I bet 5 with a plus.
I will definitely come back on occasion.

Top class. Went with my family for a vacation. Had the oppurtunity to reside in the V hotel by hilton in Al Habtoor and this resort. This a truly wonderful place. The staff, the accommodation, the facilities, the pools are outclass.

The spa is good and the beach is reasonably good. My family enjoyed this and it was an amazing stay. Considering that this is on the palm, the only downside you may want to consider is that it is cut off from the main downtown in dubai. Having said this they have a shuttle service that runs twice daily towards mainstream dubai towards emirates mall and burj khalifa, and it is free of cost.

All in all a highly recommended place, especially if you are wanting to relax

One of the best accor hotels in the middle East with great dining experience at Moana seafood restaurant with very attentive service and delicious seafood specially the Friday ocean brunch.a must visit place.

The Sofitel Dubai Palm is a great resort. Staff always very polite and willing to help. Service is exceptional across all areas (reception, housekeeping, restaurant). Rooms are modern, spacious and immaculately cleaned every day. There is a good choice of restaurants on site. We stayed on a half board basis which included breakfast and lunch or dinner (daily voucher enables you to choose). There is a large outdoor pool/sand area for small kids as well as an indoor children's play area so very family friendly. The resort is further away from the "big city" feel of Dubai, located on the edge of the Palm next to The Atlantis. They provide a useful shuttle bus service to the Atlantis, Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates so options to explore. Taxi prices are reasonable in Dubai. Prices are high at the Sofitel but expected for a 5 star resort (all prices include 10% service charge and 10% authority charge so nothing extra to add on). Overall, excellent!

Excellent stay in a superior resort. A few tatty edges here or there, but overall, brilliant.

Lovely landscaped hotel with lots of greenery. Away from busy dubai, located at the Palm island.Very pleasant breakfast buffet with Tahitian decor and feel.

Arrival reception was wonderful, refreshing drinks offered. Reception staff helpful and pleasant
The rooms were beautifully kept and we had a view overlooking the palm
The restaurants have a great variety of food.
Staff always on hand to help answer a query or just smile and say hello!
We had a wonderful stay, so much so my partner proposed to me.
We are hoping to come back for our first wedding anniversary.

My first stay at this hotel was in February 2014 since I have been there every year. It is one of the most beautiful Sofitel that is.

Had an amazing staycation with pleasant view and weather.

From the day of booking, the call center agent is not very accommodating, I cannot believe that I am booking a 5 Star hotel.

First, they promised that they will send an email and will call me back, I've waited until 11 pm for the confirmation but I didn't receive any. I need to call them instead to find out that they forgot to call me back because the receptionist that I called ended her duty.

When they sent me the confirmation, they have misspelled my name twice which is very unusual especially to a 5 star hotel and to think that I have provided my email address with my correct name.

When we reached the hotel, the access card key didn't work and they asked me 4 times to collect the new card at the reception lobby, instead of delivering it to us.

The toilet flush also didn't work and the Bathtub sink needs to be repaired when we were inside the room.

There are no toiletries available as well

TV also didn't work at all.

On our check out, they are even charging us extra for the Ice cream that we didn't even order.

Lastly, the cabby dropped our luggage while we are on our way to the car.

I am not planning to comeback again to Sofitel.

A very wonderful and beautiful resort. Fast check-in and check-out staff cooperation and speed of service. The apartment is excellent and the design is more than wonderful. Only the kitchen minus a lot of its tools, as well as putting a sterilizer in the rooms or apartments.
COVID-19 precautionary measures are taken at the resort.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean They have several swimming pools for children and adults and they also have special places for children equipped with all activities for them have several excellent restaurants and buffet variety and excellent

A resort that will most likely wow you. The list of "pro"-s would be just too long, so my one "con" is the unbelievably loooong waiting time between orders / courses in the restaurants (both the steak house and seafood, for example). My family of 4 has spent between 2.5 - 3 hours on a single dinner.
