Amazing hotel, great location, awesome service. Would love to go back one day.

We stayed at your property to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary and for our 9 months old daughter first staycation. It was an amazing experience and the Team at the resort went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The staff is very attention to details and went over and beyond their duties (chef Mattoo @ Manava...sorry if the name is not accurate.... Prepared at la minute a fruit compote with no sugar for our 9 months old daughter... Boula @ Bottega). As a resident in the UAE we will definitely come back to the resort for staycation and also to enjoy the restaurants.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great staff, and great views.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great service and wonderful surroundings. Fantastic private beach and massage good pools, large and half sized. The food on site is at the rather expensive end

Two nights stay - three people

Pros:
- Main pool is nice big pool
- mini supermarket within the hotel - very convenient
- Hotel upgraded our room (booked on Sat to Mon)
- Gave us a late checkout till 4pm
- Hotel has four pools, however..
Cons:
- it's a family hotel hence all pools are filled with kids (I'm not sure why couldn't they dedicate one pool for adults only)
- Their buggy/golf cart service is poor, the timeframe to pick you up to drop you to the reception is pretty long, you'd end up walking instead
- Breakfast is pretty basic and nothing special
- due to Corona, we were supposed to fill in papers for our breakfast (Arabic or international) they did not follow what's mentioned on the paper - was pointless to even give us the papers to fill in
- Shakshouka tasted like eggs with curry
Nothing close to Shakshouka
- They added syrup to the pancake when we clearly asked to put it on the side
- added onion to the omlete when we asked not to
- outdated vegetable on the platters
- Beach restaurant by the main pool is so basic and very pricey

However after a complaint to the F&B manager and GM we got free drinks and lunch.

I would not really re-visit the hotel, since I enjoy adults pool and good breakfast.

Hotel facilities are diverse, interior decoration equipment is super five-star, breakfast food choices are high and the quality is high

Always a nice experience. Great hotel, with very nice and attentive staff, it is almost like coming home.
And 1000 thanks to our waiter Brian, who read our every wish from our eyes. Thank you Brian! You made every breakfast special!

Something else for all those who are unsure about one or the other rating: the mentioned construction site of the Royal Atlantis is approx. 500-600m away and can only be seen if you look to the far right, standing in front of the hotel. But since you usually look at the beach and the palm tree, you don't notice anything. So please don't be put off by that !!
The hotel is really great for families with children, the kids club is huge and there is even a water slide pool just for children. What more do you want??

Excellent hotel and food at the restaurants. We only stayed here for three days but we were thoroughly impressed by the facilities, had a fantastic view from the room we were staying in. I would certainly recommend going to the Moana for seafood dishes and the excellent Porterhouse for a steak. All staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and attentive. Wouldn t hesitate to stay here again. Thoroughly recommended.

Suffyan and Mr Win took good care of me. Having arrived very early in the morning, they managed to find me a room well before the check-in time and I really thank them. It was very pleasant. The room was beautiful. The amazing bed and as much the shower as the bath was perfect.

great place with amazing facilities for both couples and families.

Staff at the top, fortunately the Moroccans who work down speak French and helped us from start to finish for us to spend a dream vacation (oussama, mzalik and yassin). Clean and luxurious room (thank you mahendar) pool and beaches at the height of our expectations. The food is excellent and quite a selection. By cons it is not written anywhere when we booked that alcohol and smoking are prohibited even on the beach. Taxis are overpriced and the hotel has only one shuttle at 10am ...

Wow .. amazing place and by the beach and nice place to relax during weekends and to enhance ur feelings and service is top notch

Very nice hotel. Drinks very expensive. But you get free water in the room and can reorder (free of charge). It is far from the center and the malls. But there are good shuttle connections.

This hotel was amazing . Staff could not do enough for us . Rooms were clean . Will definitely be back.

This is a very large resort and is family oriented. The beach is not the best but it compensate with the gardens and the variety of pools. My favorite one is the pool with the waterfall. Best thing about this hotel are the activities offered for the kids, all kind of water sports and other entertainment activities offered in the kids club. The beach is not open early morning, only at 10 am, and it will be closed at 6 pm. Only the main pool will stay open until 8 pm.

Just had a week of pure bliss...

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel the palm , one of the most relaxing hotels we have been to , I would recommend this hotel to anyone that Is thinking of going to dubai , the pool is great and the private beach is excellent

Loved the resort really well maintained and the service is very nice staff is so helpful that you can ask them anytime about anything n they are ready to help. Good food. Good play area for kids nice pool. Beautiful infra. All in all. Awesome it is !

A good hotel, attentive staff, but with cleaning, somehow not very much. Many restaurants on site, the food in them is very tasty, but I would like more variety of food and change of dishes, especially it is worth revising the children's menu.

The Level of service has been amazing so far. The attention to detail by all of the staff has been excellent. The house keeping staff have been exceptional. Thanks to every member of staff who all excelled in their line of duty.

From our arrival at the Hotel we were looked after extremely well by all of the staff in every department, nothing was too much effort. We ate in the Porterhouse restaurant one evening, which was superb. The whole experience was brilliant and definitely would return.

Perfect place to spend a relaxing day while staying in Dubai! Careful and very friendly staff. The ideal location of the hotel is matched only by the pleasure provided by its various swimming pools! Special mention for the slides of one of the swimming pools, they will delight young and old alike

Excellent lunch at the Laguna Lounge!

This is the third time for me to Manava restaurant, so lovely place, wide variety of delicious food for Ramadan iftar open buffet and nice staff. This time I invited my sis with her family and mine and we were all happy. I got a good deal from Groupon. Highly recommended.

Great design, good service, and great facilities. Also a variety of really amazing restaurants and bars. But what I really appreciated more than anything else is the staff and guest service. From Check-in all the way to check-out, the hotel staff have really gone above and beyond to accommodate all my requests! Truly felt welcomed there, and will definitely be back there!

Our entail confusion was why the entire booking was in my name when my partner had booked and paid for absolutely everything! This caused irritant at check in and each time he tried to sign for services within the hotel.
The manor of the gentleman who checked us in was some what condescending when my partner wanted to upgrade is to Millesime lounge.Followed by an exstremly judgmental comment about upgrading to the Opera suit room 4141.Implying that we could not possibly afford such an upgrade.
Does a Severn figure salary not afford such luxuries.
However we did upgrade and the room it's self was beautiful.
We both felt that simple thing we would exapect from a 5 star hotel especially when in a suit were missing.
No turn down service in the evenings,Bose docking station out of date.TV was not working correctly, hairdryer was broken, plug in bath leaked so much we had to keep the taps running.
We asked for ice and was provided with a glass of ice not a bucket as one would exspected.
The Millesime lounge was pleasant but luxurious.
The staff in the loung were exceptional and especially the eastern Europe lady (please accept our apologies we did not catch her name).
The food however was displayed very nicely but was simply the food from the buffet restaurant much to our disappointment having experienced a dreadful meal in the Manava on our first evening.
The second evening we ate at Moana and the food was lovely and service was great.
We also had an evening meal the last night in Porterhouse Steaks and had a lovely meal with two irritation that our mains was out before they had even cleared our starters.
And when the starters had arrived my partner was sat next to me and not in his seat as we were having a romantic chat when the manager came over and was a bit pushy in indicating to him that he had to sit and eat his started.
She stood next to his chair pulled it out looking at him smile on face but clearly saying you need to start.
My partner felt so awkward he sat in his seat and she replaced his napkin. Spoiling the moment and the romantic conversation we were having.
The hotel it's self is lovely but this is not a resort for a couple seeking a romantic break.
There is a number of pools and some dedicated to children but none for adult only.
The main swimming pool is not big enough for the amount of people using it and perhaps a consideration of having reserved sun lounges as an option for those staying in the opera or presidential suits.
We struggled to find a lounger the second day of our holiday.
This is not a hotel we would recommend or use again ourselves.
My partner and I are security and estate managers for royalty and UHNWI with vast experience in luxury hotels at the highest standards and we both feel with a bit of tweeking your hotel could easily reach its potential.
I hope you can receive this in the way it is meant.

Very comfortable and of great quality your stays. Very friendly employees and they do the job well.

Poor and slow service, we dined in Indian restaurant, never will come back

Great hotel on the palm, nice selection of pools and good beach chairs on the beach. The service is upscale and we had a really great junior suite (free upgrade) with fresh fruit in the room. The breakfast was also good and could be taken in two places, the restaurant in the main building was accordingly more frequented, while in the smaller restaurant in an outbuilding was much more relaxed.
Gladly again.

Nice hotel with great service. Pool cabanas are really nice with the only downside being the guys coming round every hour trying to sell boat trips, photos and hair styling/ barber shop. Apparently saying no thanks one time is not enough. The Porterhouse restaurant was exceptional but reserve early as its popular.

Amazing place, amazing room, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help too. Waking up to a really good view of the ocean every morning, and then going down for breakfast where the chefs even assist you on how they can help (its a buffet style breakfast) so it was worth everything.
