From the day of booking, the call center agent is not very accommodating, I cannot believe that I am booking a 5 Star hotel.
First, they promised that they will send an email and will call me back, I've waited until 11 pm for the confirmation but I didn't receive any. I need to call them instead to find out that they forgot to call me back because the receptionist that I called ended her duty.
When they sent me the confirmation, they have misspelled my name twice which is very unusual especially to a 5 star hotel and to think that I have provided my email address with my correct name.
When we reached the hotel, the access card key didn't work and they asked me 4 times to collect the new card at the reception lobby, instead of delivering it to us.
The toilet flush also didn't work and the Bathtub sink needs to be repaired when we were inside the room.
There are no toiletries available as well
TV also didn't work at all.
On our check out, they are even charging us extra for the Ice cream that we didn't even order.
Lastly, the cabby dropped our luggage while we are on our way to the car.
I am not planning to comeback again to Sofitel.
