I like stay at your hotel. Everything was amazing overthere. Excellent service and very nice gift was given to us [luch voucher].

The place is beautiful and haidi and the nature is wonderful

I work as an house keeping we make a room ready for guest to move in the room.

Have to be honest, I m not sure why their reviews are so fabulous.

The good:

- Polite staff (for the most part)
- Florent is an amazing manager. Hind is also extra polite. The extra star is for them.
- Breakfast staff are very accommodating

The bad:

- Front desk staff often behave like you re an inconvenience to them. A mere smile is often hard.
- Front desk say no about most things. Some things as simple as a luffa had to be let me check . I ve not experienced staff endeavour to be as unhelpful as possible so hard before.
- Rooms are damp. We moved rooms and it was better but it is not acceptable to experience damp.
- Rooms are a little dated.

I don t think I d come back here. It was definitely not a 5* experience for the cost.

Great hotel, best service and great food! However, I missed the entertainment as a solo traveler, so only 4 out of 5 stars for a perfect holiday.

I stayed at Atlantis but personally I would recommend this hotel in terms of facilities, design and year-end price. When the breakfast was around 10 o'clock, there was a long procession, and I couldn't put it in after all. It is said that it happens in the way of the hotel.

The Softitel team are extremely friendly, polite and helpful they are always on hand ready to assist with your every request. The resort is flawless and very clean. The food is amazing, highly recommend Porterhouse restaurant for dinner and Bottega for breakfast. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and just a short stroll away from the private beach. There is no better place to be in Dubai :)

Best Hotel experience for a staycation , and it starts with the warm welcome you receive from Samira at the checkin counter. kids had so much fun , we all had great time, smoothie check in and check out

It's our first time staying at Sofitel The Palm and I must say that our experience was definitely something worth coming back for! The hotel features are amazing! The staffs - Reception (Irish and Samera - were very helpful and professionals) and Attendant (Ado - was so accommodating and very friendly). Can't wait to come back to this hotel! One of the best hotels my family and I have ever been to!

A large, clean, well-kept hotel on the very shore of an artificial island. The staff are well trained, extremely friendly and helpful. Three (!) Lifeguards are constantly on duty by the pool, ready to immediately rush to help if you or your children take a sip of excess water.
Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the map on the very coast of the island, and the imagination draws the open sea from the window, it must be borne in mind that in fact it faces the inner bay of the island, and a road passes between it and the outer coast. Therefore, when choosing a sea view, keep in mind that it may be across the road. Which, in my opinion, does not make him any worse.
Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The animals were not noticed.
Don't forget the adapter (non-European plug socket).
The breakfasts are plentiful, with a huge selection. But you have to be extremely punctual; if it is written that breakfast is before 10, then by 10 it is already completely useless to come, and 10 minutes before that they begin to collect distribution.

At the entrance to the hotel, 3-4 hotel employees are constantly on duty, who will call you a taxi in a second. They are constantly waiting here. But, be aware that first of all "special" cars will be offered, for example "Tesla" or some "Lexus" without "taxi" marks. The price for this will be about 50 - 80 percent more expensive. Thus, a trip to downtown (Burj Khalifa) by Tesla will cost you 150 AED (divide by 3 to convert to $), and a regular taxi will be 75 - 80.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Great rooms, great facilities, geat deal packages, lovely view, most importantly excellent service... from the door man to the receptionist to the butler to the waiter... top customer service!

Needed some improvement in the service but overall good

My second visit back to this resort, I can't say enough good things about the Sofitel The Palm and it's Front House Manager, Suleman. He has done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Suleman offered first class customer service, the best of the best!

We had 3 x 1 bedroom apartments (thanks for the upgrade Suleman) the rooms (9408, 9406, 9404) were comfortable and incredibly well designed which had a balconies from which you can see the palm and ocean. Anything you need is a quick phone call away.

We only encountered one issue caused by a lady Shift Duty Manager (Richa) whereby 2 our rooms had halfboard+ and 1 room didn't due to our travel agency using 2 different providers to book the hotel. She was rude and told us its our internal problem and to sort it out with my travel agency I told her it's Saturday they won't open till Monday again she didn't care was rude and unprofessional. However this issue was resolved promptly the following day by Suleman who offered the one room the halfboard+ for those who don't know what the '+' it's basically one drink with your lunch/dinner. I find it weird how professional, kind, happy, energetic one manager is (Suleman) compared to the other (Richa).

On the positive side it is a testament to the fact that you can have a great hotel on the palm and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service. Special thanks to all the porter and restaurant staff members. All the restaurants were good and offered delicious fresh vegetarian options.

Rajeev the chef at the Manava Restaurant was a pleasant staff who made delicious food, great customer service. He made us meals upon our special requests for Indian food such as Aloo Paronte, Lacha Parontha, Dhaal Makhani and list goes on.

As I said, I cannot say enough. If you want to know more, just message me. I am happy to go into greater detail. But the bottom line, I recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone.

Very warm and friendly staff. Very helpful and welcoming.
Ms. Irina from the Club EXECUTIVE was very nice and welcoming. Ensuring that our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

However I would like to suggest as we the guest/members of the Accor group..are eating and dinning throughout the hotel. would be very satisfying if the amount of money spent be accumulated as points towards our membership.

The Asian night at The restaurant wasn't very nice. The food was not satisfying and was not worth the value of money...too expensive for such.

I stayed recently and it was very nice, the service was great and so were the rooms!

Great hotel, clean and well maintained. Nice ambience and super nice staff. You can also be served gluten-free food on request. We had this confirmed to us beforehand via email and were not disappointed. The beach and pools are in good condition and invite you to relax. Special thanks go to the following people ... Shekar from houskeeping. He was always very friendly and always asked if everything was right. Concierge Mr. Win (Erwin). He was always very nice and took care of and answered all questions, as well as the chefs Ashish, Noor and Yibhor. These three were super friendly and took care of the gluten-free food very well and always freshly prepared it in the kitchen by arrangement. The restaurant managers at Manava and Porterhouse were always very nice and competent, especially when it came to advice on gluten-free food. It was an all-round successful and relaxing holiday for us at Sofitel The Palm.

Awesome hotel. The sunset at the pool is a nice gift for the view, the sky gets pink and water turquoise! I can spend hours and hours reading a book, swimming in private pool and enjoying sun at private beach. Nice restaurants, service and Drinks!

Is the sport allowed at the age of 15 and is bored that there is a punching bag for boxing

The Sofitel Palm Hotel in Dubai is a very beautiful hotel, a very pleasant, quiet location, which allows for a very pleasant vacation. The comfort of the rooms also very, we had a junior suite
with a superb bathroom and a double balcony. The infrastructure in the room is good
the housekeeping staff do not know what to do to please you.
On the other hand, having a Gold Sofitel card, I had no ranking and no precautions, I wonder what is this card for?

2. Excessive price tag in paid services, restaurants, spa and entertainment.
3. Little or no free activities, but in Facebook it has been reduced to 25% on some of them.
4. The balcony was open to everyone, meaning there was no privacy, and even the rooms' glass was semi-transparent, meaning at night, the curtains had to be closed for conservative families.
5. Conservative families should note that in the morning and noon there are inappropriate views of the beach and around the pool.
