Noise. Eccentric. Expensive. Groom service medium dishes

Its our second time here and we love the place Naresh, our waiter at breakfast, was particularly nice and helpful keep it up

It's was a very family feeling with the staff who are very helpful for our entire stay.

One of my favorite Resorts in Dubai. The service is amazing and staff are helpful, and friendly. There is one main big pool surrounded by cabanas and beach chairs, some of the cabanas are free of charge except those that are directly facing the pool. There are kid's pools as well next to the the kids club which has a variety of activities for kids to keep them entertained most of the day, I always enjoy my stay there

Room is perfect and house keeping service very nice

This place is a great day out. The food at the restaurants is sublime. And the accommodations they make for a great day out with friends and family

Had an amazing time food was excellent, room was amazing, slight shame they didn t clean the room and breakfast was a bit chaotic (had to ask a few times for things) however had a lovely time, most likely wouldn t return if being honest because of those two factors, however still had an awesome time.

Such an amazing hotel, it was our first time there but definitely not the last

Nice rooms, good food, clean beach, excellent service orientation of the staff. Mr. Soliman (reception) and Mr. Charles (waiter @ beach and breakfast) made a lasting impression on me with their commitment and efforts. I have never before seen hotel staff working so hard for the well-being of their guests!

Stayed in August, really nice hotel as you can see from the photos. Polynesian style structure in excellent condition, large entrance hall with various places to relax.
Staff very well prepared and extremely helpful, always with a smile and polite. We happened to have a problem in the room fixed right away. Reception from ten and praise.
Accommodation (I state that we were staying in a junior suite with sea view) very large modern room equipped with all the comforts even more, high quality body products, comfortable mattresses and pillows, large equipped terrace. You couldn't ask for more. The only flaw but I think our bad luck the sea view was not there because we had in front of the air conditioning unit that blocked the view.
Wonderful swimming pool and beach always available with sun loungers bar service with direct call from the umbrella, the hotel has three swimming pools all special and worth trying.
The hotel has a spa, a well-stocked mini market.
Eating a delight in various restaurants available from fish to meat to Asian, we have dined at the manava restaurant with the bbq evening very good a thousand types of dishes, desserts to no end deserves.
In conclusion a fabulous hotel that I would definitely recommend and to which I will return hoping for a room with a better view.

Nice hotel but prices are crazily expensive. AED 35 for a double expresso, the most expensive in Dubai!

A great area with lots of space, nice beach. Friendly and professional reception staff, always in a good mood, and top service everywhere in this hotel. Food very varied and delicious in the buffet, also restaurant with service very good. Our room was very nice and clean.

Really enjoyed this hotel, especially porterhouse restaurant.

I think this hotel is really, really nice. They are doing the best they can with covid restrictions and keeping the place very safe and up to hygiene standards. All facilities are gorgeous and it s a wonderful, relaxing oasis.

The service is very excellent and worth the money to be paid by the clean cleaning service

We made use of the UAE residents offer on their website and had a wonderful stay!

We got upgraded to a beach suite, which was huge and super deluxe!!
Unfortunately because of the covid19 restrictions most restaurants were closed and selection was limited to World of Eatery. The menu options are very limited and this was disappointing. Further the restaurant was a bit difficult to find as it's inside one of the apartment buildings but no sign is posted anywhere that it's actually inside, this could definitely be added and make it more clear for future guests.

Furthermore the staff was all helpful and very friendly! Definitely recommend and we will be back in the future when everything is fully open again.

Every thing was perfect
The only thing which I didn't like is the Spa rules.
When we asked them that me and my wife we like to have a couple massage they informed us that the rules of spa is male to male and female to female even for couple massage
For this we had to do booking with other 5* hotel in the palm to manage to get the service we were expecting.

Highlight hotel in Dubai. Perfect in the off season. Great service and great rooms. We will be back.

Clean and modern resort.

The only reason why I have scored it low is the location. Palm is amazing but felt it was too far away from the city. If your happy with staying in and not venturing out then this would be ideal.

However, just to take a trip for a quick bite is a 30min taxi journey.

The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the city and malls but we rarely would take as it just didn t fit within our plans.

Pools were excellent and dotted all across the resort.

Excellent breakfast buffet.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. The most comforting and friendly staff, I am extremely pleased by the service provided to my family and I. I truly enjoyed the family friendly environment and how wonderful everyone was with my two year old.

We spent today in a cabana around the main pool.
We were very well looked after by Lahiru.
Food and service were excellent.

I thought long and hard of whether to write this review but feel compelled for the GM to be aware .. upon making our Christmas brunch reservation there was an issue with the system (I would love to elaborate further directly)After much ado our reservation was confirmed with indoor seating. Christmas Day brunch was sadly very ordinary. There were no welcome drinks, no bubbles on the package, untrained staff serving food (staff serving sushi with gloves hands not tongs!) we had to request drinks and removal of plates. I requested gravy and was given lamb (not requested) and gravy thrown over my prawns and sala verde! Not an appetizing Christmas lunch (happy to provide a picture on request). It seemed the staff were overwhelmed yet there were a number of management wondering around but not lending a hand. Sadly not the festive day we would have expected from an Accor property

Best hotel and resort I've been to in Dubai.. and I've been to a lot. The service here is impeccable the food is delicious and the facilities are second to none. You pay for it, but if you're looking for a comfortable stay with everything you need at your fingertips and all in a very relaxing atmosphere then look no further.

We enjoyed the seafood brunch and a day on the beach. The hotel looked fabulous, would love to stay here another time.

Ambience is very good and taste of beer was nice. Good place to chill. Moreover it is an expensive hotel.

I came here a few years back with other half. Proposed along the beach after a romantic dinner. Everything went to plan and now I have a Fiance and the best memories of this place. The rest is history :)

Is pretty far on the palm. It takes at least 30 minutes to the Mall of Dubai. It is too far away for me. What bothered me a lot, we always had a stripped down menu in the evening, as we booked half board. I do not know anything like that ... In Jumeirah, some dishes cost a bit extra, but I have never seen a half board menu there. That was not nice. That's why I would not visit this hotel anymore ...

amazing service throughout the resort enjoyed my stay will be coming back. The front office personnel were amazing in welcoming their guest although im alone during my stay they make me feel life a member of their family. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends to try and enjoy their stay on the hotel

A beautiful and luxurious hotel! The rooms are spacious with all amenities, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, two bathrooms, etc. With an incredible view of the sea! Outstanding attention and friendliness of all staff.

We came back to Sofitel after one year and stayed in the apartment 7508 -I loved the space and comfort-extremely clean. It was relaxing time for family in fantastic surroundings. We need to mention Mr Hassan and Mr Ismail for personal and kind approach, they are the people you remember and they make you want to come back:) thank you Mr Nestor for your care and such a positive and helpful attitude!Thank you to the ladies in Manava restaurant, always smiling always ready to help! the staff in Kids club -phenomenal, such an amazing team my son was so happy there!let's not forget Sofitel was a place where you have choice of different swimming pool for different mood, lovely restaurants with amazing staff-Porterhouse was magic and all the servers with their manager were on point and so nice! We will be back!

For the price it's very average, rooms and staff are worth 4 stars but the food is lacking in variety and quality for a "5 star" hotel.

I would recommend to come to the hotel for afternoon tea or drinks in the evening but certainly not to stay.

Comfortable rooms,well appointed,good choice of restaurants,as with all holidays the Brits embarrass us with the towel rush.

My wife and I stayed for 3 night to get away from the little one! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by the polite and courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The hotel is wonderful and maintained to a very high standard. During our stay, we had half board. We opted for breakfast and dinner each day in each of the three a la carte restaurants. Each of these provided multiple lovely options for each of the three courses available and the food was delicious! My wife and I were so sad to leave (she shed a tier!) and hope that we can come back one day soon for another treat, in this wonderful luxury hotel resort! hanks so much we really mean it! :-)

nice hotel with helpful staff ,clean beach, they have supermarket and a lot of shops , kids area and pool ,ask for micko at the reception , he is very nice and helpful , I liked the breakfast and I asked for smoked salmon it wasn t in the buffet but it was free .
