Amazing price (55 aed + 30% off menu) for a great resort! 3 great pools and an awesome private beach with a skyline view of Burj Khalifa. Totally worth it!

Aziz, Uson, Marcus, nadia and Didar were the best hosts for our first night in Dubai, we had the most amazing food. The meat kofta was the best I ve ever had and I would definitely come back and indulge in their delicious first class food again and again !! Thank you for a wonderful experience

Beautiful property with great pool and beach area. The Polynesian design adds a very welcoming feel to the place. Excellent crab in Moana restaurant.

Splendid hotel, very nice like all the rest of Dubai, swimming pool with all the necessary comforts and beautiful beach with great service, perhaps the only flaw are sunbeds and umbrellas really too attached to each other, overall great, we ate excellent meat at the restaurant porterhouse, one of the 12 in the structure

We stayed in this hotel during our stay in Dubai and it was an amazing experience, walking distance to the Marina and other great attractions, hotel was very neat and up to the standards.

One of the best beach resorts for big families in Dubai and they also have a big selection of gluten-free food. We stayed at the two-bedroom appartments and they are incredibly spacious and beautiful.

The rooms are great, all the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I'll be staying there again next time I go back.

We had booked a cancellable week at this hotel at any time, but border closures forced us to cancel.
Our travel agent tells us that the hotel takes a credit and refuses to reimburse.
Emirates reimbursed the plane tickets without discussion, but the Sofitel probably cannot afford to keep these commitments.
It's a shame because normally in Dubai the service is excellent.

Amazing service and hospitality. Was served by a wonderful front desk and concierge. Followed by an event where the banqueting and AV team outshone every hotel back home in Singapore. Bravo, Sofitel

Great food, hospitality, service, facilities , beach, pools and restaurants. I cannot fault this hotel at all. Really enjoyed my stay and will be looking to come back in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Family resort... Lots of restaurant choices and kids fun

We stayed in a luxury palm view room, which was overlooking the front swimming pool. the room was lovely, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing holiday, and I am booking to come next year with my family.

I m very disappointed from staff !!! Lady in reception Lourdes Aceres was so rude, unprofessional, incompetent! I have never seen such a terrible attitude to the guests! Managers of the hotel must necessarily give trainings for staff how to behave with people !!! 5 August 2018

I normally dont write reviews but i felt like i need to. This place is amazing. The service top notch and the personnel is just fantastic. Food generally is one if the best i have ever had. Keep it up and see u soon.

Best Iftar we had this Ramadan. High quality food. Huge variety making it impossible to try everything. However, dessert station is extremely limited and very basic. Very nice ambience. Excellent service. Good deal with Groupon coupons. Recommended.

Me and my husband love sofitel the palm!! This is the place where we met and this is the place where we celebrate our honeymoon!! Perfect staycation for all the Dubai residents! We also love the steaks at the Porterhouse, all staff makes us feel welcome every time! Keep it up sofitel the palm!

I have been coming to the Sofitel Palm for seven years and on every occasion they have delivered an outstanding experience. The staff are a credit to their brand image and nothing is ever to much trouble. Today the chef in Manava Restaurant made my girlfriend a vegan cake.

Our 2nd visit to the Sofitel Dubai. The Palm. Love the place. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The standard within the hotel as a whole is of the highest quality. The staff make it clear that they are there to help if needed. In their eyes, you are the most important person and are treated as such. The food variety and quality on offer is of the highest standard and will meet all tastes.
If you have the desire to pamper yourself I would suggest a visit to Zaki's within the hotel. Hair cuts, facials, manicures pedicures and much more. Have a chat with Mohammad, he will look after. You will be treated like royalty.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Forgot to mention the weather. Wall to wall sunshine every day even in their winter.

-arrived at 4 pm, had to wait 1,5 hours to get into the room :(
-they say they care about environment but use too much plastic and single use things, the staff definitely was not trained in accordance with this concept
-there s no socket for a hair drier next to the mirror in the bathroom which I find very inconvenient
-coffee is so so

We had an amazing 5 day stay at the Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was ideal to enjoy the beach and swimming pools and close enough to visit the sites around Dubai. If I would be very critical then, the only slight negative comment I would have: we had specified a room with sea view, but as we were on the first floor we could only see the palm trees in front of the hotel, and the Bose system in the room only had an old style Apple connector and no radio reception so was not usable.

Had a great stay in this lovely hotel for 4 days..and received a five star classy treatment from all the staff..the hotel interior was extremely nice as well as the elegant clean rooms..Plus the spa experience was incredible and out of this world and probably the best I have visited ever.. Will definetly go back to stay in this hotel over and over again!

Doesn t deserve 3 starts even , very dirty rooms and unprofessional stuff, like Richa she is the duty manager she is very rude and doesn t know about the hospitality

I enjoyed my time in this lovely hotel. The room was big with a useful kitchen and the room was clean everyday. Once I arrived to the hotel I was given a cold small towel and a nice cold drink as a welcoming to feel refreshed. All the staff here are hard workers and are very pleasant. The food was amazing and the servers made sure I was happy for breakfast and dinner, especially thanks to Chetan to making the experience even better. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Dubai.

Amazing stay during the long holiday. Great view and you will really love to stay in this place. Just average for restaurants. Very helpful staff. Pricey though but understandable for it s nice location and view.

Hotel has a super relaxed atmosphere. Gardens are beautifully landscaped and rooms are nicely decorated. Service is essentially excellent. The beach is nice, only the beds need replacing here and there ...

Extraordinary beauty of the place, everything is at the highest level, room, view from the room, service, cleanliness everywhere is perfect, special praise is due to the administrator Elizabeth, who made our stay at the hotel even more unsurpassed!
Hotel area, hotel, room - so beautiful that it is impossible to put into words. There are so many super places for children !!! It is also convenient to use transfers to the city)
A little tweak breakfasts, compared to Hilton jumeirah -poor and also caught a moment about which much is written on the Internet by hotel guests- stagnant water on the beach, water with bubbles and unpleasant silt underfoot 2-3 steps from the beach, about the fact that it did not particularly affect our holiday, the impressions were very, very pleasant, and not unforgettable! We had a family staycation at Sofitel hotel and we would like to say that from the beginning to the end, our holiday was amazing. We had dinner in two different restuarants. One of them was World Eatery International Cuisine (where we had pizza, pasta and dessert. They were all delicious) and the other one was Manava Restaurant. Since we ate on a Friday night, it was an International Buffet where we were served by the chefs. We especially recommend Manava restaurant because they were extremely friendly and the chef went out of his way to serve special food for my lactose-intolerant son. He made my son special lactose-free soup and dessert. During our stay, we didnt have to ever mention that my son has lactose-intolerance because already every restaurant staff was aware of it and especially Mr Ramesh and Chef Aashish took special care of my son s diet. And waiter Mohammad Wakas served us with extraordinary kindness and care. We highly recommend Sofitel Hotel and Manava Restaurant.We will be definitely back.
