Has gone downhill since it opened, food was just ok but everyone got sick, even the really careful ones! Had a private pool but it was always in the shade and freezing. Cheaper and better hotels are elsewhere.

Had booked for a massage but very disappointing . The bed was not refreshed. The bedsheet had not been changed and was used by past customers. I had to insist to get the bed sheet changed. Quite disappointing for a renown brand.
We were greeted by Mr. Karan Singh who introduced us to the reception staff and from then on we received excellent service in all respects.
Super friendly staff and in general very high standard. Though the price on the food is a bit too high for what you get ( not breakfast cause thats awesome). Ill come back for sure.
Fabulous resort and villa - a dream space to relax and forget about work. Service is fantastic and the food is perfect. Like any resort, prices are more expensive that outside... Like for a massage - however still cheaper than AUS or EU etc and you definitely get better service and treatments. Also has free flowing alcohol at happy hour. I would love to see a 'dance club' or 'bar' destination for younger party goers... Pool is beautiful and views are fantastic

Spend 4D3N here and didn't leave the hotel! It's very relaxing, staffs are friendly and beach is clean. It's on the pricey side. Food isn't that great - Cuccina was disappointing, chilli isn't spicy, my Bloody Mary doesn't come with celery. Breakfast was good - my fav meal of the day.

Good experience in this beautiful resort. People are nice and welcoming, the rooms are big and cozy, the bed are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is provided with abundant choices. Private beach and swimming pool is also accessible.

Checking in for a room paid by someone else, family even, makes the progress longer if you're not ready providing them the same credit card used to pay the room (Or at least the photo of the card. You're required to send the photo and then, their slow mail server makes you wait longer for the photo to be received on their end).

I'm currently staying at Sofitel Hotel Nusa Dua and I totally agree with the previous review Tyler Fisher about the cold breakfast. We tried to inform one of the staff who was walking around asking guests how the food was and he came back and informed us the food was actually hot when it wasn't. Some of the staff are unapproachable as they look away when you try to approach them . Long wait for the tea and it's always cold. When we checked in we were given a room which appeared like it had not been cleaned for weeks on end. There was dust everywhere, you couldn't touch the phone as it was covered in dust, the rain shower head was covered in lime scale and green muck- definitely not fit for a five star hotel. We raised the issue with the duty manager who was kind enough to move us to another room. Other issues that we also experienced was the slow check in process considering how long we waited for the room to be ready and then finding out all the issues that we have mentioned above just dumpened our experience at Sofitel. Having moved from Rimba by Ayana we know exactly what a five star hotel should be.
very magnificent everything its good. but the hotel does not provide a float for the pool and for children in desperate need of it. the food is quite tasty but there is food that tastes less fresh like raw fish and salad. me and family enjoy stay in vip hotel room nice private pool.
You can spend 1000s of dollars here and the service will still be atrocious. Go to St Regis or Conrad instead. Selviana Fortunella from reservations is the most obstinate, rudest person and should never work in hospitality.

By far one of the most impressive properties I've experienced. Architecturally its amazing. The room's interiors were brilliant. A contemporary modern interior thoughtfully designed space with clever detailing interweaving a Balinese theme.
Ribka one off the staff members truley reflected the beauty of the place and the level of service which should set the benchmark at this and other resort. Manarai beach club is brillant, the feel, friendly staff and food exceptional.
Unfortunately this is where the compliments stop.
Check in and checkout process is long, tedious and not personal.Not welcoming at all especially as an Accor member.
Requesting support and service during our stay was painful and often not existant.
Breakfast is an absolute disaster. Obviously a single central breakfast buffet doesn't work here due to the size + number of guests it serves. The layout isnt user friendly. Utilizing other restaurants with smaller / bespoke / styled themed breakfasts may help alleviate some pressures. Staff do not appear to be properly trained / supported to work in this environment. Orders are forgotten, not always procured correctly and struggled to understand and serve their guests. Not a great way to start the day.
Food at times would be exceptional but the following meal average sometimes waiting for more than 60 mins or completely forgotten an order.
Lack of service around the pools was dissapoint abd number of staff and level of service contradicted the adjoining beach club which was over staffed and almost over serviced
The property lacked personality not because of its size as i have found this is part of the Sofitel DNA. It is not the level of support / service deservingly fit for such a property and displeasurs as me to say it was the most disappointing stay to any of the Accor properties.

Wow. Pure relaxation. Professional and curtious staff. Always smiling. Have a look at the adjoining manerai beach club. Food was fantastic at the cucina restaurant. Kids club is amazing and our kids were happy. So happy they cried when we left. Thank you to all the staff who made this a very special holiday!

Great hotel we had 5 nights many restaurants with great food and all you can eat breakfast. The pool areas and kids club awesome place to spend your day and relax.
You can walk along the beautiful beaches and visit the bali connection mall ,have fresh fish for lunch ,grab a massage and do plenty of shoping .we had a great time

We booked a Pool Access room for 5 nights with Club Millesme access. From the first step into the hotel we really felt the genuine hospitality. Everybody we met smiled and greeted us without a fail. Check in and check out were smooth. I had requested for some special arrangements and Yolsy Dwi Mahayu who is a guest experience ambassador at the hotel did a great job in executing them. It was our honeymoon and I requested to decorate the room and bath accordingly upon our arrival. Also, my wife's birthday was on one of the days we stayed at the hotel and I also requested to decorate the room to celebrate that. We also received 2 complementary cakes for the two occasions. Yolsy was prompt in responding to my emails and coordinated the arrangements well. Kudos to her for that.
We had floating breakfast at the hotel and it was an amazing experience. The best attraction in the hotel (at least for us) and the reason we chose the hotel for our honeymoon was the amazing pool. It was clean and water was always warm. Its also surrounded by a lot of greenery. The best thing was that you can enter the pool from your room. The staff at Millesme club were also welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious throughout the hotel. Overall, we had a magnificent stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.
Personal suggestion: Older pictures are quiet to Nusa Dua, young people will be more boring in Nusa Dua

This family vacation we chose to stay in some 5 star hotels in Bali and Sofia is one of them. The room is very clean and spacious. We stayed at the Ocean View and the beach was amazingly clear. We stayed during the new year so the hotel was rather crowded. Complete breakfast! So many choices that you don't know what to eat! I was served by Mbak Tia while at the restaurant yesterday. Very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this sofitel hotel. Will come back again for sure.
