I understand that you are going through hard time to survive now. But you are lowering standard too much. None of the TV channels are working. Air cond in the kids club and gym were off when i visited. The worst was your breakfast. Breakfast is mainly nasi goreng, mie goreng, egg, sausage and bacon. Not a single pastries were available and i asked for latte, and i was told that i had to pay extra for latte. I stayed there from 28th Oct to 1st Nov and i was very disappointed. Other than those, room were nice and clean, swimming pool was also good, but i expected more for the brand "sofitel".

1-star review for Sofitel Security on duty December 1, 2019 and Mr. Gunarsa. Very uncooperative. We ordered a go send to send goods to Manarai. But we are not allowed to enter, we were told to take it to the front. I haven't been there yet, sir. SOP is OK but please give a solution. Management please reprimand the staff. In order to not only carry out SOP sesusi tasks. But use heart.
Beautiful hotel!!!Beautiful, spacious , clean rooms !!!! Excellent service . Staff very helpful and very polite Restaurants amazing food !!! Pools and the beach once again amazing!! Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday !!!! Sure we will be back !!!
Appreciate its a difficult time at the moment, but there's no excuse for ignoring our messages and refusing to get in contact with us, poor poor service
Wow, amazing ... my room was upgraded to a plunge pool using accor member. The staff is friendly. It's really nice to stay here. Our room was set in a honeymoon and got the cake, it was for me all day long. Get upgarde the room can be cake. The facilities are very complete. It's not going to happen even though it's not a day out of the hotel. The swimming pool is really good too. Not going to be disappointed if staying overnight. There is a private beach to enjoy the afternoon.
Not recommended for people who expect cleanness. If you are OK for dirty bathroom and toilet room, don't look at my review.
Sofitel Nusa Dua is a gorgeous hotel by a beach. They serve great ( not excellent) breakfast and their Italian restaurant, Cucina provides great selections of wine, and great good.
Everything looks like a resort hotel except one thing, dirty bathroom and sink! I usually expect the 5 star cleanness from 4/5 star and top rated hotel. But this unexpected dirtiness at the room in Sofitel Nusa Dua was unacceptable one, it was almost similar to the hostel type of dirty cheap hotel. It reminds me a public toilet. The room had - dirty glasses that was definitely used by previous guest.( see the photo) - dirty black mold in the sink ( see the photo) and bathroom ( too nasty to take photos) - Creepy looking Sofitel book in the room.
I claimed at the front desk to switch the room, and checked out the two different room, one was a regular king bedroom, another one was a sweet room.Both if them were more awful with black molds, nasty bathtub with yellow residue, and bad moldy smell from the regular king room. I told too nasty to switch to the different room(s) and ended up to the first room. By the end of our stay, I felt so stressful from the dirtiness of the room, and felt uncomfortable all the time.
Absolutely I will not go back to the Sofitel hotel when I visit Bali, and I recommend NOT to stay Sofitel Nusa Dua. Not worth for your money.
Hotel room is nice and the gym. But the breakfast is not good every time I order a omelette it s a waiting game and it s always cold. Also the hot food is always cold I m still staying here right now probably wake up tomorrow have a cold breakfast
As clean as large, the rooms are arranged sweet and quiet, there are no side stores that did not look outside the resort, but inside more than one restaurant, and the food and price are appropriate.
One of the best in Nusa Dua. It's French ambiance everywhere with friendly staffs greeting you Bonjour/Bonsoir day in day out. Outstanding brunch at CCC and nicely done beach area. The Luxury Room Pool Access is to die for with its lagoon style pool access. Don't hesitate to have the Club Millesime access. I will be back!
The beach is beautiful Diverse meals Room is very poorly soundproofed There are also arrangements for staying in the vicinity. There are strange lock doors in the room The water bottle feels like it is reused. Bathroom and carpet are very clean Unlike a five-star hotel
Just spent three nights here and have to say it s average at best and not impressed. Can t help compare with other places I ve stayed in Bali which have been amazing and five star in every sense. Room was run down looking and smelled like dirty hair plus didn t feel clean. I pulled the plug out of the sink because water wasn t draining and there was mould and hair all wrapped around the end of the plug. I asked to upgrade and that was a no (although they did change the pillows). General facilities are just ok. Staff are incredibly lovely but there s a sense of uncomfortable-ness like they re under pressure. Not the normal light and happy Balinese I normally experience. I also asked to check out later and that was another no. So I used the departure lounge which was also very average. Only one type of tea (Earl Grey which no-one ever drinks hence the reason why free to checked-out guests. A request for another type of tea was yet another no) and horrible plain biscuits. Fruit is so cheap in Bali surely they could spare a few pieces of fruit? Overall stinginess towards guests. So wouldn t bother with Sofitel Nusa Dua (not a fan of the location anyway) So many other great resorts to choose from in Bali
Stayed here for one week before my wedding. Super super breakfast- the BEST spread I ve EVER seen - must have 500 options! Beautiful property. Staff are super friendly and helpful and not pushy to sell things which is refreshing. Free bus to bali collection for the shops. Spa is gorgeous. There s a kids clid that our seven year wouldn t leave she loved it. The most Family Friendly hotel in Nusa Dua (have stayed in many of them). Super.
