The hardware facilities are very good, the pool beach is very comfortable with the bed, but the food in the restaurant is ordinary!
Facilities is prefect and near Bali collection but food is not amazing me.

Superb hotel for vacation. The pools are comfortable, the beach nearby is calm. Safe for kids. The price for extra activities such as biking or arrow is a bit expensive. The breakfast menus are delicious.

Because I get a lot of experience and I know how to work in a basic hotel, I really like seniors in hotels that are all friendly "

Perhaps one of the best hotel & resort in Nusa Dua area.

The staff was very polite, friendly, and very helpful. Two thumbs up for them!

I stayed in the Luxury Room, the room was spacious, luxurious, and had a huge bathtub with great interior. It has a balcony with swinging chair and free wifi around the hotel area.

You can swim in the pool, go sunbathing at the private beach or cycling around the beach (bike rent Rp 65,000/2 hours).

For family with kids, the resort provide kids corner :)

The food was excellent!! Great buffet breakfast!

A great place for relaxing and refreshing your mind. I really had a memorable experience and looking forward to come again to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.

The hotel is luxury and all, but we only allowed to check in at 3 pm, not 2 pm like in most of other five stars hotels, and had to check out before 11 am, not 12 pm. Thus our kids had to wait too long in the lobby before allowed to enter the room (they do not have enough patience like their parents do), and we also hadn't had enough time to really enjoy the hotel's facilities.

I came to a pool villa with a honeymoon but it is luxurious and serviceable and I want to come again next time

The service is impeccable and the rooms are sublime. The property is clean with its private beach. A serin and splendid environment to discover the wonders seen from Bali.

While I am stay, half of the level were in construction, very noisy, dirty and bother without any notice before your stay; we had claim with the reception, however, they were so haughty and did NOT making any change!! The room's tube is always stuck, water coming very cold and suddenly very hot, I am almost got hurt! As an Accor member, hotel should provide late checkout, but NOT. Had write down my claim to reception, but the manager did not reply at all! Feel so sad about this stay!
But I need to say, the restaurant in this hotel were really NICE, especially the breakfast and all you can eat lunch! And very nice swimming pool as well!

The hotel is on the beach. The downstairs room connects directly to the swimming pool.

Stayed with 2 young kids, room layout was spacious and ensured good night sleep for all.
We had an incident on premise, our boy (4yrs old) slipped at the pool due to the tiles being wet and extremely slippery. He required 3 stitches under his chin. The Sofitel staff certainly knew about the incident - ooh you were the boy that fell was mentioned several times. However, there was no official follow up from the hotel at all. Not to check if our boy was ok, no chocolates to help ease the pain - nothing at all.
Very disappointed in that part of the experience and would have thought a resort with such service levels this would have been handles much better.
I would also recommend to replace those tiles, I struggled to keep my footing as well!
Overall it seemed somewhat difficult to get traction with the staff, ranging from getting a replacement cocktail at the Manarai Beach Bar from as the item we selected was not available. There was no customer is king approach rather we had to hear about how it couldn't be done as it would have caused difficulties with the books. I am not here to discuss your accounting issues.
Breakfast buffet great and enjoyed the variety. Dinner buffet was lacking, understand the requirements for cost savings, but the a la carte selection was no more than a tasting plate and is not an adequate replacement for the buffet dinner.

Our stay at the hotel was simply outstanding. No check-in/reservation problems. The service was prompt, the staff was frank and the building was simply marvelous. You have the luxury to spend all day either in the massive pool that runs through the hotel or just lay in the beach sands. Truly it was a great relaxing experience.

The rooms are nice honeymoon ones ... the view gets, the rooms are spacious ..., modern style ... the food is also pretty good ...

I Love This Resort, and for sure we will back soon and stay longer in Sofitel Bali.

A very good place to stay with family, and very well suited for wedding venues and corporate events

What can I say. A home away from home. A place to chill, relax and enjoy some luxuries. Restaurants have truly good food and brunch. Rooms are nice and big. Direct access to the beach.

There is a circus going on here... service is slow and staff doesn't understand what customer service is... very rigid....no options for vegetarians.front desk takes enormous time to check in as well as check out...you may need to keep a day to check out...Both the restaurants, Kweezeen and Cucuna which I tried two day's each are Below Average in food quality!!! Avoidable place...

Well the service is fantastic ! First of all when you pull up the entrance the hotel is fresh, modern and striking! It's not too garish or overdone. The decor is A++. Probably the most beautiful part is the foyer overlooking the gardens and beach. What an amazing vista, it's breathtaking and superb really. Downside is the cost of drinks in this foyer. I mean, hello. It's Bali. The main pool area I felt the layout is a bit awkward. The room was beautiful but my room was at the back with a private pool and it was too cold to go swimming in.

Very friendly helpful staff. They remembered our names and were always polite. The rooms are spacious, but be aware that if you're facing or close to the Club Med side, you'll be hearing unwanted club music.

If only I can give 6 stars, I would! It was my 2nd visit. My first was last year. They did some construction last year and apparently everything is finished already and it's really good facilities they built for kids. Their room is superb, their pools are heaven, the breakfast also great. Private beach is AWESOME, with sunrise view in the morning. Nothing in this place that I don't like. Absolutely looking forward for my next visit. You can have 30 mins walk to waterblow or just jog around the beach. It's indeed a resort that you won't dare to leave!

Comfortable ... Delicious food ... good service except Gate guard ... The beach is now rather dirty like a year ago ... clean & comfortable for swimming.

In the kids club for children under 2 years pay. Kinda weird my mnr. Only this time at a paid hotel kids club.
Kids club is quite spacious, outdoor n indoor. For outdoor, it might need a little renovation because it looks like it hasn't been beautified for a long time.
The swimming pool is also spacious, there are 3 parts of the pool.
The room is not too spacious or because of the arrangement of the furniture. Not a minimalist room type.
But check-in is quite unique, unlike hotels in general. So check in there is a separate room.
After check-in can't yet enter the room because it's still prepared and the receptionist said that I would be contacted when the room was ready but until 2 hours we weren't contacted, we returned to the reception room, it turned out that our room was ready gggrrr ...
When I got to my room there was a birthday surprise cake. Love it! Really appreciate it.

Very nice hotel. We have booked as a family with a child on the ground floor a room with private pool.
The rooms were very clean and were cleaned twice a day. The cabinets in the hotel room were planned a bit unfortunate, so that the space is not optimal. The size of the room was sufficient.
There are 3 restaurants to choose from.
We had booked with half board. But we would not do this in the future, as there are restaurants in the area. On the one hand, the price difference is considerable and there are still growth potentials in the service sector. You often have to order something 2 or 3 times before you get it. Therefore the one star as a deduction.

ive been travelling to many hotels with the comfy bed, but Sofitel's is a whole new level. Comfy to the max! had a very good rest, will miss the quality of the bed

A huge hotel with very spacious and we'll appointed rooms on the beach. The beach front is well maintained, as one would expect of a 5 star hotel. The running trail is common amongst all the beach front hotels and extends along the coast, makes for a great running experience.

Awesome resort. Beatiful interior dan eksterior. Super comfort room, refreshing plants and garden, great pool, fantastic sport facilities, and awesome beach area. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too.
