Location, service, view, interior, food all excelent. Highly recomended

The hotel is pure awesomeness. We stayed with our 2 kids and we were all really impressed with the place. The food, the beach, the pool and bar, all top notch.

The rooms are really big, there s also the option to have a room with an exit directly into the pool, which is huge. You can have drinks in the pool since it s nicely connected to the bar.

All the staff are extremely nice, and we didnt have any problems.

I would really recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Bali.

One of the best resorts in Nusa Dua. I'm very happy with the amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffet should serve better variety and quality food given their respective prices, but all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

the facilities are very useful. the lighting at night is amazing. each of the servant is friendly. I really like the designs too, they are incredible. The service is very good too. It's an impressive Hotel. Thumbs up!

Only one comment : Amazing ! 5* hotel, located at nusa dua Bali, is very special. All design is chic, luxury and well-groomed. The lobby, bar is spacious with luxury properties. Sofitel also has own beach that you can enjoy the beach at night while drink wine and chitchat with friend. What a wonderful milieu..

Pelayanan mulai dari check in sampai dengan breakfast sangat kurang untuk sekelas bintang 5. They underestimated domestic tourist. They give the service just give because that is their job. Staff nya cuek...we can see the qulity of the hotel in this condition..are the hotel rrally good standard or tjey just good with foreign tourist.

It is suitable for couples who honeymoon. Because it's very calm. The place is very big

I really appreciate your response and i implore you not to sanction your staff as it s not them who are setting the rules other than the Accor board. To sanction staff based on your own policies is very very unacceptable as your staff go out of there way to make a visitors stay well worth while. They are the ones who have to delicately balance your own ridiculous policies and keep the visitors happy!

The Accor board are a disgrace to even suggest that they need to penalise your own work force for only following your policies set out. I am very upset because your staff at the Sofitel nusa dua were nothing short of outstanding!

How dare you blame them for the boards policies! Your the let down not them! Anyone needs sanctioning it s you overpaid muppets.

To the staff at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. You were all outstanding! I am sorry I gave a negative review in one particular area because it wasn t directed at you hard working staff but at the policies set out by the over paid Morons who do nothing to help.

I visited for survey, they have 2 ballroom, kecak and gamelan. For Seminar and other event is it revomended. The rate for room is expensive for local tourists. For muslim I cannot give you recomend for breskfast in the restaurant, because they took a non HALAL food the same place, so sometime you can take a wrong food for your eat. Please for the management restaurant to fixed the problem. Offer all the hotel recomended.

I don't even realized that I gave one star/review here. Nonetheless I'm not staying in Sofitel, just come for a business meeting. A very pleasant hotel with great staff. Certainly will come in the future to try their brunch :)

Still a very nice place, but have to deduct 2 stars for being filled with quite a lot of unpleasant people (loud, annoying, sadly meeting a lot of stereotypes)...

We went for the Sunday brunch. What a meal. Food was sensation. Was only out done by the service.

Went for a buffet style lunch. Had all the trimmings, but lacked in seafood which was abit disappointing. Especially as it worked out to be $89NZD a head. A tad more than what I usually pay at home. Beautiful surroundings, great staff.

Sofitel is too humid. So everything is so tasty.
And the water in the swimming pool is a bit too soft, and there are so many birds that bird shit is everywhere. I do not clean the water properly.
And if you go to the beach, it is too noisy at night because of some clubs.

Catering service to flee. Staff understands nothing or pretends. Very very long service and staff incompetence (serve ice cream with a fork) so the hotel service is perfect and personal perfect room (nice room very clean). Pity:(

Room looks pretty. Location is abit out of place but staffs are welcoming and service is quite good.

5 star that make i dont wanna leave the hotel. They got the best fasilites. Large of food variety. Pool for enjoying your silent and pool for kids also!

Best brunch in Bali! Why? Easy.... 1) Delicious spread at a fair price. Try the tableside menu for a little extra class. 2) Kids eat free. Awesome for families 3) THE POOL
The pool is super nice and has a dedicated area for kids and families. Fun for the littles and relaxing for adults. Doesn't get much better than this!
Don't judge my ridiculous drink spread! :P

A good chain hotel in Bali with a great beach and swimming. Good breakfasts and cuisine

We spent two wonderful weeks in this top hotel. The complex is beautifully clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. We had booked a pool villa which far exceeded our expectations, clean and easy to rewrite.
Special thanks to our two Butlers Edi and Bagus who fulfilled our every wish.

Just got back from an amazing week at this beautiful resort. One of the best resort holidays our family has ever had! Our 2 boys aged 4 and 7 loved the activities at kids club such as the cooking class and the cultural activity. The staff at the kids club are fantastic and we felt the kids were well taken care of, giving us lots of time to ourselves too.



I used the spa several times and the surroundings/decor and services were stunning.

We had a v late flight home to Sydney, and the hotel kindly facilitated a really late checkout which allowed us to maximise our last day at the resort. We loved every minute and will certainly be back soon - we re already planning it!

Awareness of employees and security passing through here turned out to be very poor concern with the messy parking conditions like this. This Good Hotel is a 5 star but the appeals of neat parking are not posted here. Hopefully hotel management more often checks around the hotel to know what conditions on the field. thanks.

I experienced very warm hospitality. The rooms are very neat and clean, great views and awesome breakfast that caters for all of our taste buds. The facilities, including the beach area, are wheelchair accessible. There is also a nurse and medical petitioner on site.
