My order was processed quickly and received in good condition. I had to process a return on some towels I ordered, and they processed the return within minutes and told me I didn't need to return the towels and to please donate them if I wasn't keeping them. I hope people don't abuse their excellent return policy, it's great to save the resources involved with shipping back product, I'll definitely be paying it forward!

I ordered large floor pillows through Society6 and the quality of the pillows were absolutely amazing and the pattern was so cute and They go so well with my decor. Unfortunately I ordered way more than I needed (as they were larger than I expected) and Society6 refunded me immediately for the pillows I didn't need and even allowed me to keep them as a token of appreciation for my business. I would buy from them any day! Plus their large selection of options is a major plus! I highly recommend them!
Both my husband and I litterally only wear their t-shirts. I can't even believe there are any bad reviews about Society6. They are the best company to deal with and their customer service is amazing. We have about 15 of their t-shirts between my husband and I and some are over 3 years old and look mint. 1 had a decal peeling a bit and they replaced it no questions asked in a matter of days. Cannot rave enough, this company is so excellent.

I'm an artist on Society6, and while I've only sold one item on the site - though no fault of theirs - I really enjoy using the site. It's super easy to upload art, and it looks amazing! Plus you only pay the verification fee of $1 to sell photos. After that everything is free unless you want to buy something of course!
The customer service is awesome as well. When I needed to switch PayPal accounts it took only 7 minutes for me to get a reply from Ms. Marriane. She was very helpful and quickly and efficiently helped me out.

The first time I ordered from this site and what a pain this has caused. First of all the told me my order was shipped. Several days later it was still not shipped, so I contact them and they apologise and ship "my package".
2 weeks later I get a large customs fee, which was strange for only 3 t-shirts. But I have to pay this fee because otherwise I'll be fined. When I finally receive the package it's FULL of shirts, none of which I ordered. Instead of sending me my 3 (white, green, blue) shirts in size Medium, they sent me EIGHT XL black shirts, hence the giant fee. They at least refunded me the 65 USD for the order, but I had to pay 40 USD!!! for the customs fee, for a bunch of cloth I have no use for.
Incredibely frustrating and their customer service is just filled with copy paste responses. They refuse to reimburse me for their error of sending me a large package that I didn't order, so basically I payed 40 bucks for a giant headache.
have bought quite a bit of products off Society6, I love their designs & I love all of the products you can get that design on. However, I recently ordered a shirt from them in the size that I've gotten before & when it arrived, it was far too big for me. So, I tried to exchange it, but for some reason the self service wasn't working. I contacted customer service & told them the problem. They immediately refunded me the cost of the shirt, allowed me to order the same shirt in the size I needed, but they let me keep the other shirt! I gave the other shirt to my friend & am now waiting for the new one in the mail!

Unique, fun and large selection of throw pillows that are a great value over some of the big box stores. Bought pillows for my bedroom as well as my two daughters, 11 and 13. Something for everyone. Plus the Mother's Day promo code they were offering was 25% off, which was great. I forgot to add it in when I checked out, but customer service got right back to my request and within 10 minutes had issued me a refund. I have also ordered three prints from them for framing and they arrived in great condition and were exactly as they appeared in the photos.
there was an issue with the print on my iphone case when it arrived. however, after letting them know, one of their staff Marianne immediately looked into the matter and sent over a complimentary case with the correct design. truly appreciate their effective service!

I had ordered a laptop sleve around $45. Once arrived the sleve ended up being to small. I submitted a return request and immediately got a quick and caring reply. No hastle or questioning. Terrible customer service and product I ordered was poor quality so they sent out another one which was poorly printed as well. Very pixelated print not worth what I paid.

Worst site and customer service ever. Tried 6 times to place an order. No indication that placed but I ve been charged. When I sign in it says no orders. Without an order number you can t reach customer service!!!

I've placed a few orders with Society6, and every time they kill it! everything is always fast and well done. I did have a situation where there were items missing from my order, and it was an extremely easy and fast process to get a replacement sent. Additionally, two of my items were printed incorrectly, and they refunded the cost for that without question. I love Society6. The quality of their products is excellent and their customer service is top-notch. I have ordered a number of items from them. They offer unique designs from countless artists printed on a massive variety of materials. I'd like to decorate my entire home in Society6! I ordered a duffel bag recently that I wanted to exchange and the process for doing so was the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced. The customer service representative I worked with was also great. I would recommend Society6 to anyone who loves art or is just looking for something unique to decorate any room of their home or even their office. It's also the best place to shop for gifts.
If I can give 0 stars I would. My experience with Society6 has been AWFUL. I really loved the idea of supporting them & the artists in their platform, but I m not sure if I ll be ordering from them in the future. I placed an order on December 9 (mind you for a very expensive $70 shower curtain). On December 10, I received an email stating my package has been shipped. When I clicked the link it said we will have tracking information available for you tomorrow morning . I have checked back every morning since. The same message is there. No order status updates, no shipping updates, no one to call, no reps to chat with. The only option is to submit a help request via a bot and the guarantee a response from a rep w/in 24 hours. I emailed on December 12. 24 hours later no email. No response by the 14 or 15. I emailed again on the 16, no response 24 hours later (today). Reached out to the Society6 IG, of course they were able to do nothing. Mind you there is NO SHIPPING OR ORDER STATUS INFORMATION whatsoever. Jus let Order placed Dec 9 & the same we ll have shipping info in the morning message that s been there for over a week. I am very frustrated bc that money could ve gone toward gifts for my family but I wanted to support artists and this company. I ll update if I ever receive my item. Don t even want to bother with getting a refund - can t even imagine how long THAT would take.
TLDR: don t order from here if you expect to receive the items your paid for. you will be waiting for a very long time.

Customer service is so so great. I received my comforter and fell in love. A couple days later I noticed a small hole towards the top. I emailed society6 customer service, and they replied almost immediately. They were more than happy to send me a free replacement comforter, and to do whatever I please with the original one. I will definitely be making many more purchases in the future!

Quality of company has tanked severely. Its been two weeks and my order has not shipped and no response to any email inquiry.
Ill be waiting until the end of the week to issue a chargeback on my card.
I used the company back in 2016 which was great back then but now it is disgusting service. Hope the quality of the prints have not suffered as well.
I eventually got a full refund but still paid duties on a damaged shipment lol...
I had some issues with shipping/tracking with my first order but after contacting Society6 and explaining the issue, they immediately had another order sent out and I received it very quickly (A+). One of the items I ordered was the wrong size, so after contacting them AGAIN, they told me to keep the item to donate or pass along to a friend, issued me a refund and told me to just order the item in the proper size if I wanted to (again, A+). Their customer service is by far the best I ve dealt with when it comes to online shopping!
I ve order a ton of shirts on one design I created. Those turned out great. Then I started branching out and ordering other designs I had. None of them are turning out and the last one, they said they d give me a credit instead of a refund despite their guarantee. I ll not continue ordering my shirts from then. Instead I ll go elsewhere for the cost and where I can actually make money as well. Not worth it.
Update: moved the review to 3 stars. They processed the return but the quality is still 50/50. Order 4 different types of shirt and only 1 worked out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered artwork but it was never delivered. When I inquired, they said it was "lost" and that they would resend. Now the order perpetually says "in production". I asked for a refund but they said they won't give me a refund. Total scam. Do not order anything from them.

Society6 is by far the best online young/innovative art/home decor website. From mugs to AMAZIG pillows and framed artwork, they have it all, for everyone s likes! I ordered two shirts through Society 6 recently and after one wash the stitching started coming out of one of my shirts.
Now I know that sounds like a bad start but here's the thing... They don't make the shirts, they print on them. The shirt brand was American Apparel.
So I contacted their customer support and started a live chat. I had already taken photos of the shirt as well just incase I needed to email them.
The chat was actually really easy! I worked with a Rep named Jonathan and the cool thing about the chat was it actually had integration to be able to drag and drop the photos of the damaged product SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO SEND A SEPARATE EMAIL! That was awesome.
Within literally 30 seconds Jonathan had issued a new order for the shirts to be reprinted and told me to keep the ones that I wasn't happy with.
Being someone who used to work in online retail as well as now working for Apple I can honestly say that Society 6 has really good customer support and were able to rectify my issue painlessly.

The art, t-shirts, stickers/labels, and paper material I have ordered from Society6 have all been terrific. Images screened on to fabric are vivid, highest quality, and make for apparel that wears well and looks even better. Note that the chosen tee brand - Bella - is a superior manufacturer of apparel: ain't no crappy, worn out, pilled synthetic or cheap cotton happening here.
Add to that, there are no returns. The product isn't what you thought or what you had in mind, no problem: your order will either be replaced or you get a refund. For those who dig regifting or work for business that do Secret Santa or Yankee Trade, you never have to buy stuff again.
(I say that in jest, because everyone has their motivating factors.)
You may wonder, as I certainly do, how can a business sustain itself if it makes duplicates and only is paid for half of those. And my guess is that the quality of things is so good - evinced by the aforementioned apparel and that orders are created once they are ordered and not pulled from a warehouse where things have been mass made - that repeat business, referrals, and consistent orders make it so.
While the customer service model - email interaction as opposed to phone and live chat - not what most of the industry provides (, I'll take it everyday and twice on Sunday versus rote, rehearsed, scripted talk with people on a help desk who could not care less.
Recently the sizes of five of the six tees I ordered were wrong, and Gen and J.M worked tirelessly with me to ensure I could get replacements that would work. I didn't mind that we did this via email, because first, it wasn't that important (I mean, it's clothes) and when time is spent to review policy, process, and available product, the results are better.
I'm all about Society6, and I hope you will be. They are redefining the online retail experience AND celebrating small batch makers

I ordered a comforter, but they accidentally sent me a duvet cover instead. I sent them an email and got a very quick reply. They immediately offered to send me a free replacement and said I could keep the original item. Every customer service rep that I spoke to was extremely nice! Also, the products are just as beautiful as they look on the screen.
Society 6 offers customer service that is truly amazing. Just when it seemed that customer service was a thing of the past, this company managed to bring it back. Remarkable. Messages were responded to quickly, resolution was instant. The quality of the product is fantastic.

Love the selection of stuff on this site. I ordered a duvet cover and love the pattern but was disappointed in that it was only printed on one side and the material felt a bit cheap - all in all I wasn't pleased with what I got for the large price I paid. I was offered a partial credit towards my order rather than returning the item which was good because I love the pattern. So I'm happy.

T-shirt car image is faded and dull. 2XL is more like a L or XL. The ink has a toxic odor. Text under the car says Porsche 912R, but there's no such thing as a 912R - the image is a 911. Artist should fix this error.
