I ordered two shirts through Society 6 recently an...

I ordered two shirts through Society 6 recently and after one wash the stitching started coming out of one of my shirts.

Now I know that sounds like a bad start but here's the thing... They don't make the shirts, they print on them. The shirt brand was American Apparel.

So I contacted their customer support and started a live chat. I had already taken photos of the shirt as well just incase I needed to email them.

The chat was actually really easy! I worked with a Rep named Jonathan and the cool thing about the chat was it actually had integration to be able to drag and drop the photos of the damaged product SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO SEND A SEPARATE EMAIL! That was awesome.

Within literally 30 seconds Jonathan had issued a new order for the shirts to be reprinted and told me to keep the ones that I wasn't happy with.

Being someone who used to work in online retail as well as now working for Apple I can honestly say that Society 6 has really good customer support and were able to rectify my issue painlessly.
