I have ordered several items from this site before, but I recently received a damaged blanket. Their customer service rep Mika was more than happy to assist me. I got a polite response quickly, and they are shipping me a new one immediately. Props to her and to society6 in general. I will definitely continue ordering items from their site in the future.
