Great customer service! Fast response time via email.
My package did not make it to me. The status said Delivered but it was nowhere to be found.
Cezil, from the customer support, advised me to contact my local post office to check if they might still have the package but they did not :(
So, I was graciously offered a replacement for my item free of charge and I am now waiting for a new package!
