As a person who dosen't like to gamble much, I usually have a great time at the bar of the casino. Or the cafe. And I definitely spend a lot of time eating 1/4 slices of pizza and throwing down some ice cream. Then I'll throw down a 20 on a table on the floor. Sometimes I go epic and put 50 on black before I leave and have my car valet to me and ride on home.

Went to see Impractical Jokers, Showtime 8:30. Got in line at 715, learned at 735 we were in VIP so moved to another line. We got in the auditorium at 930! SHOW STARTED AT 830! WHAT BS! So we missed the pure show, saw what we came for, they we great, but I WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR ANOTHER SHOW EVER AGAIN! NEITHER WEEK THE OTHER 5 PEOPLE I WENT WITH!
I assume that's they're way of getting you to play slots while your waiting out continue to buy drinks because your in line for hours.
NEVER AGAIN!

I don't gamble much anymore since losing is not something that I like to do. I usually go with family and sit at the bar while drinking and watching sports. I went a few weeks ago and it took almost 30 minutes to get asked for a drink, bartenders didn't pay much attention to the people sitting at the bar but rather the long lines of people lined up to order drinks.

The entertainment venue is usually what draws me to Soaring Eagle. Although, last year (2017) when we had a bad storm it sounded like the speakers got waterlogged thus resulting in a flat sound. Hopefully they fixed the speakers for this summer. I usually attend 2-5 concerts per year whether it's the lawn seats outdoors or the indoor entertainment hall, usually for comedy like Fluffy!

My husband and I checked in on September 24, 2019 and the condition of the room we walked into was horrifying! We called the front desk and asked for a manager to come to our room. In the mean time we had pre ordered a bottle of Asti and OJ and were drinking it on the balcony because we didn't want to sit on anything. When someone finally came to our room she immediately called the front desk to have our room switched. She informed us here our room was and we had to found it ourselves. The next day (our actual anniversary) we went to your steakhouse, ordered the 20oz Bone-in ribeye, along with calamari, salad, and mashed potatoes and a cocktail each, we ordered the ribeye mid-well. The ribeye came out rare! We sent it back, it came back well well done! We were over the situation we asked for the ribeye and mashed potatoes to be taken off the bill. We went back to the casino to gamble. Finally we were ready to go to bed, before heading to our room I went to get a slice of pizza. I ask the lady for a slice of pizza, she looks at me and says we close at 12, I look at my watch and I said its 12:05 so 5 minutes ago, she replied yes and continued to throw out the pizza.
Not once did we see a manager, have a manager approach us, or have a manager apologize! I even called on Friday and spoke with a housekeeping supervisor who said I dont know what the manager will say since you've waited a couple days to say something but I'll leave a message for the manager, well I've yet to hear from anyone
I have stayed at Soaring Eagle 5 times and have never experienced anything like this! In fact I've never experienced anything like this ever!

We went to an outdoor concert event, reserve seating was good (a bit noisy due to being metal & spring up seats), we have also did the lawn (there you need to be a bit higher on the hill because people stand at the fence line where the reserve section starts to see over them), drinks are limited and have the standard concert prices, bathrooms are portables and way too few (plan on waiting in line a while), but over all it was nice .

Dirty, they don't clean up and do not have places available for people to throw things away. They may be updating there facilities, but there casino, gift shop and restaurants have gotten much worse. Miss the old place, don't know why they made so many changes. Drive the extra hour to a nicer casino.

We had a great time for my birthday. BUT PLEASE FIX YOUR VENTILATION SYSTEM!!! The place is smoke filled. You can't breath, your hair and clothes stink! It was coming through the vents in our hotel room. It's disgusting!!! The owners should be ashamed!! I was sick for a week afterwards from all the smoke inhalation. I'm an ex smoker and my husband has never smoked. There are kids running around inhaling the smoke. Other then that, we had a great time.

I am giving a one star review but wish it could be zero I have never been so upset or embarrassed as I was this afternoon. On 10/6/18 at approximately 3:15pm part of our freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior class, along with family members were rudely and unceremoniously tossed from the lobby of the hotel. These kids were excited for homecoming and while waiting for everyone to arrive for dinner were taking pictures. Barbara, who I was informed, is part of the hotels management team requested security escort our party out of the building. She was snotty, rude, and unprofessional in her handling of this situation. Today should have been a fun and exciting time for these kids and instead it was ruined by this one woman. Her reasoning was that we were not paying customers . Well, that was completely untrue. At least 3/4 of the group in attendance had made plans weeks in advance to come together for dinner. After this incident we had to quickly revamp our entire schedule and split up our party into smaller groups and try to find accommodations elsewhere. Shame on you Barbara and shame on soaring eagle for ruining this night. What kind of lesson do you think you taught these kids tonight? It definitely wasn t civility.

Always have a blast at SE and the chicken salad croissants for lunch are a must for us when we go. We always have good hits on their machines. We dont always leave a winner but i feel like we get to play for awhile unlike Detroit casinos.

We have a good time gambling here and have gotten lucky a few times, but I don't recommend eating here - the food is overpriced and not good. Other than that, they have a large variety of games and a non smoking section.

The Casino stinks of cigarette smoke. Very quickly after walking into the Casino I start coughing. It's not worth getting sick every time walk through the casino.
They have great out door concerts, but going into the casino is like walking through an ashtray.
