The smell of cigarettes and cigar smoke was overwhelming. My clothing smelled so bad f smoke after I left. Machines were seemed very "tight". Lost some, won some had the buffet. Food choices and buffet were few and poor.
Excellent quality bedroom and bathroom with a mini fridge and safe for personal belongings. Great choice of restaurants within the hotel itself
This is s beautiful place to go I love everything about I feel safe there very friendly and helpful if you go there you ll have a great time for sure.

Only thing that upsets me is this.....if your going to have a high caliber comedian such as Ron White,it would be nice if there were more Rooms available at the casino for those going to see him.Think about adding on another wing of rooms please.
Always have fun when I go. Slots seem to all be the same thing though. Its hard to find old school slots where it is easy to figure out what you need to do. Slots were how they always are.

People who go to play and hang out at the casino are rude! They leave trash everywhere, ash their cigarettes on the floor, spit on machines, ect.

To tell you the truth we eat outside from your property. The food is just not that good. We don t even use all of our food comps because the food is just lacking. I find the buffet to be one of the poorest in comparison to other casinos. The price is way too high for what is present. I have to say that many people I have spoken with share the same thoughts. OH .....YOU HAVE RUINED THE BEST THING YOU EVER HAD, THE PRINE RIB SANDWICH. It is dry, over manipulated to becoming a pasty almost pudy form of a meat spread. Sometimes it resembles jerky that had been shredded then an attempt made to rehydrate in a small amount of bbq sauce. Forget trying it with no bbq sauce. I have tried every restaurant on the property. Let s not discuss the steaks! The desert available for purchase are small and lack the flavor present in the days if old. Hollywood Casino has the best food!!!! Just saying.
Love their outdoor venue for concerts and other performances. However, after the show, getting back inside the casino so you can go home and/or gamble is extremely difficult and time consuming as everyone tries to squeeze into the small entrance. And it seems that after every event a large group of patrons tries to walk around the building to avoid the confusion but that just leads to people getting injured as there is no path around the building to accommodate so many.
What a place to meet all types of people an such an awful place to try to win money . Good luck !!!!

Love the outside venue, except they had placed grand stands in front of the lawn. So, people who had paid to see a concert from the lawn were forced to stare at a big screen placed on the back of the grand stands to watch the concert. Very annoying.
Aurora Buffet on Mondays. All You Can Eat Crab Legs for $25 plus alot of other items on their buffet that day. Well worth the money!
We did not spend the night. We ate at Legends. The food is fabulous and they have the best chocolate shakes or malts.

Beautiful. They have a Quest. Where your kids get to go. No adults. Play games and have fun. Kinda like a daycare /per hour. Kids had a great time. Plus actual arcade. Then there is the Casino part. Amazing! We had a great time!
The power went out but we still had a good time. Spent the night gambling at the old casino and went swimming at 7 am. Everyone working was super nice and helpful. The shuttle drivers were really nice too! Room was clean and comfortable.

Taking alot away from players lowered free play less winning pulling to many games I go there a least 4 times a week and my name has never been called for any drawing in 6 years of going ugh thinking about getting away from going

We always have a good time here. We usually just play the slot machines. We were having problems with our club cards and the help desk was super friendly and helpful.
Very clean and organized. Wasn't over populated with guest and wasn't a ghost town it was perfect.
It's ok but doesn't have very good member benefits. Also, the slots seem unreasonably tight. There are other casinos in Michigan that are much better.

Saw Long Island Medium. Show was awesome. The room we stayed in was beautiful.
We always enjoy the casino. Wish we could play a little longer but we usually lose. We love Legends but were very disappointed this time. My quesadilla had almost no cheese in it. I had to eat it with a fork because it all fell apart if I tried to pick it up.
Was only passing through on a trip out of town. My wife and I both didn't come out victorious, but we enjoyed our time. Atmosphere was nice and the games were fun.
