Clean, all redone, the sports bar is really nice and has good food.

They have a non smoking but didn't know it until we we're ready to leave. I have allergies so the smoke is not good. I won two times more than what we used.

Love this place, the hotel is always clean, the staff is professional and courteous. Valet is amazing.

Great place to go to, I always enjoy Soaring Eagle.

This was the view from our "Superior", $200 a night room. No warning, no notice. Reservations made 2 months in advance. And no apology, no discount, no anything when we complained that we had construction workers right outside our third floor room. Oh, and they also start work promptly, and loudly,, at 9 am. Very disappointed in the accommodations.

Most comfortable beds of any hotel I've ever been too and I have been to a lot! Nice kiddie water park and nice spacious casino. Staff friendly. Valet parking. What more could you ask for?

Best bread in Michigan. I only go to Soaring Eagle to buy $30 worth of fresh baked bread in their bakery at 8am. Always worth the trip

We enjoy our visits to the casino now and then but I will say this place is in desperate need of a makeover. The rooms are very old and dated. They don't have adequate charging for cell phones and tablets. The quality of the food at the buffet is good but the other restaurants are average at best.

They keep taking promos a way , people have no incentive to go there any more

Casinos have been known to ruin people's lives and their families. Gambling addiction is very serious. God wants you to be good a steward of your money.

Pretty good place to play slots. Lots of new machines. Food is good; they have new options. The location is all right and easy to get to.

Good casino. Much better than some of the others (looking at you Firekeepers!). They have a decent selection of slots and table games. They have a great back bar that has DJs/live bands at least on weekends we've been there and they've been fantastic. The one night dj played mainly songs from 90s-00s and everyone was into it. Lots of dancers. Other night we were there they had great band playing a good mix of stuff. They kept crowd very engaged. Bathrooms in the club/bar are amazing (the mirrors are super cool). Even though casino is smoking, the club is non smoking fyi. Lots of seating options too. There's always a good mix of age groups too, from 21 year olds to 50.
The casino itself also has child care although ive never used it. They also have some good headliners and events (cheap trick and bourbon night was great!).

Fun place, good food. But don't expect to win money.

Really nice place,fiance won a couple of hundred bucks! The valet girl named Kim was very helpful in parking our "rig".

Had a great time both in the casino and also the campgrounds. Very friendly and helpful people working in both places. We can only get a vacation once a year and love to spend it with the Soaring Eagle Casino complex.

Brought out of town family to check out the slots and to try the buffet for lunch. The buffet was horrible. The food was over held and old and the temp was barely warm. Selection was horrible (Tacos?! - go to Taco Bell and save $15) and McDonald's has more vegetable options for their salads than this casino. The casino floor experience was horrible as a majority of the people were smoking. It used to be a premier place to go but now there are other way better options for gambling and food in Michigan than this casino.

Good atmosphere and some flexibility with slot machines

Went to the Adam Sandler concert last summer. Concert got rained out after 3 of the acts had gone. I understand we can t control the weather, but I wasn t reimbursed for the $300 I spent on tickets. The weather was so bad that we didn t even get cable in our room, which I also wasn t reimbursed for.

Hope they have more Promotion like today for CARD PLAYERS!!!! It shows something when every single table is packed with more than hundreds waiting!!!! Not that hard to figure out

Smoky and couldn't breath it was so bad. Left and went towards the hotel area immediately. I don't know how people stand breathing the air in the casino.

Like any casino, fun can be relative to personal experience, at least in terms of winning or losing. Regardless of that, if you enjoy reasonably priced quality restaurants, and above average lodging, it's a nice place to stay for a weekend. The casino features a water park for children, and offers almost certain lodging, without having to make reservations. A wide spectrum of live, Nationally recognized artists may be another draw that appeals to music aficionados, often drawing people from other states. Mt. Pleasant itself offers many different eateries and taverns, as well as a large University feel from Central Michigan University, which is only a few miles from the Casino.

My family has made Soaring Eagle our once a year rendezvous point where we would all get together and have fun but unfortunately if you dont use your points you lose them so we will no longer be meeting here.

Clean, roomy, friendly service. Good slot machines, and many different options of betting.

This Casino is just alright its much smaller then the Detroit Casinos and the slots are very old to me they need to do some major updating..

Great accommodations, beautifully decorated resort and grounds. Good food. The only drawback is the smoke in the casino. Been here several times and plan to return.

Lots of renovating going on at the casino. They seem to be updating some of their aged rooms and areas. Had a pleasant time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Outside areas are inviting and pleasant. Shuttle service is great.

Right, that state inspector story is koo koo. They use shufflemasters which true players hate. They don't need extra 5s to get your money, its done by added hands per hour and the continuous shuffling of those things. That being said don't do any better in Detroit or Windsor and my cabin is near here so I go quite often in the summer

Soaring eagle it's the closest you can get to Vegas while still being in Michigan.

I stayed over night with a friend. It was so much fun. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. We will be going back for sure.

Love this casino! First time staying at the actual resort and it was absolutely amazing. The room was quite expensive but I can understand why it was. Absolutely beautiful! My mother and I were the guests for a shirt girls night and she also loved it. The giant two stall shower was grest, two shower heads was amazing. We also enjoyed the fire pit and fountains out back as we ate our dinner :) I can't wait to go back to this casino and resort!

Maybe someone is winning here just not me. Been here 9 times and never won a cent. Never going back. This is the only casino in the state I have not won something.

The casino was cool. Obviously lost all the money I spent playing for my birthday, but it was too smoky for my taste. Smoke everywhere, even in the non smoking section. You couldn't get away from it. It's a very well set up atmosphere. Very fancy!

Outdoor event and entry was extremly slow. The outdoor "beer tent" was the slowest service ive ever seen in my life. More then 45 minutes to get a beer... No thanks

The food, the spa, the pool, and gaming we're fantastic. I am only giving 3 stars because after being on the gaming floor until almost 4am we we're abruptly woken up by construction directly at our window at 8am. When brought to the front desks attention the only response i got was " yeah, there is construction happening at the hotel." No apology or anything.

THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE CASINO, IT IS FOR THE WATER LILLY LOUNGE RESTAURANT INSIDE THE CASINO.

Let me start off by saying the casino isn t bad. There are hardly table games, mostly slots, but the staff is nice enough. Now, my girlfriend and I ate at the water Lilly lounge here and our experience was awful. The restaurant barely had guests and it took our waiter over 20 minutes to come back to take out orders after ordering drinks. We proceeded to wait another 40 minutes to get our food which was absolutely awful. We both got the bar burger, and our bottom bun was literally soggy like it had sat in water. The burger was awful, and it looked like someone had sat on it before it was served. Not only this, the staff was just standing around while one person, our waiter, pretty much waited every single table by himself. I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE and I will not be going back. The manager didn t even come out to talk to us about our experience once the waiter contacted him, and when we did see the manager earlier in the day he gave us both a dirty look. Definitely one of the worst experiences I ve had at a restaurant.

Don't waste your time going there Golden Gun Lake or Manistee Little River are both better and pay better

This casino opens 24/7 but no one ever replies to customers' concerns as I can tell from google comments. The casino has no customer service at all because 1. if you are a player club member, you can only complain about the machine or promotion, etc.; 2. if you are not a member, you need to find a venting venue. I filed a complaint before and never had any feedback from them.

It's smoke-filled, and it has renovation projects on the way. Slot machines broke down sometimes even though they brought in new ones. They hire people who never play poker before to be your dealer, and you must be patient enough to play a hand at the table for 10 minutes. They are okay with new dealers who have no clues about their games, but one of their 'floor' shouted at me when I was confused about the hand that I lost. I was really upset. She even talked about me overreacting right behind my back with another customer.

The casino worths no stop here. Try playing the lottery, which is better, because you will contribute to kids' education anyway.

Great Buffet Lunch, so many selections, something for everyone.

Had brunch at Isabella's prior to an event in town. The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable. They had a good variety and something for everyone. Would definitely go back again.

We had a blast here. The slots were hitting, and the atmosphere was upbeat. It's been a while since we've visited, but we were glad we took another chance. We ate at the buffet, and there was a large selection. Our meals were very good.

I enjoyed it. The remodel looks amazing but needs to have a bigger non smoking section.

Love this place. I really appreciate how clean it is. I wish my favorite machines were located in the non smoking section but that's no one else's preference but mine.
