Fun casino. Huge variety of games and tables. Buffet is good and staff is usually helpful and friendly. I have been to events at the outdoor stage which was nice and convenient as well.

We had an overnight girls birthday party. We had one smaller room and one suite. The suite wasn't ready on time but we made due. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere is electric. Would definitely go again.

I love this place! The pool area is very fun, and the slot machines are updated quite frequently. The bartenders are nice, and the service is great. Also, it's super entertaining winning on the games!! (:

Went there to sign up for the Hero Card with my husband. Enjoyed a nice lunch and used our free credits in the casino.

I actually has to work at the casino when I went to college over 10 years ago. I now live in Florida but was up for a visit. I love the new layout of the gaming floor. There's restaurants throughout the property and it's laid out very well. We also want a little money so that's an added bonus. For Mid Michigan this is an excellent place to visit

It's an okay casino, nothing crazy, only reason I go is because friends are not 21, and this is one of the only, if not they only casino in the lower peninsula that is 18 to gamble

Lots of beautiful upgrades but the poker room and dealers are still mediocre at best. The hands per hour they get in here are abysmal.

Lots of machines to play. They have a variety of restaurants to choose from. Their prices are a little high, but most of their restaurants at good.

Very nice pool area. Kids also liked the new arcade area.

Very disappointed in the last outdoor concert attended at this venue. We've always enjoyed concerts from the hill seating but our last experience was less than enjoyable. Viewing the concert was hard, given they have installed new seating that restricted the view from several areas of the hill, it was packed and we had several very intoxicated people in our faces, trying to create trouble. I may attend another event at this venue but I would not recommend hill seating anymore.

Absolutely a blast. Cleanest room I have ever stayed in / so comfortable and excellent service throughout the resort. It's our annual Christmas destination forever!

Absolutely great service. Had an issue with my checking time/credit card and they did more than enough to make sure that everyone could check in before I got there. Great room as well. Clean, quiet, no issues.

I haven't won anything decent on the slots there in ten years since they switched from change currency to tickets. Save your money and gamble at a different casino. The rooms are way too expensive and the incentives for being a regular are very subpar to minimal. They charge $20 for buffet and service is horrible. The slots are so tight it's ridiculous. Their penalized by the state on a yearly basis for not paying out, but it's cheaper for the casino to just pay the fees and penalties for not abiding by regulations than to just let patrons win. Horrible experiences!

We do love this casino. My wife and I have been frequenting this place for years on our way up North. Very clean Casino with reasonably priced drinks and good food. A great venue to see a live performance as well. We've had many great memories and nights of winning in years past but like other casinos, We've ran into a lengthy losing streak the past few years. Realizing it's called gambling, we will keep trying to win big here for many years to come. Still one of our favorite casinos in Michigan.

Didn't like the place. No virtual roulette table. We spent 15 min iin the place and left

Our visit was for our daughters 4th birthday. We booked a special that included access to water park and food credit. Deal was excellent. Facilities were great. Atmosphere was really quiet. Being a midweek visit with the school year in full swing, left the place with very few guests. So much so we were the only table in the restaurant for breakfast when we got there. We were also the only family waiting at 10 for the park to open. If our kids were older we would have had the run of the entire place.

We had good meals for both dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant. Would recommend for its convenience.

Rooms were great, really clean and felt 'new'. They are doing a great job of keeping the place fresh.

Took shuttle over to Casino/Hotel too check it out too. Waited less than 5 minutes to catch ride and took less than 10 mins ride. That hotel was excellent.

If a fun place but hard to go when there not a lot of play time...

They shame moms for publicly breastfeeding. Which is illegal. Hope they get the cops called on them for discrimination and breaking the law next time it happens. I know I will if I ever decide to go there again in light of recent events

Went for a wrestling show and had the time of my life. Staff was great venue was awesome would highly recommend

We had coupons for food, so the value was wonderful. Ate in the buffet. Plenty of food choices.

Attended the Flordia Georgia Line concert at Soaring Eagle's outside venue. It was great! Sound was perfect, seats were great - even in the lawn section. Beverage lines accepted cash or credit plus they had walking beverage vendors for convenience. They also had a suitable number of porta potties to accommodate the crowd.

Won't be in no hurry to go back no poker and black Jack tables at 15 dollar minimum not every affordable place to go to enjoy yourself anymore

Horrible parking. Not the best selection in slots in my opinion. Great selection of table games though. Great events and event selection.

The service is great. The casino is my favorite in the state.

It's a fun place to do some gambling or see a show. They are pretty tight, but they let you play on your money for a while.

Location is easy to find and the casino is wonderful !!! Very clean and a good place to hang out on a hot day. The buffet is a great place to have a bite to eat before heading home

We have a room for 2 nights. We booked one as a free night and paid for the second. It's past check in time, we have been here waiting over a hour now and they just told us we have to wait another hour. Our room will not be ready until 5 now. We have the kids ready to go swimming and they will not even let them do that while we wait. We do this a few times a year and every time the service seems to be getting worse.

I thought the casino is to smokey need to do something with the problem no drinks service

Payouts are few and far between and they don't pay off very good

The casino is a great looking place. There are many slots but limited tables. Im a table player and I waited over a hour to sit down at a true shoe blackjack table at 3pm on a Friday. Quite ridiculous if you ask me as there were many others waiting aswell. Don't eat the pizza that is sold from a table on the gaming floor it made me very sick. Overall this is a nice place I've been many times and still return even though the table situation needs some work.

The people at the front desk we're very friendly and helpful. We messed up our booking and she was able to move us closer to our friends. They helped us find places near them and provided directions too. The rooms where clean and very comfortable.

Had a great time here. Staff was respectful and courteous. Had a good variety of games. They have great giveaways and awesome art displaying their heritage. All in all a fun experience.

Wonderful experience, always love to go. A few downsides to the room tho, there were a few things broken.

I love going to this place, but lately I can't seem to hit anything. Wish they would loosen the machines a bit. The employees are very curtious. I give it three out of five stars!

So, so stay. The room next to us had a kids bop party until 2am. Security and front desk was called but that didn't stop the 2016 high school reunion. Clean hotel and banquet food was ok ,nothing to rave about.

Lost some money but a friend hit for 500$ so made for an exciting night.

The machines are so tight that on 15 free spines I only got 1.20 on a 75cent penny machine I can't understand why they're so busy there I wont be back anytime soon

Very large casino area with many new slots and table games. The high ceilings help to keep the smoke from getting to be too much.
