Didn't win even 1 game in 2 hrs. Very crowded when I went on weekday.

Good casino. Clean. Good selection of games. Good prices on drinks.

Nice atmosphere but don't pay off on machine very well

Had a good time. Room was very nice and walk appointed. Very noisy hallways. During day hallways seemed to always be full of housekeeping. The smoking on the casino floor was terrible to deal with. We didn't gamble much because of it. The non smoking section was only slots/video and no tables. Still very smokey.

Been here many times. Lost everytime. I didnt win a dime! It would be nice to go to a casino and play for a few hours instead of dumping my load within 30 minutes. The only thing good about this place is the restaurant inside. I know that it's a casino and I go there to have fun but you can't have fun when you spend your money that fast especially when I drive just over a hour to get there.

Dinner was great, had the buffet. Staff is always friendly. good valet parking very quick and attentive

I went there with my family because my grandparents said they have great 4th it July fireworks. Unfortunately, we all had to walk through the casino and an insufferable amount of cigarette smoke.

Soaring Eagle is the finest gaming destination in all of Michigan!

They are doing a great job dealing with the virus problem. One of the machines actually gave me all my money back, including another sixty , thanks soaring eagle.

This casino has some great shows. The facilities are clean and open. There is a small non-smoking area. Parking has a shuttle bus. Ice cream is a must.

Stayed at the waterpark and shuttled to the casino twice this month. Dined at the waterpark restaurant and casino buffet. Rooms were clean and staff was accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to the new waterpark interactive slide.

Some lady was being arrested and out of 20 free spins at mac. 3 quarter's not one win lol still got to eat and came out ahead.

The theater was a great place to see Gabriel Iglesias! My only complaint was having to walk through all of the cigarette smoke to get to the theater.

One of my favorite places in Mt. Pleasant MI. Definitely cleaner than most other casinos down south of us in MI and their promotions are usually pretty good.

Had a great time playing slots. All of the staff was courteous and they do a great job of offering new players some extra cash on the slots.

Beautiful casino. Love the hot tub outside especially during the winter. Nice indoor pool. Plenty of gaming. Nice kids center. Rooms are clean. Service is friendly. Buffet is amazing. I'd give it a 5 star if it weren't for so many of our favorite games have been removed.

Love Soaring Eagle, it's worth the drive. I appreciate the upgrades they have made. The ventilation system is much better so it is not as smoky as it's been in the past.

Love staying in the hotel when in town for the pow wow. The Soaring Eagle has a little something for everyone. Staff is always friendly and the slots are pretty loose.

Nice stay. Would go again. Disappointed there was not a discount for players card members for the water park. The room was okay, but did have leaky faucet in bathroom. The walls in the hallways could use some touch ups. We did appreciate the mini fridge. We also enjoyed the pool area. Very nice.

Horrible customer service over simple things such as a players card. Plus not to mention tight slots that don't pay. I had to go up to customer service over the same matter for a card. Then it works on some slots and not others. I think its all BS just to regulate thier cash flow and who they let win. Place is very deceitful.

I had a lot of fun and the show was great along with the casino service. My main issue was the organizing of the event. There wasn't a set line and we just stood around the high limit area and people were cutting since they didn't know where the line was. A simple rope or signs could have made the situation a lot better.

Impressive staff and service, luxurious rooms and tons of amusements

The restaurant service was good and the steak was okay but almost cold. There's too much smoke everywhere. You come out stinking of tobacco. Disgusting. At least, get some proper air ventilation/exhaustion.

They hold awesome concerts and have great food and drinks. The gambling ain't bad either if that's what your into.

First time to a casino, great experience plenty of food options cheap parking and a welcoming staff that was more than willing to answer and questions and give tips

I got to play for hours. On the slots before I lost the money I had. Drinks where cheap. I had great time.

Moderately fun way to bring in the New Year.. also left with some winnings.. fun fun

To much to say, great environment lots to do and see. My favorite casino of all. Always clean, always updating slot machines seem to pay out more then other casinos I've been too.

The payouts were horrible. I was even max betting and the payouts just didn't seem to match. There was no drink service. You had to actually go stand in line while one person served you a drink. I'm very disappointed.

I've gone to souring eagle casino for last 10 yrs . This yr i noticed they have some new slot machine.. I left with more dollars then what I came with...new machine payed off..

Our room was next to the construction going on at the hotel entrance. Bartender was rude, when told the red wine he poured, into a plastic cup, was old, he said "I can't do anything about it". I ordered beer instead, he proceeded to charge me for the beer, even after I returned the wine. Our waitress, at the buffet, Carrie, was very nice

Nice hotel rooms but casino reeks! Needs some nightlife in terms of music too. There 2nd a concert and it took 45 minutes in line to get to check out desk. We found one bar with a piano player. It was around 9 p.m. it was practically empty but we were waited on only once. I had to go to bar to cash out even though there were 3 staff standing around looking at us. I told bartender we were cashing out since we were not being waited on and she said NOTHING. We were well dressed and ready to spend! Not worth our time to go back due to terrible service.

Spent the night with family in a beautiful suite. Kids had a great time, bell hop and employees were very nice and attentive. The woman at the concierge desk was especially helpful.

Love love love this casino. They may be Indians, but definitely not Indian givers. Hotel is awesome! Outdoor hot tub is great!

I am not one to complain about service regularly, in fact, I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt when things go less-than-ideally. I ve had some great experiences with blackjack dealers here at Soaring Eagle, however, the craps dealer I was interacting with gave me the worst casino experience I ve ever had.

I was there late at night, and as such was the only one at the usually busy craps table. You d think the dealers wouldn t have a hard time keeping track of my bets in that scenario, right? Wrong.

After hitting the point (point was 8) the puck was not turned over, and the dice were slid back to me by the stick-man. Of course, I didn t grab the dice, and asked to be payed for my pass line and odds bet. The dealer refused, saying under his breath as soon as the dice are in the middle, I ll pay you . I wasn t sure what was happening at this point, and waited to get paid. After a minute or two passed by with my bets still un-paid and sitting on the table, (again-I was the only one at this table) I asked to be paid. The dealer again mumbled that he will pay me once the dice are in the middle of the table. The stick-man ended up paying it out.

TL;DR
The dealer was so stubborn about paying me for my pass-line win, the stick-man had to step in and pay it out after a solid 5 minutes of waiting to get paid. All while being the only one at the craps table.

This is one big casino!! Lots of choices of games and slot machines. The slots are tight but we still had fun for 7 hours. The Legends Diner had a good selection of food but, very par for casino food.. Nothing special.

Are room was dirty we scum in our tub and our counters in the bathroom. This was two years ago. I MADE comments and no one has ever gotten back to me.

Employees in the casino were very friendly and helpful. Slots were in good working order. Enjoyed playing with the ten dollars added to my new players club card, played for 2 hrs and brought home 250 without spending a dime. Only complaint was that to get to the non-smoking slot machine room, you had to walk all the way through the main area which was "smoking allowed" to get there.

Love this casino. Get venue for concerts and relatively good payout on slots.

Had a great time at the water park with the family. The hotel is nice and reasonable price for the package.

Had a great time with everyone. Great place to go and enjoy every thing that was going on. Would go back again.
