worst planned apartment in raj etternia.. They have built all the STP pump, noisy blower, noisy water pump all right under blocks in basement 1 with no sound proof. For 24 hours there is noise. Entire DG back up system which consists of so many generators are also placed in basement 1. The ground floors are badly affected by this constant sound and so the entire block. Damn poor planning with absolute no after service or any sign of rectification by Snn builders. Only residents can give genuine feedback.

Worst experience after buying propert from them. Biggest mistake of life.

Highly recommend. Here is the builder who strongly believes in trust , transparency & long term customer relationships. one of the best builder in the country.

We shifted to SNN Raj Etternnia in harlur road 2 months back. When we invested we thought we are safe hands of SNN Builders because we believed their promises & quality. But Trust me the builder is pathetic. They promised of so many things but ignoring completely. We are facing so much of problems but the CRM and some manager named Viresh who is supposed to take care of the resident's problems related to the post occupation, does not bother or care about anything that we raise.

We complained about a constant & a very strong sound coming from the basement which is too loud to avoid. The sound comes 24/7 & irritating because you can not stay all your life if someone plays a blower in your ears constantly . This problem is with A2 & A1 block specifically but the adjacent blocks might also get the sound. Previously Viresh said that we cannot help. He even asked us to escalate the matter to SNN builder owners as he himself cannot do anything alone. Then after couple of follow ups he said we have noticed & are working on it & within 1 week it will get solved. It's been more than 1 & half month that we are still living in that horrible sound. Nothing they have done. We requested Viresh to come & check from inside the apartment so that he understands the effect of the sound but he refused to do so. On top of it he is arrogant & when we ask for any date to solve this problem he hangs the phone on you. Wow!! what a manager he is. People like him spoils the name of the first in the 1st place only.

We are repenting our investment. We were interested to refer our closed ones to invest in SNN & also wanted to take another flat in different block but when started living here & saw how they treat the residents after occupation we changed our mind. There were 4 members from my end who were interested to buy 3 or 4 BHKs apt in SNN Raj Etternia but after seeing our problems even they also backed off. Who wants to struggle after investing crores. We have invested to stay in peace not to fight with builders for each & every smallest things. Shame on you guys. At the time of installments Ms. Archana used to be so active calling & sending emails & etc. now when we complained she vanished.

We are fooled with crore of investment. Now we see why SNN is not in the top builders list like other biggies are there & I dont have to take their names. I have another flat in one of those big builders project and now I must say that I distinctly feel the difference between those big named builders and this SNN. I would never recommend anyone for SNN atleast not my closed ones.

These SNN guys dont bother once you buy the flats. After occupation It's upto you how you survive.

I would see if Mr. Srinivasan the CEO of this company is at all taking any actions or not.

One of the most admired Builders and Developers in the City. They have in very short time changed the phase one of the industry. Presently with one of the tallest structures in Bangalore being made by them known as SNN Clermont in Hebbal which has five towers and forty floors each, the have made newswaves. Really nice people to deal with and the construction quality is good. The best part about this Company is that the top management is approachable anytime right from the CEO Srinivasan to the Director Nitin Agarwal. Down to earth people with great values that can be seen reflecting in their work.

It's an awesome place with eye pleaseing cutting edge things used , just as expected I would say because it's SNN. There is no 2 wheeler parking here but for car underground parking was there. Had to park my vehicle near an ATM.

A HUGE 1 STAR & NOT EVEN A STAR

Whatever 1 star have been rated by the other sufferers & public are hundred percent correct. The 4 to 5 starts are paid reviews.

Would request buyers to research 100 times about this pathetic SNN group before you invest. Pathetic construction quality. Think twice before you do drilling work. Don't go by the builder's goody nature, that's their selling strategy. These guys would behave too good to just sell their property and after occupation no matter whatever problem comes they would not rectify & would neglect like anything. If anybody is referring please dont get duped because even they also get good referral amount from SNN.
You visit any property you would find big faults and ofcourse at the time of showing they would keep mum.
These people are wearing a mask of a good person but ultimately they would make you suffer.

Invest your hard earned money in other reputed builders but not in SNN. Their duping nature would never bring them to top level builders in Bangalore. Dont waste your money please.

Their projects are totally different from other apartment builders they also have the best luxury apartments in Bangalore they make new projects which are very well constructed and have the best facilities and they are also known for delivering their projects on time thanks to them for making such awesome apartmsnts

Please note, my review is based on the conversations I had with their sales rep not for the builder as a whole. From what we feel and researched SNN creates quality projects and delivers on time. We were planning to book an apartment with them as well however our financials were not working out...Hence I had reached out to their sales rep I was in contact with and tried to explain the concerns..His response to my concerns had completely put me off. His diminishing way of talking had completely changed my mind and will never going to invest with them. Again, No offense to SNN builders as a whole.

3 weeks back through my cousin's reference went to snn etternia. The designs were really good and from outside the building was looking awesome but when looked around saw lot of loopholes. The work progress of the amenities were slow. The workers were mostly seen busy in having fun than working. Also the carpet area seems to be less. And there was a constant sound coming from somewhere basement or outside when checking one of the blocks.

Wanted to buy one ground floor and on 2nd or 3rd.

Will like to visit again for final call and to see whether the drawbacks are rectified or not

The first time I walked into SNN Raj spiritua, I was pretty impressed with the quality that they put into the apartment. After some online digging I saw that they have pretty good reviews but now it makes me wonder if some of them are false because honestly, after booking a flat in the apartment...on hindsight I cannot help but feel a little cornered.

The first red flag should have been the false advertising that they employ. They say Save XYZ lakhs... Interiors free, etc but then they just add all that to their final price. So basically you re in fact paying for it. You re not saving anything.
Secondly on the day I booked the flat I walked into the office believing I would be paying a certain price, but again spent 2 hours negotiating with the sales team. Why quote a price when you re not ready to accept it?
Especially when you claim to have spoken to the higher authorities about it.
A builder of such repute should not rely on sly marketing/sales techniques of psychologically manipulating their clients. It was a bit unprofessional and off putting to be honest.

Since I had already made a decision, I did not argue too much. But I walked away feeling disappointed rather than excited for having bought a new house and couldn t help second guessing my decision.

This snn guys are super fraud... My family got fooled and suffered and god knows how many more people will get fooled by them amd suffer.
You tell about the problems to these directors, ceo they very conveniently will avoid the problems created by them and stay far away from rectifying any single issues.
Moreover when we say this will affect you sale they say they are not bothered. Think !!! To what level they are so confident to fool people that they are not bothered at all.

Please request people dont buy their property. If people value their hard earned money will suggest them not to buy atleast snn builders flat.. They will surely suffer

Good property to buy .ready to accupy painted with costly asian paints product.

Ground floors are all affected by stp sound and dg back noise.. Dont buy flats in snn raj etternia

3 to 4 weeks back i visited the snn etternia.. And was interested in investing. 1st of all they didn't allow me to see coz their representative was not in duty.. Expected someone else to show but none bothered to show any interest. I told them that i am traveling from indranagar all the way so it is hard for me to come again.. But they didn't bother.

However the person who referred me he gave me his freinds number who resides in snn and he finally showed me the entire society.. It really good and I looked for pool facing lower floors flats but though i couldn't check inside the flats but liked the view from A blocks. Lot of greenery. Better than the other blocks which is either just infront of the. pool area or the view was not as good as the A block.

But there was a constant sound coming from basement which was strong and i felt that ground floor is quite affected by this. On enquiry some guard said it's the stp noise and people are working to rectify it. I called the snn office the very next day to actually pay a visit to see it properly and also enquired about the sound so they said they would get back to me once it is rectified.. I never received a call till date. Probably snn guys are not interested to sell flats.
I wonder how the the etternia people are not complaining about that sound and stay in calm. Hope their hard earned money invested in thia snn etternia project is worth.

Very good builders who provides nice housing. Usually their projects will not be delayed, but my project seems to be having delay due to Govt authorities.

No integrity if you to take your money back. They do not intent to back back legitimate claims.
