3 weeks back through my cousin's reference went to snn etternia. The designs were really good and from outside the building was looking awesome but when looked around saw lot of loopholes. The work progress of the amenities were slow. The workers were mostly seen busy in having fun than working. Also the carpet area seems to be less. And there was a constant sound coming from somewhere basement or outside when checking one of the blocks.

Wanted to buy one ground floor and on 2nd or 3rd.

Will like to visit again for final call and to see whether the drawbacks are rectified or not
