3 to 4 weeks back i visited the snn etternia.. And...

3 to 4 weeks back i visited the snn etternia.. And was interested in investing. 1st of all they didn't allow me to see coz their representative was not in duty.. Expected someone else to show but none bothered to show any interest. I told them that i am traveling from indranagar all the way so it is hard for me to come again.. But they didn't bother.

However the person who referred me he gave me his freinds number who resides in snn and he finally showed me the entire society.. It really good and I looked for pool facing lower floors flats but though i couldn't check inside the flats but liked the view from A blocks. Lot of greenery. Better than the other blocks which is either just infront of the. pool area or the view was not as good as the A block.

But there was a constant sound coming from basement which was strong and i felt that ground floor is quite affected by this. On enquiry some guard said it's the stp noise and people are working to rectify it. I called the snn office the very next day to actually pay a visit to see it properly and also enquired about the sound so they said they would get back to me once it is rectified.. I never received a call till date. Probably snn guys are not interested to sell flats.
I wonder how the the etternia people are not complaining about that sound and stay in calm. Hope their hard earned money invested in thia snn etternia project is worth.
