We received a random violation notice from one of the Neighborhood Inspectors for a neighbors car parked in front of our house on a public street. When office was contacted, they blew it off and refused to send retraction notice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Nothing is ever their responsibility. When emailing for responses you get a return address that is undeliverable. If you can choose a neighborhood that doesn't use HALO you are way better off.
I could not have asked for a better experience when I recently bought my house in Sumner County. My agent Mark Williams is first class and represented and counseled me with integrity and honesty. It's a great feeling when you have confidence your real estate agent is telling you important things to protect you rather than just telling you what he/she thinks you want to hear just to sell a house; that's what buyers need and want and that's what I got. Furthermore, every time I texted or called or needed anything, he was there and got me what I needed to make my decisions throughout the process.
During the process I also had reason to briefly deal directly with the seller of the house, who was also a HALO agent, Shawn Jackson, and he too is a great guy and is a straight shooter. Everything he told me has checked out as I have lived in the house and neighborhood.
Michelle in the office is super professional; she was in touch regularly to keep me on a timeline and made the process a lot easier.
To top it off, it was necessary for the owner of HALO Realty, Danny Hale, to step in and facilitate the final phase of the deal, and I am convinced he handled everything fairly, equally looking out for both the seller and for me as well.
All in all, this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for. I think the fact that the whole deal was under the HALO umbrella made things go ten times smoother.
They say "the proof is in the pudding!" It's been a few months and the house is still everything I could have hoped for; I am very pleased with what I got and what I paid. I will definitely be returning to HALO in the future if I need to buy or sell real estate.
Brian can t be bothered to answer calls or texts. After a week, I set up a self tour, and after providing everything I was asked for I got a text an hour before the set time telling me my showing was canceled. No call, no answer to my texts or calls and zero effort. Could not have been handled with less professionalism if he tried.
Halo does a good job managing our properties. It is not easy pleasing a lot of people at one time. Alicia is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional yet caring. Thanks Alicia!
Neighborhood dog attacked several dogs and killed 2 and HALO did nothing to the dog owner. So much for the safety of our children. They could at least ENFORCE the covenants.
