I don t understand the bad reviews. The team was very friendly and FAST but still very careful! I had them move my king sized mattress and frame, wall-mounted TV, and about 50 various sized boxes. From start to finish (including reassembling my bed frame at my new place) felt like an instant. Will definitely be hiring again for my next move!

Very adamant mover. Parks the car which causes inconvenience for residents and neighbors. Not ready to listen anything. Be careful when hiring.

I have used these movers twice now. I have enjoyed the experience both times. The crew was experienced and effective. Took great care wrapping my fragile items. The three stars are not a comment on the work performed. It is rather a reflection on the disrespect I received from the crews. They were polite when talking to me in English. However they assumed I did not understand Spanish and so decided to talk smack about me behind my back in Spanish. I was never rude, never yelled or raised my voice and was always polite and treated them with the upmost respect. I found it disappointing that considering the amount of money I spent that I was not afforded the same respect. A lesson for the owner: tell your crews not to assume a customer does not understand what you say in another language.

Disappointed does not even begin to describe our feelings with Spartan. We are appalled by the customer service, process, and overall move. We hired them (based on positive reviews, which I am now extremely confused by) to move our 2BR apartment from CA to Massachusetts. When we finally received our belongings, the boxes were in terrible shape, we had some of our furniture damaged, and some furniture broken. To top it off, they LOST A BOX. How do you lose a box - this is your job. Memories we will never get back (including our son's baby books), with 0 apology or explanation from Spartan..and we've had to follow up several times to see what our next steps are. They're so quick to charge us and get their money, but once paid they do not care anymore. They are not trustworthy or reliable, terrible customer service, and need to work on their overall internal communication - if you actually care about your things, I'd definitely look elsewhere for your move. Awful experience.
