EDIT: In spite of the namesake reply given to my review, nobody has contacted me so far, neither made an effort to address my concerns

The first time I walked into SNN Raj spiritua, I was pretty impressed with the quality that they put into the apartment. After some online digging I saw that they have pretty good reviews but now it makes me wonder if some of them are false because honestly, after booking a flat in the apartment...on hindsight I cannot help but feel a little cornered.

The first red flag should have been the false advertising that they employ. They say Save XYZ lakhs... Interiors free, etc but then they just add all that to their final price. So basically you re in fact paying for it. You re not saving anything.
Secondly on the day I booked the flat I walked into the office believing I would be paying a certain price, but again spent 2 hours negotiating with the sales team. Why quote a price when you re not ready to accept it?
Especially when you claim to have spoken to the higher authorities about it.
A builder of such repute should not rely on sly marketing/sales techniques of psychologically manipulating their clients. It was a bit unprofessional and off putting to be honest.

Since I had already made a decision, I did not argue too much. But I walked away feeling disappointed rather than excited for having bought a new house and couldn t help second guessing my decision.
