Very mixed bag - good and bad. I have been there a couple of times, and each time they give me a different dentist. The one this time was TERRIBLE - Dr. Tran. He was this cocky young kid who did not even introduce himself. I only found out his name from the insurance claim form. He asked how things were when he came in, and I told him about an issue and by his answer you could tell he did not even listen to my question. I had to point this out to him twice before he actually listened to the question. Then he stood behind me so I could not see him even when he was talking to me (actually talking at me), and when I asked him about what he was finding, he said "I'm talking to the nurse" and never told me. He was defensive and belligerent about any questions. Then he left, and after he left, the nurse told me I had a cavity. I have never had a cavity in my life (I am 46), and would have liked to talk to the doctor about it. It was all in all a very unpleasant experience, and I left feeling quite angry.

On the other side, the assistant who does the cleaning (I have had her for the last 2 times) is fantastic - the best I have ever had. She is very thorough, and obviously takes pride in getting the teeth as clean as they possibly can be.

Follow up to that last message a month later - I called and asked about the cavities, and wanted to know if I could wait 6 months until my next appointment to get the filling. The person I spoke with looked at my chart and said 'no - you have to come in right away. It says the severity is 1 step away from needing a root canal'. well, I was shocked, but made an appointment to come in the next week. A different dentist saw me and said that I have 2 tiny possible cavities, and in 6 months we can evaluate if we even then want to fill them or not. And then they wanted to charge me $75.

Dani was friendly, understanding, and talked me through each step she was doing while cleaning my teeth.

I saw Dani the hygienist, and Doctor Bharucha. Out of all the dentist offices I ve visited this was by far the best. The rooms are clean, the staff polite and friendly and the women that worked on my teeth made my visit, dare I say, almost enjoyable

Competent staff. My kids' hygienist Sheri is always thorough and kind. Usually get kids in without waiting a long time. Their phone service lacks. It's extremely hard to get through to talk to a person.

BAD SERVICE!

THE "MANAGER" AT THE DESK IN THE ORTHODONTIST DEPARTMENT ALWAYS HAVE A NASTY WAY TO HANDLE BUSINESS. THE DOCTOR RUN MORE THEN ONE OFFICE AND DONT REMEMBER THINGS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. THEY WANT MONEY AND DONT CARE MUCH ABOUT YOUR TEETH. DON'T GO HERE YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE YOU KNOW YOU'LL GET GOOD DENTAL CARE. I CAME HERE FOR BRACES AND IT HAS BEEN A LONG NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THEM. 5,500 DOWN THE DRAIN NOW IM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PAY HOPEFULLY, THEY CAN HELP ME.

Sally Ann helped with my cleaning and she was very good! she did everything very gentle which i enjoyed because my teeth are very sensitive. I highly recommend!

The staff was extremely kind and compassionate. The hygienist Sally Ann was very easy and caring. Highly recommend.

When entering the office you are greeted by an extremely nice staff and gorgeous office. They are very knowledgeable and informative on your procedure. Highly recommend them.

I have always suffered of anxiety when going to the dentist I don't know why my whole body shivered when sitting in the chair but I don't know what since the first day I step foot in this office I felt so peaceful and calm the staff was all so sweet especially Jaime the dental hygienist

My experience was very pleasant my dentist assistant Jaime treated me with so much kindness and dignity. She was awesome at explaining all the procedures while she was doing them and help me decrease my anxiety. Great service!

This place is a disappointment. One star is too mu h for them. I had an emergency appt today with my son first thing in the morning. I get there 15 min early and i see the door closed and a sticky note on the door saying last minute emergency, we had to close our office, sorry for the inconvenience REALLY?! Not even a call to reschedule! Poor management and customer service i will say. The more irritating part is that this emergency appt i had to wait for a week for them to see my son! Also it is their fault my son needs to be seen right away because the last Dentist he saw there told me that my son dont need the baby tooth to be pulled and that the big tooth should push it our when it comes. Well NEWS FLASH... It DIDNT. The baby tooth is all the way up in the gum and wont come out. Swolle gum and big tooth coming out towards the front! This is unacceptable!! Im going to change from Dentist but they are going to fix what they did first!

Excellent Work! Jamie was my hygienist and she did a wonderful job with my teeth and was extremely friendly!

I have called in to reschedule an appointment several times in one day, no one answers the phone, left message never received a call back.
Also when I show up for a scheduled appointment the wait time is always 15 to 30+ minutes after scheduled time.

Very friendly staff and a great first expression. It is a little far from my house but definitely worth it.

Sheri is always great, and has been taking care of my daughter for years. She is a wonderful asset to your staff!!

This dentist is horrible. The children side is great and have great patience! The adult side is so unorganized, rude, and ghetto "not all but majority of the younger ones. They schedule you an appointment for no reason when you have to wait like an hour and a half to be seen ! They barely communicate with each other. I scheduled and appointment for a fill in before my sons surgery, the lady gave me the appointment reminder card and when I went they said he doesn't have an appointment. I made sure they seen him that day

I had Jaime as my hygienist and I have nothing but good things to say about her! She was professional, precise and was able to share all the information I need regarding my check up. I very much appreciate all her help!

My hygienist "S" was very knowledgeable and communicative. Least amount of discomfort I've ever had in a dentist chair and I had a bunch of cavities :/ Dr. K was gentle and was in no rush! She explained my choice of switching to a non-fluoride toothpaste was a poor decision and helped me get back on track.

I was nervous getting my wisdom teeth but Desiree and trista were awesome talking to me helped me calm down

I have been seen several times with Dr. Durai and she is amazing !! She has a great hand and is very knowledgeable. She explains everything you need to know very clear. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and well taken care of. The staff is amazing the whole receptionists are so friendly and helpful and their customer services are impeccable. The dentist assistants as well very well trained very easy to talk and very professional.
I always recommend SmileKrafters to my friends and family because my experience with them is 100% satisfied.
I ve switched a couple of times before I found SmileKrafters and I m happy to say I won t go nowhere else!!

I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews this place has. Every month owner has a new excuse. Do your self a favor and look. Sure there are some good reviews. Everyone gets a few right or maybe the owner is having them put up just to try and hide all the bad ones. The medical staff seems ok however all the support or maybe it's the policies are inept. I found my current good dental services by calling a five star. They didn't take my insurance, but they called someone else in turn who called me back. Now I will get my teeth pulled in less than a week by a more caring dental clinic and surgeon.

If this place ever had an undercover inspection they'd be DONE!!

Staff was super nice and attentive! Was a ride to get there but was so worth it with everything in my area closed. Will definitely recommend this Oral Surgery place to my family and friends!

Wouldnt Recommend Nobody To Go Front Desk Ladies Get Paid To Do Nothing But Talk About What They Eating . Nobody Know How To Answer Phones Takes Forever To Get An Appointment . Hands Down I Wouldnt Even Give iT ONR STAR . PLACE IS A DISGRACE

This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced at a dentist. I had an appointment once that was after work during the week. They call me a couple days before my appointment to inform me that they changed their office hours and cannot see me that day. I was not mad until i tried to reschedule this appointment and they told me i had to wait 2 months.

This is not an uncommon occurence at this dentist though. If you EVER need to reschedule an appointment expect to wait at least 2 months. There is also no type of waitlist for appointments either.

Once you finally get into the office expect to wait in the loud waiting room for at least 30min before you are called back.

Once you finally get to the chair it is not such a bad experience because the hygienist does a decent job. That is about the only positive thing i have to say about this awful dentist.

Oral surgery is great Torry is wonderful. Hour drive is fine to drive for this place.

Dr. Drysdale and Assistant Carrie we re excellent. They made everything easy to understand while taking care of my sister. Would recommend coming back!

By far the worst dentist I ve ever been treated at! NO ONE answers phone or returns a call! For 1 year in order to speak with someone I ve had to drive to the office to be told the phones don t work! How can someone run a business like that?

I had my oral surgery here and it went smoothly and amazing I could not have had a better oral surgeon highly recommend Jackson Nguyen if you have to have oral surgery!

I drove for 20-25 minutes just to find out my appointment was canceled because I was 10 minutes late! First they make you wait for a month or 2 for an appointment then they just cancel it like that!!
patients should be given at least 15 minutes to arrive! I won t consider this place anymore

Sept 29 - I had my deep cleaning and Jamie was wonderful as always. She s always aware of any concerns and always worried on how I feel, if I am comfortable or not. She s the best. She s a sweetheart. She always take care of me in the best way possible. Thank you very much Jamie and God bless you and your 2 cats

Nov 10- My hygienist Sally Ann was wonderful. Always aware of my needs always worried if I was hurt when she was doing my cleaning. Very professional. She s an A plus

God I wish I could give Zero Star!

I would never recommend this place for anything, especially for a tooth removal.
For my surgery, I had to find all the pre-surgery information myself. They were supposed to give me a paper listing all the instructions for before the surgery but they didn t. They lady on the phone apologized and told me that they would give me a call before the surgery to go over it anyways, which they never did either. I had to go with what I knew because my husband had this surgery at another place before. I mean, I would say that not having anything to eat after midnight and bringing someone to drive you home after surgery is an info that comes handy (just saying). These people also never called back to check on me see if I was okay after surgery or to provide further instructions as other hospitals do. Trust me, I have had many procedures so I know what I am talking about, and FYI, I had not only one, but four wisdom teeth removed at the same time so I believe this is not to be played with. When my husband had it, the hospital called the next day to find out how he was doing with medication etc.
On top, they prescribed me a medication that was doing nothing for my pain so I was in real pain and did not know what to do. Also, after two weeks I was still experiencing severe pain on my jaw and behind my ear and called in for a followed up. Not only did they scheduled me for the end of the following week, but also on my way to the appointment (FYI I had to use my break from work to go to this apt and I work in another country), I found out by my GPS they are closed at the time my apt was schedule, so I called in and they informed they had moved me to 30 mins before my apt. and no one informed me. This is how professional they are! After I had to pull off in the middle of the highway so I didn t go any further, this lady informed me that the next apt for me would be a week after (remember, I m experiencing severe pain from a procedure they performed). They scheduled me for that next available day, and a day before my appt. they called and left a voicemail saying unfortunately the doctor is not going to be here until next week so call us so we can schedule you again oh really? So basically, the pain that I explained was experiencing was not important for them. Mind you, my husband had just a little discomfort after his surgery in another hospital and as soon as we call the doctor wanted to see him and make sure everything was fine. This is SMILEKRAFTERS for you people!!

I went in today for a cleaning with Sally Ann and she was Amazing. She did an amazing job.

I got my wisdom tooth removed here and the staff that worked with me were very nice and respectful. Sanitary and quick in and out for my tooth. I was very scared going it but I was under anesthesia and awake in no time. Didn't even feel when they put the needle it too so that's a plus. They just made something easily stressed out for me quick and painless.

Jonathan and Dr. Shaw are absolutely amazing . Both did very well comforting my daughter and making her experience as good as they possibly could. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. Great team work

Very clean and big office. I like that my family and I can go to one place for all of our needs.

The provider and staff always make my children feel comfortable and ease. They explain everything thoroughly and the office is always clean! Which is always important, especially during these times. I would highly recommend it.

This place is truly a horrible establishment, on July 17th i had made an apointment for July 26th at 2pm for a consultation to have three of my teeth extracted. When i arrived there at Smile Krafters also known as Advantage dental they said "oh your five mintues late you will have to reschedule your appointment". "I said are you serious we just drove 78 miles from Lower Bucks County"? The receptionist said yes this is our rule from management if your five minutes late for your appointment you have to reschedule. Then when i informed her that i have a 2pm apointment here she looked up my name on her computer and said your name isn't in our system for a 2 pm apointment with us. Also the receptionist said this happens all the time, people make appointments and when they arrive their names aren't in the computer saying that they have an appointment with us. I told her what i said when i made the appointment on July 17th. And i gave her my cell phone number because she is going to complain to the office that answers people's phone calls when they call up to made apointments. This was my first time here at Smile Krafters and will be my last time.

THE WORST DENTIST IFFICW, CUATOMER SERVICE, DELAYS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I've been calling for over a month talking to the operators leaving messages for a coordinator that NEVERRRR answers the phone doesnt matter what time is it. and then they call 1 time out of all the times you call, when I call Back again the same thing leave me on the phone for more than 10 mins for someone to answer, same excuse when somebody does answer all the coordinator will get back to you. Smile krafters are very hard to deal with!!! the worst experience and I haven't even got my procedure done. been calling to schedule an appointment boy thats been unsuccessful, So NO with the lack of customer service that sucks in both left and right receptionists I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!!! I'm even canceling my approved procedure to start fresh at another dentist. SMH ON THEM!!!!

Great dental office. My son's fears were put at ease once he met the dentist. Highly recommend this practice.

Schedule appointments are a hassle but overall customer service is pretty good.

Okay so I was willing to give you guys a chance, but this is ridiculous. Last time I went for a cleaning, the hygienist was in a bad mood, and constantly breathing deeply as in bother. I know sometimes a cleaning hurts, but I could often taste my own blood, and she was hurting my gums all the time. She saw I was in pain and did nothing! Unprofessional! I went back today because I had my schedule card for a cleaning... and guess what ? I wasn't scheduled ! Made me waste an entire school day, AND my time. Best believe I will be changing my dentist soon. So Unprofessional .

So today 4/17/19 I decided to call to verify the time and date of both my sons appt and to my surprise there May appt was rescheduled! when was I gonna get a call!? They have already waited MONTHS for this appt.... And I need to reschedule in OCTOBER!? Wow! Unfortunately the person that does cleanings isn t available that day So my sons have to wait a few more months! That s HORRIBLE! What abt good dental hygiene are we not promoting that anymore!? I mean it s really unfair to people that have to give there 2week notice at work to call off and now this! Get it together SMILEKRAFTERS a lot of these reviews on here are about the same complaints. Your technology at this office is great but your customer service is horrible. And upon reading other reviews you guys need to do better in other departments as well! I CALLED AT ABT 8 this morning and it s 12 now maybe if someone would ve called me back you would of not got this review. HOPE TO GET A CALL BACK SOMETIME

I ve never been so humiliated the girls that work in the front are completely unprofessional. If you don t like your job then quit and find something your passionate about. Receptionist doesn t check paperwork and I was told by phone the wrong information. Definitely braking the HIPPA law like they say.

It makes no sense at all to wait until only two days before an appointment to tell the patient that they need to have someone else there during the entire appointment. That is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I should have been informed of that when the appointment was made (TWO WEEKS PRIOR) so that I could make arrangements. That was a complete waste of my time.

This was my son s first time going to a pediatric dentist. He is 2 years old. When I walked into the office I was not greeted with a hello or good morning, instead I was asked for my sons insurance card then handed paperwork right away. I completed it all, handed it back in then received back my insurance card. I waited 10 to 15 minutes to be called back. When I had called to make the appointment they told me I would have to sit in the chair with him to keep him comfortable, I mentioned I was 8 months pregnant and they suggested I bring someone to help me out. When my sons name was called I grabbed my son and started walking back with my sister the hygienist told me there is a one parent to one child policy. I told her he is my son & this is my sister who is going to sit with him because I am clearly 8 months pregnant she said ok fine . We get to the chair & as she s preparing she asks me of any known allergies he has right as the allergy paperwork is sitting in front of her on the desk. She looked at his teeth & asked me if he can talk (which again was written on the paperwork in front of her, that he has delayed speech). She brought the doctor in & he examined my sons mouth & sang baby shark with him & talked to him to make him more comfortable. When we got to check out. The receptionist handed my son the toy bin & said several times for him to pick only 1. I m sorry but when you hand an entire toy bin to a 2 year old of course he s going to want one of everything in the bin. I did make another appointment to be back in 6 months & I didn t even get an appointment card. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with everyone besides the doctor himself. In the mean time, I suggest don t go there unless you want to be given attitude & rushed by every one of those girls who work there. They seem like they don t even want to be there and hate their job. I will be calling around for a new dentist for my son

Horrible place to go how are little kids suppose to go by themselves and not let the parents in. You have two choices let ur kid go in by themselves and leave the other in the waiting room or walk out! Horrible kids are terrified going in without there parents!

Came early. Rerouted to the children dentistry. Waited over an hour and No communication about when my child would be seen. Waiting room was small and there were people crammed in such a small space. If they cannot accommodate so many people then don't stack appointments on top of each other. Made this appointment over a month ago and still had to wait! I'll be looking for a different facility ASAP

I was working here since January with no full training and then the managers get mad at my because I have no idea what s going on! They don t care for they re employees at all what s so ever! Managers tell other staff everyone s business or if there s an issue but the person the issue is with! Just horrible place to work for and very messy and unprofessional. I wouldn t recommend ever working for this place to anyone! I got fired because y all failed to train me the correct way! And stop trying to delete my review the world

Claudet takes her time and makes sure that my son is comfortable with what she did with the adjustments on his braces. She is very pleasant and I look forward to seeing her at each appointment.

These people are the biggest crooks ever, They charged me for 15mins of surgery that wasnt even necessary and when I brought it to their attention, it took almost three weeks for their management to get a hold of me and give me such a bshit excuse. Im pretty sure their scamming insurances and cutting corners. When I was there for a consultation staff talked about each other right in front of us, when I got a hold of their lazy manager, their own manager stated to me that half the girls in the office dont know what their doing, so unprofessional. Lesson to future clients if they offer to do your surgery they say it takes an hour when it only takes less than 30mins but they pocket the extra half hour. SmileCrooks!

They were the only one who accept my disability type health insurance. I had my wisdom tooth surgery there. One of my wisdom tooth had a bad cavity they had to put me to sleep. The only thing the nurse poke the needle in my hand with a doctor has never done clearly they were Dental student. I told them they always do it in my arm. They put the needle in my left arm everything was good doctor came in they put me right to sleep and had the surgery. Everything was according to schedule. Was only left with a bruise on my hand because of the needle overall everything was good. I was prescribed strong painkillers and strong antibiotics . I can see my gums are healing nicely the swelling is going down . You can't eat nothing for 2 to 3 hours until the bleeding has stopped or you can swallow some blood and feel nauseated and vomit but the next day I was able to eat.

recommended to anyone they do all kinds of dental work and oral surgery for kids and adults.

I don't know why people give bad reviews. If you didn't have a good experience does not mean someone else did.

Awful!!!! Cancel appointments on you multiple times! Phone just rings, can't get a hold of anyone. If you leave a message, no one calls you back. Just horrible!!!

I always love coming to the dentist office. My hygienist Jamie, was amazing, she kept making sure I was okay and she did a very excellent job in cleaning my teeth. I love coming here.

This place should NEVER! receive a good rating! It seems like they hire anybody that comes through the door. The staff is so unprofessional. I advise whoever visited this place to get a HEPATITIS B & C TEST. This place will be on the news one day. Find another dentist readers.

Dr. Dhyllon is great.. Especially Ms. Wisser she is the best, the sweetest. The whole staff is very kind and very professional!

Daughter and son both got braces here due to insurance. Assembly line "service" that's unprofessional. Son had several brackets come off. They told us it'd be $39 for any more bracket repairs. Told them to take off the braces if that's the case. Surprisingly they say we have another cement that we'll try. Never had any more brackets pop off. Seems like they use poor quality materials and then nickle and dime you.
Daughter had braces 4 years. Finally told them to take off braces. Retainer didn't fit properly and teeth shifted within 6 months. Took her to Dr. Frey. Redoing braces correctly $5500. Contacting insurance company and the state notifying them of Smile Crafters poor service and level of care.

Jaime was very nice. It s been a while since I got a cleaning so it hurt because my teeth are sensitive but she was very understanding. She also was accommodating to my pain and such. This, though it hurt, was probably one of the best cleanings I ve ever got. Lmao this sounds forced but seriously
