After having a road traffic accident Slater Gordon Solutions arranged everything for me from transporting my vehicle to the garage, arranging a hire car & checking if I had any out of pocket expenses due to the accident. They were amazing - I would highly recommend them to anyone. During the time my car was being repaired I spoke to several members of staff who were all extremely professional, polite & made me feel confident that everything was being taken care of. Thank you to everyone involved you were all superb.

The process was fully explained and the staff were extremely helpful.

Slater Gordon Solution Motor helped me a lot with my car accident. In that bad situation for me I can say I found good side of it and it is definitely all what Slater Gordon Solution Motor done for me. I've got courtesy car next day, they've been updated me all the time with my case progress and arranged help with my injuries claim. I recently had a claim through Slater Gordon solutions as another driver hit the rear of my car. They went through everything with me ONCE and arranged everything for me from there. The worst of the worst. Google need to start a negative star grading system because this lot do not deserve the 1 star i'm obliged to give them! Misinformation, excuses, false promises and poor customer service.

I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault and the RAC put me through to Slater Gordon to deal with the repairs. The agent was very helpful, sympathetic and calming as he dealt with matters while I awaited the rescue vehicle. I received a suitable courtesy car while the repairers dealt with my car. I received my car back in good working order.

BEWARE!!.MAKE SURE YOU RECORD YOUR PHONE CALLS WITH THEM!! EVERYTIME A GENUINE 1 STAR REVIEW GOES ON, A FAKE 5 STAR REVIEW APPEARS. Their FAKE 5 star reviews from own staff are laughable. Absolute SCAM company in every sense. I Googled my insurance company contact number as the other driver said he didn't know his insurance details and I feared he was going to drive off.I couldn't find the number on the website so Googled it called and reported the accident.

The insurance company put me through to Slater Gordon to arrange recovery and repair. As I have a black box, my insurance company contacted me about 4 hours later asking if I'd been in an accident...I said I'd already reported it. Turned out i hadnt been talking to my insurer at all...it was a scam company that obviously works with Slater Gordon. I was never informed that they were an accident management company ...I thought i was speaking to my insurer/their contractor to arrange everyyhing. I didnt even know such a thing existed!. They should have explained they had nothing to do with my insurer and a completely seperate entity. I immediately tried to cancel everything but taking their time. Im extemely stressed. Lie about when they will collect the courtesy car. I spent LITERALLY about 3 hours on the phone to them today in total...most of it on hold. Absolute scam!!!! Also they are disgustingly unprofessional. Hang up on you when you try to make a complaint. I was purposely cut off at least 3 times and I will be reporting to the FCA who they are supposedly regulated by immediately!!!

UPDATE: I HAVE REPORTED SLATER GORDON AND THE OTHER SCAM COMPANY TO THE REGULATOR VIA MY INSURER WHO I SENT CALL RECORDINGS TO. THE PHONE CALL RECORDINGS CLEARLY SHOW I WAS NOT TOLD THEY ARE INDEPENDENT TO INSURER OR THAT THEY ARE ACCIDENT MANGEMENT COMPANY AND THAT THEY TRIED TO DELAY CANCELLATION OF THEIR "SERVICES". I ONLY HAD MY CAR RETURNED TO ME BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I WAS RECORDING THEM. HOPEFULLY ALONG WITH OTHER EVIDENCE THEY WILL GET SHUT DOWN!!!

After my car was involved in a bump from behind in traffic got home rung slater and within i day garage came round assessed the damage and my car was picked up a hire dropped off and the repairs all done in less then 4 days very happy and would for sure 10/10 use this company in the future.

Staff were clear, helpful and very reassuring during a stressful time. Lots of patience and clarity. Overall service very good. We were using them as a free add-on from a purchase we had made but I am likely to pay to keep this service after the free offer expires.

I was lucky to speak to Choe O Donnell. She was extremely thorough and explained everything carefully. My young daughter had been hit by another car, who thankfully admitted liability straight away. Chloe was very calming and empathetic when speaking to me and my daughter. She calmed is both down and ensured me that everything was under control. The recovery vehicle attended in record time too! My own insurance company were a mare and no help. I turned to Slater and Gordon wish I'd just done this first. Can't thank them enough. Great service and my car was fixed in a week as promised. They supplied me and organised it all with a great courtesy car (which I didn't want to give back ) 5 stars all day long!

They were so helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions as I m a bit of a worrier and the people I spoke to were always reassuring and made sure I understood everything.

Even though someone crashed into me brought me to this company they had made the process of Sorting everything out so so so easy and straight forward for me, would highly recommend if you want efficient and friendly service!

Poor customer service and terrible management! Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolutely shocking company. These are dealing with my wifes motor accident claim and have been useless beyond comprehension to date. Numerous promises of returned calls or emails never happen. Only time she gets any info is when she calls. Shes on the third case handler as they swap around. One person tells her one thing next time she calls someone else says something totally different.
They promise to chase up speed medical for info and again don't do it for weeks. Its taken 12 months from her being examined to get the medical report which then had to be returned as the consultant said my wife would have treatment and further investigation to be completed by July 2016 when we didn't get the report untill june 2017. a entire 12 months since the appointment with him.
I would not recommend this company ever. Sham and do not help or assist the very person they are paid to assist.
DISGRACEFUL PRACTICE.

I was recently involved in a bad car accident. It s the first time I have ever had one and was unsure and anxious about what steps I needed to take when it came to the admin side of it. I have been driving over 10 years now and been with many insurance companies but this is the best I have ever used. every advisor that spoke with me throughout the process was friendly and helpful . They were quick with getting my claim through and even quicker getting the courtesy car arranged!

Special mention to a chap called Matthew Rodriguez! He was informative, polite and friendly the whole way through and if they needed an example of a call recorded to use for training then use his one with me!

100 percent recommend these guys!

Sadly my car was driven in to however the entire process was made simple and easy by Slater Gordon Solutions. This all happened has my mum was being taken to hospital and my stress levels were already high. They were understanding, polite and sorted everything without delay. I am a tough person to please but even when I rang to have things changed to suit sudden hospital appointments for my mum they sorted it and made me feel listen to and understood. After reading through the reviews I must be an anomaly, firstly they are not my insurers so how they obtained my details were obtained I'm not sure.
After what initially seemed a very friendly and swift service soon turned sour.

The courtesy car was assigned pretty quickly and i thought this is to good to be true, and it was but my car, pre-accident was a convertible the car that was sent was a toyota avensis which is a family car, I asked for this to be changed to a hatch back Renault Clio, VW Golf which customer service agreed, what I received was a Vauxhall Mokka, (which has really grown on me, so it is a blessing in disguise).

I had a holiday booked for my birthday which I had to cancel as they company would not allow me to keep the car if I went.

It took 2 weeks for my car to be recovered after the accident.

The consultant had no idea where my car was once it had been recovered.

No one from Slater & Gordon thought it a good idea to notify my insurance company that I had been involved in an accident.

When I was given a valuation of my car I was pressured into accepting the offer even though I felt the valuation was wrong.

I have also been informed if I do not use the money sent to pay of the remainder of the car finance I will have to pay the costs incurred for the courtesy car.

All in all my personal experience with this company has been quite shocking if they happen to get hold of your details after an accident kindly decline.

They will probably with hold my payout after reading this review.

Dreadful service, no customer care, no basic manners to return phone calls and repairs to my car not completed. Avoid this company.

Well the whole process was made simple and efficient because the communications from Slater Gordon were professional and friendly.

This is a Company who just refuses to communicate with their clients when it does not suit them. Their Customer Services is non-existent. All phone calls, voice messages and emails are completely ignored. Even emails from a PA of another company's Managing Director, to their CEO and Chairman, do not warrant a reply - surely this says it all!!

Take a look back at the beginning of the year, You will see some 5* reviews for a guy called Billy. That same guy was Dismissed 3 months into the pandemic because the company was loosing money and couldn't afford to help its employees in these tough times. The company furloughed staff who had only passed there training a few days before. However the staff with 5* Goggle reviews, highest productivity and most of all employee of the month, they decided to dismiss because they couldn't afford to keep them on. Hopefully people will stay away from the company. However Big appreciation to the likes of Steven Mullet, Tom Dodsworth , Aaron Ward, Johnny Benson, Rob Foster & Jonny Howson for having to put up with the disgusting attitude from Laura & Oliver. Don't Use the company stick to your own insurance, ohhh And RAC Accident Care isn't RAC its Slater gordon cashing in on your misfortune!

I have had a 5 star plus experience with this firm.

I had an accident before the UK lockdown in March, and within 2 days I had a hire car sent.

Unfortunately when lockdown happened, within 3 weeks my mother and grandmother suddenly passed away ( non covid related).

Due to the fact I needed to have a vehicle as I was caring for my elderly father, the company was absolutely brilliant.

They have been so compassionate, professional, gentle, contacting me regularly and creating special conditions for me to retain the vehicle for an extended time - with even possible risks to them etc. (as hire conditions are for a limited time).

I cannot express in words how immensely grateful my father and myself are - for such care taken with us.

They didn t have to be this way and could have just been unconcerned just thinking of their profits, but they truly went out of their way to assist in a seamless manner.

Read through these results and initially had reservations however the advisor went through with me exactly what I was entitled to and arranged both my repairs and hire all on one call. The service has been great so far!

After speaking with a very professional and friendly member of your staff today (Jess Clare) I have had arrangements for my vehicle to be collected by recovery team and taken to the garage for repair. A prestige hire car has been arranged for me and should be with me today. I'm on the other side of most comments I'm a repairer and after agreeing to there terms of 30 day settlement from invoice for a bottom line discount of 15% were are now just short of 60 days and can't get to talk to anybody that answer my questions as to when settlement will take place will never do work for again very un professional company

I had a no fault accident and within hours I had a hire car delivered to my home address. They took care of everything during what was a very stressful situation. I was able to drop the hire car back at my own convenience and I had the money in my bank account within a month. I was hesitant to go down this route through the RAC rather then my own insurers but I wouldn't hesitate again and I would recommend this company to anybody

Great service! After my car accident on the Monday evening, I had a hire car with me Tuesday at dinner time! They have rang more or less every day to give me an update on my claim and the whole situation with my car! They also went above and beyond With support when I was told my car was a write off!
