Quick response to my accident claim, arranged repair of my car with collection and provided a rental car similar to my own promptly for my commute to work, delivered to my door.. staff was helpful and polite, despite the inconvenience of my car being damaged, my experience with s and g was excellent, hopefully I dont have to make another motoring claim, but if I did i know who I'd call .. s and g

I had a accident at around 7 ish this morning o fault of my own BILLY is an absolute gentleman and a credit to Slater and Gordon went through everything on the phone with me my courtesy car will be delivered at 5.30 this evening explained everything in full about if my car is a total loss to it being repaired thank you so much

I can t thank the guys at Slater Gordon enough, I called with my query today as I d not received a payment, (no fault of Slater Gordon s I might add, it was a third party) within 20 minutes of calling and speaking with Chris, I received a call back from Mark confirming that the payment would be in my account before 7pm this evening. True to their word it was in well before that time and I m now in a position to be able to purchase a new car tomorrow. First class customer service by Slater Gordon, professional and friendly, empathetic and efficient. The turn around from my calling to getting a resolve was so quick and I m so grateful to Chris and Mark for getting this sorted for me. Highly recommend Slater Gordon!! Superb service!! Thank you!!

Wish I had never proceeded my claim with this company. 16 M0NTHS on I am still waiting for closure!!!!! Simple straight forward accident application, other party completely at fault. I was informed at start this could be resolved within weeks, they kept changing case workers, lost all supporting evidence, I sent over 3 times in total. Constantly having to chase them for updates, shocking customer service.

We were involved in a serious RTA very early Satur...

We were involved in a serious RTA very early Saturday morning 21/02/20 and our vehicle was unable to be driven from the location of the incident. I contacted the RAC to arrange a recovery vehicle to pick up the car and myself and my passengers.
The RAC told me they would contact the company that dealt with the recovery of vehicles involved in a RTA. We were told that due to the very bad weather conditions across the country, we could have a 4 hour wait.
We then received a call from Robert Foster at Slater Gordon Solutions, who from the off was professional, understanding and very sympathetic of our situation.
He explained in precise detail, how the incident would be dealt with by himself and his company and made me feel totally reassured that everything going forward would be taken care of, which at that time was just what I needed to hear, following the traumatic incident.
I spoke to Robert for about half hour and in that time, he had arranged a courtesy vehicle the same as my vehicle, collection of our car to be taken to a approved garage for the repairs to be carried out, advised us of legal team that would contact me during business hours and basically made me feel completely relaxed about what happens next because at that moment in time my head was all over the place.
Robert Foster was a shining star that morning and is a absolute credit to your company and I do hope he gets to read this, as I would just like to say, "Thankyou so much Robert from the bottom of my heart."

I have not been with them long when my car was reversed into, when I got in contact they where polite, friendly & very professional.
The claims process was very easy and fast & the quality of repair was spot on.

I would highly recommend them & could not be happier.
