I was lucky to speak to Choe O Donnell. She was extremely thorough and explained everything carefully. My young daughter had been hit by another car, who thankfully admitted liability straight away. Chloe was very calming and empathetic when speaking to me and my daughter. She calmed is both down and ensured me that everything was under control. The recovery vehicle attended in record time too!
