Way over priced. Lockers at 14$ when I went to get change they refused to give me change. Lady at ticket sales was rude. Unless u want to Carry around flip flops buy water shoes. Dirty bathrooms and the tubes have nasty built up grease all over them. There are leaves and twigs with hair all in the lazy river. Just very disappointing
This was my first time going. It was also my first time doing memberships. The staff was really helpful and my kids had a great time.
We've been season pass holders for multiple summers now. Dirty bathrooms and misbehaving kids being dangerous in the water are two big problems. The food options have definitely improved.
Could use a cop to direct exit traffic, but overall a good time!

Staff is terrible and not friendly. SLOW service in every line! Rides are clean and in good order. Wish the restroom was cleaner by the kids boat area
Nickel and dime you at every turn ($9 online processing fees, $25 parking, $20 locker rentals, $44(!) pizzas, $15 sodas, $12 beers) and whatever else they can get out of you. I also noticed all the water fountains located near the food kiosks were conveniently "out of order" forcing you to basically pay for water because you cant bring any water bottles in. Hands down the most overrated, most underwhelming water park I have ever been too. Spend the extra $20 and few hours drive and go elsewhere or prepare to spend an arm and a leg for what amounts to nothing more than a rundown Rec center pool. Avoid.
I hate this waterpark. Spent the extra money to rent a Cabana. Only brought 1 credit card and $20. As soon as we arrived the Cabana attendant lost my credit card. He had put my credit card in his pocket and it fell out. My MasterCard had no business ever being in his pocket! Spent the entire day trying to survive on $20 with 4 preteen girls. Hurricane Harbor never apologized or tried to correct the situation. I was given several coupons for the same food we had already paid for when the Cabana attendant lost my card. I wanted to purchase pictures and couldn't because I didn't have enough money. Hurricane Harbor should have given me photos for the inconvenience this has caused. I talked to a manager and she told me there was nothing she could do. A month later and I'm still getting calls for bills my auto credits could not process and having to go online and update credit card information with my new card number. I absolutely detest Hurricane Harbor Arlington!!! Hope it goes out of business. Good riddance.
Other than the crowds it's great nice place to cool off.
Hurricane Harbor is the best place to go to during summer. Texas heat is extremely frustrating, me and the family always go here. The kids love this place.

6 Flags is Such a JOKE. 3rd time in a row in going out there, takes you 30 minutes to reach the parking gate, started talking to people coming out - they all were frustrated; saying the lines were TERRIBLY long. This place is a total JOKE. You cannot enjoy time there.
It baffels me that people will go and wait two hours, in a line, just to ride a 20 second ride... I mean, you stand, you wait and pay $80 to enter and you MIGHT get to ride 2 rides in 6 hours. I mean... They should feed the data out, onto their APP, so customers can see the WAIT TIMES, before driving ALL THE WAY to the park.
Personally, I have not been inside this JOKE OF A PARK in over ten years. Been there three times, to try and go in, but each time it is too busy. They have the information, but you have to be INSIDE the park in order to get the WAIT TIMES for the rides.
I asked an employee yesterday (via phone) about why they didn't feed the information out to the public, so we didnt have to waste time in driving to come see the park is too busy, to go inside... IT IS A TOTAL SCAM - THEY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY, they Just want you to waste your EFFING day, drive over there in-hopes you ROLL OVER LIKE DOGS and just go on in... That SH!T doesn't work on me and now they have me IRRITATED..
6 flags is a total JOKE! Anyone that goes and waits in lines like that - I just don't get it..... I went out on my boat, once I got back to the house.... Way better than some BOGUS, Over-priced, BUSY-@$$ Theme Park.... Maybe in another ten years, I might get to ride a roller coaster.... But not if I have to wait more than 15 mins... NOPPPPPE!!! No Thanks!

Huge disappointment. Drove 6 hours and arrived at 3:00. Paid and walked in to see that all the rides were closed due to possible storms. We were there for three boring hours with nothing to do. Would have been nice if the person taking a lot of my money had mentioned that all we could do was walk in and wade in the kiddy pool. Called back later and was basically told "too bad". Didn't want my money back, but would have been nice if they had even acknowledged they should have warned me and the kids that no rides were working. I won't be back.
We have passes to six flags and hurricane Harbor as well as dining & picture passes . We love it out there we are practically there every other weekend. Plenty for families to do . Lots of fun slides . Highly recommend this place to families
10/10 had a bunch of fun would give 5 stars but the wave pool was down

My family all had a blast here. I loved the fact they have different sections available for various age groups. My young son of 6 had a blast in the kiddie side with the water playground and pirate ship. My teens loved the black hole slide and the wave pool. We will definitely be back again.
Food and beverages are horrifically expensive. That is somewhat to be expected. However waiting in line for 30+ min. for a cup of water when your only fourth in line. All food/beverage places were staffed by teenagers so many they were tripping over one another. Which again summer job, learning experience, etc. is sorta expected. But at least have a seasoned supervisor at or relatively near to give direction. Once I got to be served the problem was they had no direction. No one was assigned duties and they were fighting over who was supposed to be filling drink orders. I normally would just let that go but some version of the same situation was at every one I visited. That is not a coincidence...
Way overcrowded i dont think they have a limit of people getting in the park... its very nasty too.mm
First time we visited and loved it. Only complaint is the cost of food when you can't bring in anything from outside. We also had a pair of sandals stolen but that is a testament to some of the poor element who may spend their time there and not the fault of the park.
Been coming her for years. Like every theme park prices are expensive and crowded weekends. Beer is now served as well as mixed drinks which is a plus for me. The fou stars is for the restrooms. With so many employees you would think they would put an attendant at every bathroom every once in a while. I understand that everyone is wet but it just reeks.
Fun for the entire family, all ages. Kiddie slides and adult slides are available. Lots of walking and standing in line though. My 14 year old and his 3 buddies had a blast.
We have season passes for the family, and we went ahead and bought the food pass. Once that expense was out of the way it's a lot of fun. Don't have to worry about spending anything when we go. I go during the week so it's not as crowded, and enjoy. If you don't have the food pass then pack some sandwichs in an ice chest and go eat at your car when your hungry. The food is expensive but so are all amusement parks, at least they offer ways to help. Also the reusable bottle is a must. Free refills all season long but Beware they will be stolen if left out.
Other than turning the lazy rubber and the wave pool into basically a ride we're you had to wait in line, it was good. I like there was a limit on people allowed in. I was actually able to ride every ride I wanted to ride.
Great place! I had so much fun. It is an amazing place to take your kids for a day off. Reasonable prices, too! The only thing is that it's upkeep could be better; but, I know it's hard to keep a water park clean all the time though.

The rides were fun...the experience wasn't...The place was overall crowded, and completely unsanitary-to the point where seeing a hairball in the lazy river became a regular thing. On one of the slides, my daughter wasn't aware that she was supposed to cross her legs, and there was a drop to the water at the end. She basically hit the water wrong and couldn't move her legs. The lifeguards just sat there not even acknowledging that somebody was hurt. A friend had to pull her out of the water, she ended up being okay after hours of limping, but not a single faculty member ever noticed. Don't think it's safe just because there is lifeguards. The lines are long no matter what day, and the food is overpriced. Everyone felt sickly after the fattening fried food, and they don't let you bring your own food. Overall disappointing.
First time. enjoyed it. The lines are deceptively short, there are often a line to get your raft, and then another line to wait in. and they have a tendency to move very slow... Someone threw up in the water while we were in line and they had to shut the whole section down while the pumps cleaned the water and nobody ever came to tell us what the hold up was, the lifeguard up top didn't even know what was going on... we eventually left the line after almost 30 minutes and that's when we found out what was going on.

So my biggest thing with this and most water parks is there no place to just swim. You either got the wave pool or the lazy river to have some decent amount of water in it, but there's no just swimming. There's multiple of places you can hang out in water that's ankle to thigh deep water but what's the point (except in the kid area)? Going there was just like going when I was a kid which sucked because now i felt there was barely anything for me unless i wanted to wait hours to ride one slide (which I'm not a slide fan). NRH2O is ever topping you and that's such a tiny water park.
Very good water park they have tons of rides at different levels of excitement they have a wave pool and a lazy river for those who want to relax and another shallow pool for kids and a children's play area so it's fun for all ages and I would definitely recommend.
Need to improve on the processed food.
Ride shout down, lazy river they shouldn't allow huge inner-tube. Restrooms I refuse to use.

It's was great me and my family of 4 went and rode everything stayed all the way until they closed we didn't pay for food we had food in the car which saved alot of money but it's a great place to go for the summer or whenever they are open.

Out of the other water parks in Texas I believe it is place is just for those who likes water slides and want want to send tonz of money. The kids area was small. Lazy river was not so relaxing. Kids horse playing and slashing. Also you must rent the tubes. When you rent the tubes you have to carry it around. It seems that they allow you to bring your own but people bring huge floats and gets in the way of others. They also do not allow any outside food inside. There are other water parks in the dfw that you do not pay to park , pay/rent tubes and can bring your own food it you like. Also the other places are a bit cheeper. So if you are a slide rider and what the to ride alot of them then go ahead to Harricanr Harbor. If you have a family that you have kids i would say go somewhere else.

This is an amazing place I love it the only thing I hate is that they're super long lines for the rides what food is all over indifference Dance all kinds from Italian Mexican American fast-food burgers oh my God there's just so much that you can enjoy in there to eat and there's different areas that you can enjoy the water and it doesn't necessarily have to be in the right but I did waited an hour and a half just to be able to write and one slide. Another thing was that what do you do with your tubes when you rent them people do not respect I seen this family African-American that went and took my bathing suit cover off of my wheel while I was waiting on the slide to take it away if they don't respect that I wonder what else is Left Behind and they just steal it so just be careful with all your personal items and sometimes it's better not to rent a tube you'll end up with that one
