Lines for rides way too long! They were under staffed so a few rides werr closed. It would be worth the extra $20 for the flash pass to cut in line however you have to hear selfish people complain

Overall great experience, but some of the employees working in the food areas look like they could care less about your money or family.

Got there a little before they opened and got to ride the rides I wanted before it got busier!!

It's a fun place to have fun in the sun. The lines are long for most of the rides, but its to be expected considering that its a tourist attraction. Food is a bit expensive, but you can always bring food from home or eat at restaurant's that are located nearby. The lockers start at $12 to rent. I personally leave my stuff at home to avoid paying for a locker.

Bad experience, lack of employees, rides being closed, workers at guest relations are always annoyed and mad, the food is horrendous, need people that actually want to work there and that don't have an attitude.

This is a great waterpark, and has an amazing amount of quantity and quality when it comes to their slides. Right now, with the extensive cleaning, it is actually pretty clean. Normally, a little less so. Right now it s a five star review, but if they stop cleaning so well then that may drop to a four. Avoid weekends. And right now even Fridays aren t too bad. Do the mobile ordering 100% of the time or your food will take forever, and if you are going for just one day, do the one day dining plan. And one last thing. Sometimes, the employees are clueless, and six flags doesn t teach them well, but for the most part, not too bad.

Great place to go with the family. Just make sure you feed everyone before you go!

The food could be a little cheaper or better deals with purchase of season pass. But fun.

Loved it here it was pretty good lines moved much faster than I had anticipated still have to wait for the big rides but not too terrible and Google has the days that it's the busiest they display and it's pretty accurate I would suggest looking at their busy days and scheduling around that that's what we did

Love the park but the kid in the food stand was beyond rude and hateful to me and my 10 year old. Very unprofessional.

This place is so extremely dirty, gross and expensive.

The people were nice but a little Uncoordinated. Some of the people did not know about the promotions and membership benefits. They are adding a new splash pad that will be done soon but some of the rides were closed today.

I love this park! I come here with my sister every week.

Great family fun for all ages, the only downside is the extremely long lines for the rides, and recommend taking a nice chest with food and drinks to eat outside because the food is pretty expensive and it adds up quick

Never been in just stand outside the park all day and look at it lol i work the half price parking across the street yall come see me dont pay full price 35$ come to me for 20$ parking

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is an awesome water park to visit when you need to beat the heat. As the day goes on, it can get pretty crowded so plan on arriving early to reserve your "spot". There's a massive wave pool, raft & tube slides, racing slides, Tornado slide, and large lazy river which is perfect for relaxing and family enjoyment. Two thumbs up!

It is worth having the season pass to be able to come as many times as you want without having to do all the activities in one day. The food pass is also very good

We bought season passes and have been able to go to the park at least six times this summer with my kids. The lines aren't too long, and the lifeguards are friendly. We also have the dining passes and free refill cups. The only reason why they don't get a perfect score from me is the food areas are not always maintained in the most sanitary manner.

very very very fun! only problem is how much the drinks cost, but it's understandable, they want people to buy the unlimited cups.. also, when the wavepool takes a break, everyone jumps into the lazy river, it gets extremely crowded.. and no one is nice, everyone just hits you or bumps into you.. other those things, it is areat time.

Understaffed. Very slow. A lot of the employees don't even speak English. Lots of unsafe looking rides that need work.

Be careful you will actually be required to get on a scale to get your weight before getting on certain water slides!!!!! Sorry I am not weighing myself in front of other guests in line.

The social distancing means much fewer people than usual! Also, you're spending the day in chlorinated water...that's about as safe as you can get!

Fun for all ages! More healthy food options would move my rating to 5 stars.

We had fun lines not to bad on waiting. Food is really high. It's a lot better when u are a member And u get the discounts.

The lady that I ordered food from was asian and she does not understand english it difficult to order i want 1 drink and 2 barbicue sandwiches and the immigrant said "we don't have ice cream"

The staff was efficient with keeping the park sanitized since we are going through this pandemic.

Dirtiest water park I've been too. Which is sad because it's also one of the most expensive ones I've been too.
Also the employees are rude, and don't know much about the park... So if you need help finding something... Good luck.

I give this a three star rating only because the park has an odor of raw sewage throughout the park. Not sure if there was a plumbing issue but this was overwhelming. Fix this issue and the rating would have been much better.

It s an ok water park. They could use a few more adult attractions as the lines can get very long. They could also hire a few more staff or pay more so the staff they have is a bit more motivated. I went on an early access weekend and opening weekend. And they weren t really that busy but the food took for ever to come out. They also have a bit of a parking problem so get there really early or you might be driving around for a while waiting for someone to leave.

Their scanner on the reservation website is useless, why make something that doesn't work? Even with the limited amount of people allowed and social distancing, they cant manage tp keep their bathrooms clean or properly stocked. Even with the less amount of people they still manage to have some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Apart from their lifeguard team, all other associates are lazy and unprofessional.

I wouldn't recommend for adults without children. The park is always crowded and the trash is overflowing. I refused to get in the water because of the amout of children in the pool, I knew there was bound to be bodily fluids floating around. Limited food options, terribly disgusting restrooms. I would not return, even with children.

Got some cheap tickets to this place. Didn't know about all of the hidden fees from lockers to rafts to just about everything else. Rides were fun and the kids enjoyed it immensely.

Went to check it out but didn't stay. Maybe next year I'll be able to stay. If you are handicap it might be a good idea to have a bicycle chain to keep your walker or wheelchair from being stolen.

It's ok but alot of children are running around and my sister kepps getting bad luck

Well I got a member ship and a flash pass so I don't have to pay for anything except food and extras that I want the park is so fun !!

My husband and I went today and it was a blast. I wish they closed as late as they do when kids are out of school or the price should have been cheaper. Still fun

Great environment and water park but staff was not so friendly and or informative. Neither was the website. We paid for a cabana and a group of people to get in and enjoy a birthday. The lack of knowledge some of the staff
( management) had on the things we were purchasing amazed me . We called multiple times to make sure all was right for the day of the event and no answer every time. I shouldn t have to call 20 times. After waiting an hour to get in ( we prepaid) we were told now we have to pay additional cost for all others to get in the cabana area. Ok whatever. We get to our cabana and it s dirty , open bottles, trash and towels. Turns out someone took the spot who didn t pay and I see people continuing to sit down without wrist bands in other cabanas.

Not the best rides in the area, dirty and overcrowded

We always enjoy going there and it's a great place to take the kids. We all Love cooling off in the water and the food is good.

We went and took some of our family. Paid for a cabana was honest and told them we had more than four due to the fact over four is additional $10 per person. We were given wrist bands and sent to cabana #2. For the amount of money we paid for a private area it was anything but that. There were random kids entering the area asking for tubes as we watched two kids steal them from another cabana. People also in the cabana area who didn t have wrist bands on people ( didn t pay the additional fee ) and then once the people in cabana #1 left a lady and her three kids who were sitting outside the cabana area just came on in and used it.

Pretty fun water park with lots of slide options and super fun areas for little kids! Lockers are insanely expensive so be prepared for that. Weekends are crazy busy, so during the summer I recommend going on a week day.

I like it, but too pricey and awesome rides though.

Fun park but super crowded, especially after 2pm. It s great if you come when it opens and leave after it gets busy. Definitely need a season pass so you can come and try all the rides without a wait. I also recommend the dining pass, my boyfriend and I split one (it s SO much food), and it pays for itself in like 2 visits. The people working the concession stands are slow and cranky though, so try to avoid the food places at peak times.

Soooooo..... I will say the overall experience here was okay! We spent a lot of money and we will not ever go back. The customer service at all the food shops, and rides as well as some employees walking in the park, were completely rude not attentive and flat out terrible at there jobs. The young kids working at the rides were not friendly. The 250 lb weight limit is a bit of a stressful situation I weighed myself Monday once at home and again at the gym in weighed 239 your scales weighed me at 251, also what a terrible location for the scales. Why not put them at the beginning of a ride line and not at the top of a platform? After you have wasted over an hour to be told you are to heavy, really I was soaking wet, wearing heavy water shoes, shorts, a shirt and I had my phone in your water proof case that I paid 30 dollars for. This is very unacceptable practice. I know why there are weight limits. I work in Health and Safety. It's just BS that you have to weigh in to ride certain rides. How often do you get your scales calibrated? I did not pay over 300 for the day to have an okay day I expected to have a blast. Next year we are going back to Schlitterbahn way better experience!

Don't ever go. The place was way too expensive for what you got. Smokers do not go. Only 2 places to smoke at the very very back corners.

When its really hot expect crowds. It was a bit smelly from trash cans and possibly restrooms. The restroom I used was clean enough. There are lots of fun things to do for any age and all levels of rides and attractions. If you don't deserve parking than you ahould expect a good walk to tjw gate from your car. During the week is a much better time to go. Plenty of choices for eating meals or treats. The staff are all very young and not always friendly ( unless you force it) It is a watermark so fun will be had no doubt, but expect long lines and crowds.

I love Six Flags I just have gotten to old to ride any of the rides.

Fun slides, but long wait times. Pretty much have to get a flash pass if you want to ride all the rides in one day. And as any other public pool it is a quite disgusting place, but the rides are fun so I guess it makes up for it.

There are so many misleading information about season pass benefits. And calling the park does not allow you to speak to a live person to clarify anything
