Visited on a weekday. The morning was good but around 1 it got so crowded you could barely move without hitting someone. Very smelly trash bins in public areas smelled strongly of dirty diapers. Overall I'd recommend Hawaiian falls far higher as a water park experience.

Loads of fun during the summer when Texas heat comes and blankets us with high humidity and 100 degree temperatures. Very large waterpark with lazy river, artificial wave pool and beach, lots of large water rides and slides, huge splash park for kids and really something for everyone of all ages.

Prices for everything, including entry fees are pretty steep, and food is typical fast food and very overpriced. Eat before you go, and bring a backpack with drinks and snacks if you can. Lockers are expensive but mandatory if you want to enjoy yourself.

Weekends are insanely crowded with extremely long lines, so plan ahead and go early during the week for the best stress free experience. As can be expected from theme parks, people from all walks of life will be here. Crazy loud kids with little to no supervision, creepy men and less desirables and low class people, so keep your eyes on your children and valuables at all times.

Save a good amount of money beforehand, get a Flash Pass and Season Tickets. You get discounted drinks, free entry all season long and get to skip the long lines. If you plan well in advance and follow these tips, you can be assured a good time and excellent summer memories.

We've been to a few places this summer and I found this park to be my least favorite. A staff member let my kid by the height restriction (that he was leaning upon) that I guess she was a few inches off. As she got to the top of the ride to go, she was sent back down as they said she was too short. We mentioned it to guy who let her go through that he might keep an eye on height, but were met with an apathetic stare. Otherwise, it's pricey for a place that won't let you bring a cooler. Definitely aged. The water was cloudy in parts, but it was a very busy day. The rides were better than you'd find in smaller places. They make you rent tubes for the lazy river. It's not horrendous though I seem to be saying so, I just feel it looks behind on a paint job and the newer parks thus have greater appeal. I imagine you save a lot of money by getting a season pass, so keep that in mind. We were only there for a single day. Food is way overpriced and tastes generic. A soda will cost you unless you're willing to buy their free refill bottle for $15. If you go a lot, there's a meal plan and the bottle that make that worth it. They do serve beer. Above all else, if it's extremely hot, it's wise to bring water shoes. While they do have sprinklers here and there to aid the concrete burning your feet, they don't get it all. You'll have raw feet by the end of the day. Enjoy!

Rides are very short. But the wave pool and the lazy river are really nice. It also smells really bad at some places (especially the bridge towards the lazy river). I suggest not using the lockers and spending $20 on them but just take the most essential stuff with you and leave your shoes by the pools and rides - if it s nothing fancy, people around won t touch anything. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Parking seems pretty good on not very busy days. The food is also a little expensive but the fries are a fair price.

I went a couple of days ago for the first time. It has plenty of choices for the thrill seeker in your family as well as a great play area for littles and plenty of shaded areas. The food is pretty good and there is a decent variety but be prepared for high prices and long lines. Most of the items are large enough to share if you are not a big eater. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have life jackets available for adults and children if you are not a strong swimmer, but you can not wear them on every slide. They have lockers to rent for $13-$16 depending on size and availability. I would recommend just coming in with the basics so you don't need to rent one. You can not bring in outside food or drink so budget accordingly or leave the park to eat.

Its a water theme park and it doesn't need a review. BUT!! I was here on 07/01/19 between 11am and 1:30pm and I was riding those four tunnel slides and lost my girlfriends glasses that were in my pocket. We told a supervisor and he assured us that they would find them. 2 people came and dove for them and found them. I had gone down that darn slide 8 times and dove for them and couldn't find them and they found them in 2 minutes. We were so happy because we both wear glasses and mine are broken and then I lost hers so I thought we were stranded until close. My only tip for MGMT is if you hire a lifeguard, they are who your guests remember most. I would plant some people to randomly visit your rides to find out who your rude lifeguards are, so you can retrain them. There were some very rude lifeguards there that day, but only a few! We will be back soon!!

I Love going to Six Flags/Hurricane Harbour, with the grandkids. However, I must say I am disappointed in the fact that 50% of the rides are always closed. I cannot get information on which ones are closed in advance, so the grandkids are often disappointed. For the price of season passes, I would like to see closer to a full offering. (Regarding handicapped-accessible areas, this could use some improvement.)

Don't waste your time here. First of all - they double charged me for 4 admission tickets and when you call Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor to talk to someone about the discrepancy there's no assistance. I have been to many theme parks/waterparks and this is the worst one. The lazy river is a joke - its a walking river - very nasty. The restrooms and changing rooms are filthy. NEVER again will I waste my time coming back to this park. Go to Hawaiian Falls instead. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

Over all it was really fun but towards the end of the day my brother went on the trapdoor water slide and we had to wait a extra 30 mins because the had to do there lifeguard training twice. I don t understand why the had to do that on our time at the park they could have done that after the park was closed.

The kids had a great time. Theres plenty to do for all ages. Their lifeguards need a bit more training on enforcing the rules and their concern for safety in Hooks Lagoon is extremely lacking. There are two large spouts that spray water on one side of the pirate ship. They hit with such force that the babies(and even some adults) trying to walk through their would wobble, lose their balance and sometimes fall as a result of the current it created in the shallow pool. I brought this to the attention of 2 different supervisors. The first said he was aware but the options were to have it on or off, they couldn't reduce the water pressure. They chose on despite the safety concern. The second said he would look into it but when we returned to the area a couple hours later nothing had changed.

On monthly budget plan with meal plan which includes parking. Makes it worth the price. Do not come on weekends or holidays it is packed. Come during the week. Food is ok but free with meal pass as are snacks.

Came here all the time years ago, and just recently went back. It's still got the same, fun spirit and I'd highly recommend you and your family go during the hot days of the summer. As an adult, you can even let your older children run around the campus as you hang out at the kiddie pool with the little ones. Worth checking out.

Bought season passes I ll say the best way to go! Of course you must buy the flash pass as this what makes the experience 10 times greater!!! No waiting in line especially when it s burning up outside!!!

If you like thrill rides Hurricane Harbor is the place to go. The wave pool and the slides are the place to be when you want exitment. When it's time to chill out I advise the lazy river. These are just a couple reasons I LOVE Hurricane Harbor.

Lines are very long on the weekends, expect to wait over an hour for every ride. The food is very expensive so eat before you go. The water in the lazy river is filthy, I got sick from it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I give it 4 out 5 because of the fun that it is. There can t be a 5 star experience here because the park staff can t always be there when they need to be. Unlike the sister park across the street this place cannot have the kind of order and structure that it does. You cannot leave anything unattended here. It will be gone when you get back. Not saying somebody intentionally steals your items (which does happen) but kids get confused and think they are taking something that is theirs forgetting where there stuff actually is inside the park.
Fun times! Until of course somebody poops in the pool. Not trying to be funny, actual fact.
IT happens.

In regards to the dining option on my 6 flags season pass. Prolly my last visit to this place....poor uneducated management. Wait for food, OVER AN HOUR...FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. lmao, these losers reely think that is acceptable?

It was my first time going here after living in DFW for over 25 years. I took my son and we had fun. A few issues did come up. Of course, it's Six Flags, meaning expensive. But, for a locker rental it's $17-24, and for one of those waterproof phone pockets it's $24!! That's okay ridiculous. On top of that they do not have nearly enough lockers for the amount of people coming through there. Thankfully a nice family was leaving and just gave us their locker. If we go back I'll make sure we have a full cooler of food and drinks in the car. Aside from those and a few other things it was really good for a father-son day. The staff was all very nice and outgoing. Glad I finally went and that I got to take my boy.

It's awesome to have a Six Flags membership. I haven't been to a water park in probably 15 years and this was a great experience. I'm glad I didn't buy a flash pass because the flash pass system here it's very stupid. I don't think it would be worth it at all. All the employees were very helpful though and the park was in good shape and clean.

Very unsafe. They are not operating at 25% more like 100%. Super packed to a point where there were not many free parking spots left. We went in and walked right back out. No masks no social distancing it was disgusting in there. Ppl wonder why the numbers are going up everyday it s bc of places like this. The employees did not care at all and were not wearing masks. Please don t risk it it s not worth it. I have reported this to Arlington PD and I m willing to take this to the news and do all I can to shut this disease ridden place down

Diamond elite members. 98.00 month. Found out could not park where I pay to. Had to park in general. Have to reserve your already paid for parking. Couldn't sit in diamond elite area because I didn't reserve. Love the park though. Workers should smile more.

Price is better than six flags, but still very pricey, crowded, with long lines, but the kids did seem to enjoy it. It's one of those things if the kids requested to go again would take them but not suggesting it
