This place was live! No long lines on weekdays! Better destination in summer for me over regular six flags.

First off I have not been here and probably 10 years. Back then I remember it was normally overcrowded but always fun. When we went it was not that crowded and had plenty of things to do for all ages. Had a blast and will go back.

OVERPRICED and long lines. Honestly could have booked a trip to Florida for the same price.

Nice place to take the kids. Lines take forever at the food stands especially if you are just refilling your drink

Needs some serious maintenance! People are always falling due to the mud slime they won't clean up and there are so many places of the soft walk that is missing that you are constantly tripping and falling. One lady fell and broke her arm while another fell and broke her toe. Food is highly over priced. Employees never ever smile.

Very fun park! Totally recommend it to friends and family. Can't wait to go back!

The food service is terrible. They ran out of rice and told us we had to wait 45 minutes. Management did not properly plan at all. They do not accomodate people with special food needs when they don't allow outside food or beverages in the park. They can't make a grilled chicken salad without cheese but can give you a grilled chicken sandwich with extra lettuce. I'm sure they wouldn't want customers getting sick on the rides from improper food consumption and close down rides. There's not enough help at the foid and beverage services. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in line and hope they didn't run out of what you wanted. A horrible food experience and very poor management.

So many options to have fun. Something for all ages. Slides for different adventurous people.

Got there early so we wouldn't have to stand in line long but that didn't work even tho we had membership kids pool wasn't clean smell like someone did the number two on themselves but that just the way the park smells

Great place to take the kids. Especially when it's early in the season and not so packed.

Went to hurricane harbor Arlington today it was ok the kids had fun. But I have never waitedso long to get food and every employee in food area's acted like they didn't want to be there very rude and slow it is sad how lazy and inconsiderate they are if you don't want to work there then leave or learn how to do your job I mean it's the first day people a smile wouldn't kill you.

We went this past weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. The park was pretty clean for the most part. The wait time for the rides wasn't bad at all. We have membership passes and dining passes. The food was good but the customer service was not so good. The younger employees need more customer service training.

Excellent place to visit from my theme parks in my neck of the woods...

It was clean, but it's still early in the season. The staff was nice and polite. The new splash pad area was a nice change from the 2 ft deep pool they used to have. Going during the week is definitely the time to go.

I went ther last year on Halloween at six flags and I'm going this year for Halloween

Not all it s made out to be. Once every few years kinda place to visit or if ur just passing through.

Great place to accumulate replacements for my urine drug tests, there is so little ACTUAL pool water compared to urine that the tests can't even tell! Although I get a lot of raised eyebrows when people see the results, don't know what that is about, but people going here should probably take better care of themselves for those of us using their urine.

Pack some sunscreen and don't miss lunch and you'll be good to go! Super fun.

Turning Parking to be ( Preferred ) 35$ each time, less available for Regular parking..

I have season tickets great value but the park is aging and run down..san Antonio is a much better one..this park needs torn down and redone. You have to bring your own float for the lazy river...

Ohhh yeah its was outstanding it was hot , don't get me wrong but we still had a good time

Fun place to be! Staffs are very slow when getting food. You need to get in line for very long.

Had an amazing experience and making feel like I was a young girl again

I visited for first time this summer. I was pleasantly surprised with new staff and service quality wise compared to years past. So thumbs up to mgmt who addressed level of service. The food on the other hand is always bad. Put some meat in those burgers. Does not taste anything like a burger should.

Very fun place to go but extremely expensive for food and drinks. DO NOT BUY BOTTLED WATER. It has salt in it to actually make you more dehydrated so you'll buy more!

Went to this park this weekend... My family ended up with rashes all over our bodies. The lazy river is nasty and it was warm and noone cares. We paid $275 extra on top of season passes, unlimited dining passes abs drink wristbands. Hurricane Harbor has to do better. Your customers spend too much money to go home and be covered in rashes the next day because of uncleanness. After ER visits it was determined we have what is called hot tub rash. Im not at all pleased with this and still no response from Management that's why you got a bad review. I dont want compensation I just want apologies and some care and concern.

Needs more well mannered, employees and more seating areas

Had a blast first family vacation in years and so glad we went membership is the way to go 40 a month for family of 5 for all the parks and food is not as bad as i thought it was gonna be, fairly cheap and you really dont eat much this time of year. I cant wait to go back

Fun water park! Great water slide options for the thrill seeker and the kiddos. Good lazy river (except it does get rather crowded). ONLY downfall is the food is rather pricey BUT that's to be expected at a park of this nature.

Best water place ever really packed on Saturdays and Sunday's

I love this place. I get season tickets every year. Love to go and just lay in the wave pool.

It was awesome well that's my opinion but me and my GF love thrill rides.

Lazy river is very nasty. Hair balls and unclean, yet hyper-chlorinated water is disgusting. Edges along Lazy River have stagnated muddy places. I will not return, despite having season passes.

This water park is a total joke. The executives of the company really need to look into the daily operation of the park. The worse entrance to a theme park ever. Everyone just walks in from each direction. No lines, no organization to enter park. No signs for season pass holders, no signs on where to purchase tickets. The park itself is ok. Overcrowded and we are only in May. Every employee moves super slow. I got in what I thought would be a fast line because only 4 people were ahead of me. 20 minutes later and I finally got my dang fingers. As a season pass holder I will probably never come back to the water park. Not worth it.

staff very unfriendly , food was good. It was a very hot and humid day so the slides were very welcome to me and my wife

This is by far the dirtiest water park that I have ever been too! I was absolutely disgusted the entire time. There was wet, soggy food all over the ground. It smelled awful everywhere you went. I saw very few workers other than the stationed lifeguards. The restrooms were disgusting! I saw some workers emptying trash but no one cleaning anything. This is really unacceptable. Six Flags is a big enough company to easily take care of these issues. Do not waste your money. Go to Hawaiian Falls or NRH2O. They are much cleaner. Hurricane Harbor is such a disappointment.

We went for the boat regatta and it was fun despite the rain. Would like to visit again during the summer season.

Been here a couple times but I always have fun when I go there, that what I like about that place.

Why did we buy bracelets with meals and recharges included and they gave us a lot but to deliver the food they did not deliver them at 6 in the afternoon and it was for lunch they wanted to give us 6 food only where we had bought 16 horrible tickets the children got bored and we did not like that

First, It is worth the price for entertaining a family most of the day.
Second, This is not your clean cut family with 2.5 kids water park.
Third, long lines, overcrowded, best to eat out then back in.
Lots of people with flashpass, what will happen when lots more people have it, super, super gold, flashpass, for 1000.00 ?

I love hurricane harbor more than six flags i have more fun with my family swimming and getting into all the slides. The only reason i did not put 5 stars is cause of the extreme long wait time for food and to get on slides. They need to have more staff that are experienced and are able to work in a fast paced environment or at least make more food stands in other spots of the waterpark .

Just get ready to $pend when coming here. Prices can be a lil steep. Make sure you eat to before coming. Also come early to get good parking or you'll have a long walk ahead of you.

The lines are sooooo long. Parking was completely full (we had to park at the bank next door) and it's so cramped you can't possibly enjoy the park. Kids splashing your face and running into you every second. I stayed for 2 hours, didn't get to ride anything and left. Went to six flags next door and enjoyed some roller coasters.

Don't bother wasting your time or money here. It was my first and last time at this park.

Amazing fun and adventure awates you inside. Take advantage of season pass if you are going to be a regular every weekend.

Excellent park. Good parking and access. Great rides but obviously the lives can be quite long during peak times. A season pass can be a good investment for frequent visitors.

So many water slides to choose from, great fun, really expensive.

Very unsanitary dining conditions. There was ketchup on and other suspicious substances on the walls, ceilings and tables. Trash everywhere and the tables were not cleaned once during the day.
We also waited about 1 hour in line for each ride. Our family had a terrible day!
