Kinda dumb to have to wear a mask to walk through the entry gate just to share water with everyone. Making a reservation for the time you will be there should stay tho. Less crowded, kiddos got to ride everything without waiting hours. Make a day out of it, well worth it

The lazy river was closed, the wave pool was open for 45 minutes and closed for 15. We bought a rental tube without being informed of the lazy river being closed, and the whole experience was waiting in lines that were almost an hour long (that didn't require the tube we rented) and waiting in line for drinks.. etc. This was an expensive day with not much to show for it.

Good place to go if you have kids or if you just want to hang out with some friends the lines weren't extremely long and we went on a Saturday during the summer I think it may have been a rare occasion though but we enjoyed it.

If you can get parking up close I'd recomment it as the walk can be long after a day of enjoyment. The only complaints would be at Surfside Grill as I purchased 3 waters at $5.00 a piece only to be told afterwards they are free. I attempted to void my meal and was informed they cant void my meal. Then the food quality is poor and definitely overpriced. I asked for a bacon cheese burger and was handed a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese that was cold and undercooked bacon. I returned and was handed a cold bacon cheeseburger which I had to return as it was cold and undercooked. Finally I was handed another burger which looked similar to the others. I understand being busy but cook the food properly.

I thought it was an average waterpark, but may be good for the little ones under the age of 18. Some rides were pretty cool, but the queue was rather long and it felt like time could be saved by more efficiency in staff and processes. Walking barefoot on concrete gets pretty painful.... Could have used a different surface material, but I'm sure they just want you to buy water socks. The upside is that there are plenty of lifeguards around the pool area if you plan on letting your little ones loose at the park.

There are bees everywhere! It's very disturbing. But it's fun for kids and grown-ups. It can be crowded though. And the stands often run out of snacks or drinks. They added ordering machines at the main restaurant so you don't have to stand in line, and they accept meal passes there now too, so the lines are noticeable shorter.

They all need be on the same page. They have you running here and their around the park when you spend lots of money for a season pass and you have to go get something to put it in. Member services has them. Only 2 people in their. Oh well. That's what people do when they get your money. Can you make life a cool place to go.

Still pretty fun after all these years. Parking was horrible, prepaid and still had to wait in the line with everyone else. It was packed and the lines were very long. I hate that you cant bring your own cooler any more.

Covid nightmare.

Covid nightmare.
No sanitizer near touch screens.
Pools are closed. Tube rental places are closed but here we have far, far too many people using both and the lines are ridiculously long.
Outdoor limits my butt. How are they allowed to be so...virus friendly?

Had a great time. Slides were fun and the waits weren't terrible. A little pricey $43 just to get into the park. This does not include parking. Expect to pay around $12 for a alcholoic beverage. For my first experience it was fun but not in a hurry to go back. The ground is super hot sp bring watershoes to walk around in.

Great water park, take sun screen! And buy the season Souvenir cup and get free refills! All season long 3 cups ~$60 & endless refills all season long & you can take that cup to six flags and do the same there!

No outside food or drinks.

They do bag checks.

But you can leave your cooler in your truck and step out of the park and have lunch /dinner and re-enter for free.

Step ahead think ahead!

I've always enjoyed this place! I came here almost every year when I was a child for vacations and now I'm bringing my kids! It may have high prices on food and drinks but we have picnics before we go. Its not about the cost it's about enjoying family time and making memories!

It's just too dang expensive just to enter the park, and food or drinks...wow!!
I stood in line for a drink but decided I wanted an icee, I watched all the customers in front of me order an icee and the employee filled up the icee cup to almost the top, then put the dome top on and gave it to the customers, anyone who has ever bought an icee knows that you fill it to the top of the dome lid, anyway when it was my turn, I told the employee I wanted the icee and to fill it to the top. He did it, but wasn't suppose to. Well for $7.50 I was going to get my money's worth.
shame on Hurricane Harbor!!

You have to keep up with all your things and if you set your membership cup down someone will make there's because the cups are so expensive I see why some will go to the extreme Now I know for next time to hang onto it better overall experience was nice also overcrowded

Great rides, wait times (reasonable for Monday) parking was available upon arrival, prices as to be expected for an amusement park $$$$$. There needs to be better training for those working at the food/drinks areas, the horseplay and carelessness from their part makes the wait times ridiculous specially when trying to get a water on a very hot summer day (you can't bring food/drinks).

Cleaning crew needs to monitor the area better, overflowing trash cans all around etc.

Overall experience was good.

The place hasn't been updated in years, lots of faded, chipped paint. The food prices, as listed by other reviewers, is highly unreasonable. Rides are awesome, but expect long lines. Visually the place needs a makeover, but the rides are fun if your willing to wait. There are plenty of places to just lounge in the water, and plenty of shaded rest areas.

Great park. You definitely want to get here about 10 minutes before they open. They also allow season pass holders to enter in 30 minutes early. At around 2-3pm it gets too busy and that's normally when we left. Of course all food and drinks are ridiculously priced so it pays to get the season food pass and a unlimited refill bottle. There is something for everyone in the family to do at this park.

We had a great time! Way better than Six Flags Over Texas, employee's were WAY friendlier, food was way better, hot and looked good, as well as tasted better. We went early so wasn't to packed. We enjoyed it. Only down fall, are lockers are 13-18 bucks!! What's up with that? How about make them 5-12 or something. I have a season pass, but always have to pay 15 bucks for a locker each time is ridiculous. Why not have a discount for season pass holders or a locker season pass? Other than that, it was a great time!

This is our second year buying season passes and we definitely make use of them. We go just about every weekend. My kids are small so we haven't really been on any of the slides except one.

To really enjoy it you need to
1) go early. They let people in at 10 but I promise there will already be a line 930.
2) Get a locker first thing. The cheapest is the small for 13$ and the largest is $19
3) If you have small kids go to the hooks lagoon area first as it fills up fast. Then hit up the wave pool because that also fills up fast and it sucks when there's a ton of people kicking you in the face and the waves will push people and their giant floats into you. It's not a good time. The lazy river get packed too and not really relaxing after the noon crowd comes flooding in.
4) Eat before you come because the food is a complete waste of money and not worth the wait!
5) if you plan to come more than a few times buy the $20 cup because it's unlimited free refills.

If you show up after noon the whole park smells like a combination of pee, feet, and b.o and there's no room in any of the pools to move. The lines will be so long for the slides. I'm talking an hour wait in the hot sun for some...wear sunscreen! Buy your own waterproof phone case they overcharge big time. And a float too. You can use their air hose to blow it up for free. Better than spending a bunch on a rental.
