Expensive. Long lines, and too many people. Too exhausting for most people.

Very attentive life guards, the lines weren't too bad on this day exclusive for season pass and schools. The line control could have been a tad better but, it was much better than last year. The water was a tad cold still, I expect it to be better next time I go.

Fun rides. But 25 bucks to park is to much. Walking around on cement was like fire on my feet. They need to add misters to ground.

Nope nasty lazy river. Lines are stupid long. Not worth it.

The worst experience is some spoiled you pay more for a card to have a parking lot and they send you to park in the general parking lot, do not buy any card it is a theft sixflag what you are doing is a theft! Today they lost 10 customers.

Almost all the rides are open. The thing that bothers me is that they had signs that told people to wear masks, and keep a 6ft distance in lines, but no one was enforcing it. So what's the point of the signs being there if they're not going to enforce to keep guests safe?

Love everything about this place. If you enjoy getting wet in the sun then this is the place to be. Big moves Hurricane Harbor and as a season member I m going to enjoy the 2018 add ons.

The customer service for food is really poor and sad

Family fun place where person of any age has something to enjoy.

It's fun enough, but lines can get tiresome and crowding was a big issue

The people are nice and everything is well kept! I don't think they have an updated phone number however. Every time I call all I hear is a busy dial tone. Other than that easy fix, great place.

It's a decent water park with something for everyone to do, however it is starting to get a little run down and the staff aren't always helpful.
The biggest downside for my family and I are the dirty bathrooms and cold showers.

This hurricane harbor is one of the biggest water parks in the area maybe the DFW area and it's pretty awesome with all the roses and different things to do I would say that it does get packed almost every Sunday making it hard to have a spot to sit down but the good thing is almost every other day should not be an issue and it is really enjoyable for everyone in the family

Not very clean today. The bathrooms were really bad.

I don t know what happened to this place. It s customer service is declining a lot since my last visit. And the way memberships are handled is a joke. They send you a handful of places and the line for members is longer than none members! Very disappointed in this place.

This place is fun and filled with excitement. Season pass is a money saver if you go more than twice. Dining pass is an amazing addition, I don't have to worry about bringing cash anymore.

Crowded n expensive but all in all more fun for kids

It was my first time there and I enjoyed every minute of it, but the only down fall I had was when I went down one of the thrill slides the one with the 'launcher' I ended up getting a giant bruise on both of my calfs. But other than that I enjoyed my time there!

My kids really enjoyed it the times we've gone , and my youngest daughter gets tanned every time.

Took nephew there for his firstime being in a water park was fun

Had fun in water but they really need shaded areas for their long lines at the food venders

With a season membership and the dining pass it is worth it. But the staff still needs assume work..

Hello,
My family of 6 visited Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, TX this morning and looked forward to another fun day. Unfortunately this did not happen. This morning in the kids area there was a camera crew shooting a video, accompanied by a few, polo wearing employees who continually treated my children and all other children NOT in the commercial as second class citizens. No rides were marked as "off limits" or "closed," however, the employees continually stood in the paths of children who were playing. And told them the path to exit was closed. The man who appeared in charge of the video operation yelled at us when my 2 year old walked in his shot. The employees assisting the video crew also held my 5 year old child up on three occasions, while he was trying to get back to me as I called him, just so they could shoot the video. This, in my opinion, must be unlawful to detain children from getting to their parents for advertising purposes or for any other reason than safety. Safety was NOT their concern! When I bothered to speak up to the "Manager" she tried to give me a food voucher so I would stop complaining (or as she put it "make me happy). Two life guards must have overheard me voicing my concern to said manager because both approached me separately to tell me that I should go to guest services and complain because the camera crew was also in the life guards' way should they have to help someone in distress or SAVE A LIFE! A Child's life most likely, in the KID area. After hearing this, I approached the "Manager" a second time. She proceeded to offer more food coupons to "make me happy"!? Telling me that I was the only person complaining...I find it appalling that a person in a management role for this company, at a water park, doesn't have safety atop their priority list. I hope someone takes this matter VERY SERIOUSLY.

Had a great time was pretty packed for a Thursday...but it was bring a friend day...good time with all

Crowded. Attractions are not worth the wait. Bandaids and trash floating everywhere. A horrid, pungent smell everywhere. I remember it as being a magical place as a kid.. will never come back again.

What a fun waterpark. Lots of rides and things to do. Brings water shoes in summer as walkways can be hot in Texas.

Very crowded, but super fun and the staff were friendly and on point.
My family had a great time.
The food was delicious, but expensive.

Really fun place to visit, lots of rides, great wave pool. Didn't eat there (we brought food and ate at the car).

The membership program and meal plan more than pays for itself!!!

They could do a better job cleaning and the food portions compared to Six Flags are pretty small for the meal pass

Loved this place the kids had a blast. Fun for all ages The little one loved Pirate's Cove and older ones loved the wave pool

Our family loves water parks and theme parks. We get lines will be long when it gets busy too. But this was probably the worse experience I have ever had at a park. We decided to get the flash passes knowing it was going to be busy. But the flash pass line was constantly being ignored. You literally could have waited in line and got on the ride faster then with the flash pass. We did complain a few times but it didn't seem like it was really getting addressed. I will never do flash pass here again and do not recommend anyone doing. You pay so much only to wait just as long as everyone else and we were not the only one to complain about this. Food lines are painfully slow and the water is pretty freaking gross. I know it's hard to keep the water clean with so many people but it was gross first thing in the morning. Would never return to this one.

I love going with my daughters and granddaughters just to enjoy being together and doing different water activities. I love the Lazy River and walk it for therapy because of my bad back and am almost 72 years old. I usually walk 6 to 7 laps and feel great. We all love the food and my girls love the rides at HH as well as Six Flags. We all have season passes and encourage our friends to get one so they can join us.

Great place to take the kiddos, with season passes it makes it very feasible

Very expensive everything and the truth of so many people that there is or you better enjoy the lake or elsewhere and I save a lot of money

The service is terrible. Most of the rides were broken and/or not even open. We spent one hour to ride a ride because the belt was broken. Oh and my car was vandalized while there. Stole the Mercedes caps off my tire and bent my wheel costing me thousands.

Hurricane Harbor has let their water park go to ruin. I would highly recommend not going if you want to be safe and feel safe with your family.

I don't understand why it takes so long to get through the food line. I've been in line for pizza for 1 hour now, and there are still 7 people in front of me. Only a handful of people have been served. It's fast food people.

Awsome time! The pirate ship has a spot towards the back where the kiddos slip, some type of matt would be ideal.

I visited back in August 2015 and this is such a lame waterpark, the food is disgusting the chicken salad made me wanna hurl! The only thing I liked was the deep wave pool but this is pretty dang lame, my dad even said it could be better please make better waterparks. Fiesta Texas one was WAYYY more fun filled and better than this one.

Good place to go with friends and family. Don't see the reason for all of the excitement but it's still a good place.

They don't enforce the smoking policy, our stuff was stolen from the cabana, and I stepped on a sharpened piece of ceramic. All because no one is monitoring this area. You pay all this extra money for season passes, tube passes, meal passes, unlimited drinks (yes I own all of these) and then you pay for the cabanas for security and they let in dozens of people who aren't wristbanded and who didn't pay. Then your stuff gets stolen. Then someone throws broken trash in your cabana and you slice your foot open. All the while smelling the stink of cigarettes AND weed because as long as they have your money they don't care what happens to you. Ridiculous. And don't get me started on how they shut down most of their food venues if it's even a little slow and you can't get the food you were promised when you bought the passes. Unacceptable.

Nice place great time. Just get there early because the line are super long. One hour 30 minutes just to get in the parking lot

I love this place. Super fun, become a diamond member with a meal pass and take your kids. It is so fun!!

Half the park was closed down due to a broken pipe, so u couldn't even Hardly move without being bumped into...don't think I'll be going back any time soon

It was okay.. it was less fun than I remember from when I was little and of course corona situation..

Great place for the family..gets quite busy with long lines during holidays.

This is a fun place for the family and has lots of things to do for everyone. We rented a Cabana and it made the experience even better.

My family and I had good time when we visited. It wasn't too crowded. Wait time for rides were not too long, a plus.

My family has memberships to six flags and hurricane harbor, we enjoyed the benefits so much that my brother and his family (who live in a different state) bought the same memberships so that they could enjoy both parks when they visit. however, we visited the park on 7/26/2018 and were escorted out and treated very badly when we got upset and asked for a refund for a stolen item that their staff said would watch for us. also, the bathrooms are disgusting and none of the dryers work, the staff knew about this and didnt even provide paper towels for customers. the dryers also werent working when we visited in June of 2018. half of their soda machines also were not working, limiting your choices, every other shop was also out of ice! its too hot to not have ice in your drink! the lazy river is very dirty! I was verbally assaulted by a black lady in June, another customer called security because of how bad she was talking to me and they didnt even make her leave! I will NEVER allow my family to return here! We always enjoy six flags however!

Saturday took my 3 yr old for the first time he had a blast great staff and lil pricey on drinks but other then that everything was great and fun... funnel cake line was ridiculous 30 min for pre made cakes lol but they where good so can't really complain!!! Definitely going back

Biggest waterpark in the DFW. I recommend going during the week if you plan going on the rides. It gets crazy busy on saturdays and sundays
