It sure can get crowded but always a place to go on a hot day

Fun place to go! My son enjoyed all the toddler size water areas! Wish I could have tried the slides!

Me and my family went here not too long ago, first time I've been since 1992. I was very surprised by how little the park had changed over the years, this park needs an expansion in a bad way. We went on a weekday and still had to wait in long lines. The concession area is way to small for the number of people in the park. Still a good place to go and have fun it just ain't the premier park it used to be.

Spent 130 for 2 people and parking. After spending 20 mins in the parking line we spent another 20 mins looking for parking. There wasnt enough parking so we had to park in a field. It took an hour and half to go down a slide and we kept waiting for the wave pool that MAYBE lasted 1 minute. It's an ok place. I would uber there to prevent the long walks in wet shoes. Or park across the street for half price. Yes its across the street but it's right in front of the entrance.

Hey bring a friend half off....but half the slides are closed...

Do Not go on a weekend. Take a day off from work and go on a Tuesday. It's so packed. Waited atleast an hour and half to get on any ride.

First time having a blast! Fiid pricey but it always is at theme parks!

Kids poo in pool. Over price long lines. Horrible experience will never visit again.

Expensive! Me and my husband had a great time in the wave pool, the lazy river and on the black hole water slide. $25 to park and $45 to get in for adults $10 to rent a double tube and additional $16 for a locker! Lockers should be included in my opinion and parking should be free. If you don t have little ones I would recommend bringing nothing with you to save on the locker just yourself leave your phone or get a waterproof case to go around your neck and wear water shoes. We didn t even use or need our towels. Go early. Bring your own inner tube too!

Had a blast with the family great place to visit!!! But the hours are horrible! Close at 7:00. Would love a night swim option for couples and adults who want away from the children.

This place is so awesome. Pricey but worth every penny! We usually go for fathers day its not to busy. Food is good but pricey.

It has been about 8 years since i went to the park. The last time I went... My family and I swore we would never return. This was at a time when you could still bring your own coolers into the park for picnics instead of having to chop off an arm to get a soda and some nachos. The rides themselves are amazing, only problem is, you don't get to ride them but maybe 10 times a day due to the long wait. Longest time I waited for a ride was the black hole, it took 2 hours to get to the end of the line. Now on to the main two reasons why this place is horrible... First, we had a picnic table and had our cooler sitting on it and had just stepped away for 30 seconds to fill a water bottle and we saw a black man and his son reaching into our cooler trying to rob us, we reported them to the park security and they did nothing about it. Then about an hour later, my cousin and I had bought a couple water balloon squirt guns that you fill at the water stations around the park and were in the lazy river making our way back to our picnic table when two more black boys assaulted and robbed us. We alerted the lifeguard and security who did nothing about it. So I told my family and we went back to the lazy river and waited by an entrance and waited, we jumped the two turds and took our stuff back.
Overall, this park would be nice if the security was better and if it didn't attract so many thieves. Also, it would be nice if people would stop pissing in the pool. It was so nasty that I never want to go back. With the prices so outrageously high now days, you are better off buying a pool from walmart, then you don't have to worry about emptying your wallet for food, or swimming in someone else's pee.

My first time to Hurricane Harbor and I truly enjoyed the experience.

I suggest getting the day pass to both parks. But it was a good place to take kids

Took my little siblings, it was all of our first time, all of the staff were great!

The ground is very hot. They could paint the ground or put some water on the ground.

It sucks no parking spaces overpriced flashpass tickets and nacho gave my mom food poisoning check your nachos hurricane harbor before giving them away or buying them sucks dont go

Had fun but it is so very packed! Staff in food courts aren't very friendly and my son had an ongoing 25 minute go around with the dippin dogs staff because they weren't sure of the criteria when using a dining pass. Lines for food are so very long. Hoping our next visit is a little better. Very disappointed that you have to rent tubes for the lazy river and wave pool. When you pay as much money as it costs for this place I would expect that to be provided as it is at most other water parks.

We love the water park. We just aren't thrilled about the lunch and dinner times.

Unimpressed with the COVID accommodations. The food service is as horrible as usual! It was a miserable last weekend before school. The kids were ready to go soon after arriving!

Open all summer and took the right steps to keep everybody safe and have fun only disliked was the lazy river wave pool was full of people but lazy river was just one loop around and had to get out

Lots of fun for the whole family. The lines do get long but that's expected.

Had a great time!!! Was a little taken back by the fact you have to rent a toob to go on the lazy river or the wave pool... Glad I did not go because then I would have to keep up with the toob the whole time there.

Long lines! Most of the time your season pass isn't working properly! They call people over 180 pounds fat!

The bathrooms are gross and constantly smell of waste. Random hair balls floating in the lazy river. The water was cloudy. Seems to attract rude and roudy kids

Always very crowded. Food lines take 10 years for service and parking isn't always guaranteed.

Was not impressed. Parking was $25! Food was way over priced and the lines were crazy long. Will not be coming back.

I guess it's been a while but even when not crowded the lines are sloooow.

Okay for a say out but super expensive and the time to get rides going takes a very long time. If you dont mind queing in the sun for 45 minutes.

Social disistansin makes park difficult to have fun

Great place season pass/dining pass and frequent visit make it very cost effective after a few visits

The overall experience was a fun but the food service was poor

My son loves this place.. So far nice and clean place to swim. Especially the kiddie land

It was packed in July, slides were ok, food was EXPENSIVE, long lines. I would recommend the flash pass.

We had so much fun! First time at Hurricane Harbor, it was clean, and the lines were fast.

Im never coming back again .

1.The water was dirty, there were insects and hairs all around.

4. I was in the water for a while and my eyes were irritated, i couldnt even open them properly.

Few bad experiences, i was in the wave thing, and I saw couple kids almost drowning and one of hem was holding on to the stairs to catch some air and the lifeguards kept whistling to get off the stairs and the boy got off and he was having a hard time trying to get away since the waves kept hitting him over and over.

2 burgers and 2 fries $24!!!! 2 regular (20oz ) cokes 11.89!?!!!! SO A TOTAL OF $35!!!!!! for 2 combos

First of all, the line wasnt even long and each person was waiting 10 minutes at the cashier register so the person behind it had to wait like 20min, 10 to order and 10 waiting for the food. I told the cashier I wanted 2 REGULAR combo burgers, i even said, fries coke and the burger. She left after i paid and she was just talking with the cook and i was waiting for my coke, when she finally came to me to ask me what i wanted i was like " i ordered coke too" and she was like " no." .... no??? WHAT IS NO? explanation please? a simple no doesnt tell me SH.** She didnt even explain to me that there was no combos or ANYTHING SHE DIDNT TELL ME ANYTHING .
Everything was literally soooo dirty soo dirty.

Second, THE CASHIERS WERE TOUCHING THEIR HAIR EVERY SECOND, PATTING THEIR HAIR, SCRATCHING SOOO HARD. It's nasty you know? when they are giving you the food and they slightly touch it even by accident is nasty.

OMG THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGG, it was 3x worse what the school lunch serves, even those taste better than yours. the meat was like a burnt plastic meat, at least if is so expensive change the freaking meat!. jeez

anyway, y'all need better trainers

It s feeling so comfortable in the water park like this.

Parking is awful on top of the 25$ to park and we bought ticket to get in the park

So much fun!! My daughters were visiting from California and even though they have a water park, with traffic and it's location, they never go. This was a treat for them. Went on a Friday, lines weren't too bad. My favorite was the Lazy River. If you're feeling really hot...climb in...it's everywhere. I have a season pass...will be frequenting the park this summer.

Really cool rides but the food us way overpriced. But still it's probably one of the best water parks.

They don t exterminate a area that s shaded nor a trash can and they should have a special line for ppl who can t climb stairs that are special needs or elavator

Had my slippers stolen. Cesspool of puke and skit from kids.

This place has always been fun and affordable to visit when I was younger. However now they tend to oversell the park. You ll find yourself waiting in lines lasting more than two hours for slides that last less than a minute. Even if your goal is to sit in the wave pool and or lazy river you ll find little space to do so. The reason I m giving them three stars still is because if you re willing to put up with all of these factors you can still have somewhat of an enjoyable time. Just expect many, many, people.

Staff is friendly, lines move quickly. If you forget anything or realize that you need something that you didn't think of, they'll most likely have it in one of their shops. For being such a large brand, their prices aren't bad at all!!
