With our membership it is a free day for us. We love to go out here to just sit in the water near the waterfall, or soak it up in the wave pool riding the pool noodle. Taking a nap under the covered seating area. It really is a great way to unwind after a 6 day work week.

The whole reservations Is a joke. Yes, you've a certain time to go in, but not come out. Meaning if you do reservations. Do them as early as possible and do all you can before the crowd comes

I bring my kids once every summer, this summer we came on a rainy day, all slides were operating and it was actually a blast despite the rain, no wait times for rides and slides! Will definitely be back rain or shine!

Almost perfect.. I think they could have used a couple more lifeguards especially in the little kid area and goodness 30$ for pizza for 3 people. But went in knowing food would be expensive.

I have not been here since it was called Wet n Wild in the 90s. We have season passes for Six Flags and my 5 year olds wanted to go to a water park. I have to say the place was much like I remembered it except it was much cleaner and looked less old than it did 20 years ago. Sure there were a lot of people but with the way everything is laid out it really isn't a problem. We will most definately be coming back.

Great place to take the kids. They have something for all ages which is perfect for our family and relatives because we have kids from 2- teens and everyone always has a great time. Our entire family and extended family purchases a combo season pass every year which really comes in handy on days the kids are bored and have nothing to do.

This place is expensive. Very expensive. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Parking alone is $25! And that s just the general parking (general parking is the farthest away from the building). We purchased tickets and it amounted to a total of $210, not including tax. Children under 48 inches are 39.95, and people over that cost 41.99. Crazy expensive. Meals alone are 20 dollars each, but you can t bring your own food. No way to escape the prices. It s not only expensive, but the customer service at the front is terrible. The experience was flat out horrible. If you are looking to save money and have a good time, DO NOT COME HERE. I suggest going to Hawaiian Falls instead. I ve had a much more pleasurable experience there. This place was awful. My family did not enjoy it. For all the money you are spending, it is not worth the cost.

Probably one of the better water parks. The rides are fun and mostly in working order. The lines weren't too bad. The staff seemed knowledgeable. Overall a decent experience, but if you can get to Schlitterbahn instead then do that.

There is no security and gangs roam the park stealing items from people enjoying the park. I saw a small gang rummaging thru the items left on their chairs and we lost some towels and park cups to two thugs. I also watched 5 employees stand around and talk while customers waited for service at the food booth. They played with their phones and stood around and talked amongst themselves. If you wish to spend a lot of money to be ignored and be wrangled into long lines to get wet. This is your park.

My family and I have season passes to Six Flags which includes Hurricane Harbor so we have been making good use of our passes this summer. There are plenty of rides and a nice lazy river and great wave pool. I wish they would do something about the walk ways. It is nearly impossible to walk to park barefoot because of how hot the walkways are. Splash pads and streaming water really make a difference in walk ways to help with this problem.

I know, I know... it might not be as upscale as other parks and it can be a long wait... even for food. But we still love it. Negative 4 stars for having to wait 45 minutes to get chicken fingers. The food service could run 100% faster. But waive pool and lazy river sell it.

Fun

Good swim

Great!

It was my first time visiting hurricane harbor. Honestly, all of my complaints are not the employees fault. There s a person standing at the bathroom door who prevents people from entering if they do not have a mask on. You also cannot stand in line for food or drinks without a mask on. It s just a little ridiculous, but definitely not the fault of the employees having to enforce those rules.

The staff there at Hurricane Harbor are very friendly and helpful. It's a really clean and relaxing environment. Stress free and lots of FUN. To my son and daughter in law Joe Longoria and Tabitha, thank you very much for thinking of me to spend your Monday afternoon with. I had a blast. Mom

I love this park because it's not humongous all the rides are close by so that people ain't walking an hour to stand on a line for another hour to ride...only thing is they wanna charge people $300 for a tent....lol $300 for shade you must be kidding me

How can it get any bigger or better??? You know what it is it's hurricane harbour hold on to your shorts because the slides are fast and tall. For the biggest and best water rides in North Texas look no further.

I wish I could post zero stars. We just visited today. The staff was rude, not helpful and would not accommodate my daughter's disability needs. Wendi at Guest Relations informed me Hurricane Harbor does not accommodate people with disabilities, we have to figure out how to make it work on our own. This is the first theme park we have visited that had no ADA accommodations. We will not be returning. The first aid staff was amazing and happy to keep our insulin and supplies safely cool for us while at the park. Besides that group, the park is not worth the time or money.

We enjoyed the water park so much. We went on a Friday and it was not that crowded. We appreciated the park people working hard so we could enjoy our day. We almost forgot we werehaving a pandemic in the world because people could walk around without a mask due to swimming. You only have to wear a mask if you go to the restroom or stand in a food line. We will definitely be back.

visit date: 7/25/2014 As a single mom, I saved all year to take my son to 6 flags and Hurricane Harbor in Arlington. 1. It took us almost an hour to find a locker. 2. It was SO crowded you couldn't see the water in the wave pool. It looked like a sea of people. 3. It was 110 degrees outside so we went to the Lazy River, this place was great for getting run over every 5 seconds, too crowded (this couldn't have been safe.) people would literally plow into you, and you couldn't reach your arm out and not touch a stranger. 4. Decided to ride the Raging Rapids first, probably 50-60 people in line. Stood there for over an hour and the ride lasted at the most 3 minutes. 5. We took our souvenir cups purchased the day before and were told our refills would be 99cents or free water refills. Conveniently, every stand was "out of water". LOL recharged us $14.99 for coke which was all they had. Workers were rude and unhelpful. Patrons were rude, inconsiderate, and would basically run you over. It was soooo crowded you could literally lose your people in a blink of an eye. WE LITERALLY RODE 1 RIDE IN 6 HOURS. I will never step foot in this place again....I would rather buy a blow up pool, fill it with urine and dunk myself in it.
