My family and I have the Diamond Elite passes. There are 5 of us and this is our Summer spot! We enjoy coming here as well as 6 flags. What we pay for 5 of us a month is great. We have free parking, 50% off of everything including tickets for family and friends, dining passes and alot more that comes with Diamond Elite. If you have any other pass I would recommend getting Diamond Elite. Way worth the money! Thankyou hurricane harbor and 6 flags for making my family happy with your great prices and deals.

We usually have a great time, but nobody scanned our finger for our meal ticket at the gate and it took us an hour and a half to get food, then we just went home after we ate. Over half the time we were there was spent trying to eat.

This place gets worse every year. Too crowded and way overpriced. Now I understand what a sardine feels like. Better to go to a smaller water park than to wait a ridululously long amount of time to ride one of the slides. My family and I use to love this place but I think it's time to call it quits.

Hadn't been in 15 years and finally went this year. The park is plenty big and has a lot of slides, but I was disappointed in the upkeep of the facility. There was a lot of standing stagnant water which produced foul smelling oders throughout the park. There needs to be better drainage to remove the excess water and powerwash the sidewalks to clean the place up.

$25 just to park and not one person to even point you in the direction of parking spot. Don't worry the cheapest thing there is on sale, 2 bottles of water for $7. And there will probably be a wait for the lazy river >.<

It's a pretty nice and big water park! They have quite a few water slides and attractions to keep you busy all day. I do wish they had more lockers though and then the food wasn't as expensive. I love that they clean the wave pool almost every hour, I wish they would do the same for the lazy river! I also think they should not let you get into the water with socks/normal shoes because it makes the water nasty faster. If you're a fan of water parks, i'd recommend.

Summary: A great water park to take your friends and family to but there are a few things that need improvements to make it #1.

We drove 6 hours to come to this water park. We pay over a hundred dollars to get in, get rained out in an hour and they dont offer rainchecks or refunds. It's not worth the price and its poor business not to offer refunds to customers who dont get to use what they paid for. Dont visit this place. Its not worth it. And if you do, you are gonna spend atleast a hundred on drinks and snacks. They price gouge everything...a small bottle of coppertone sunscreen-$15.00! And if you want water its $4 for a bottle you can get for .99 at any convenient store. And they tell you you cant bring your own snacks and drink. Because they want to rape you of your money.

We went here 15 minutes before opening time (10:30 AM) and the line was really short.

Bag checks / customer check-ins were fast and organized.

Not a lot of people either (at least for the first two hours) so we got to ride all the rides we wanted. Customer service was good... nothing special -- but definitely not bad either.

Food was kinda "meh" but that's to be expected for places like these.

Overall experience was great. Just do yourself a favor and come early (to avoid the long lines).

I've been going here for years. It's showing its age in places, but this is still the best overall waterpark in the area. I totally suggest doing the monthly membership with the food plan. It streamlines the whole process and makes snacks, meals, and drinks painless. The lines are what you'd expect from a venue like this. Get there early, and you can ride everything without waiting too long.

Cool and exciting rides but expect dirty restrooms and hair in the lazy river and wave pool.also long time to wait in line worker are too slow and rude people steal your seats and try to steal your stuff so just look out for that worst experience ever

This is by far the worst water park in DFW area. We are diamond members and can never reserve seating, it s always full. Jade, & Olamide in the store have terrible customer service skills. They lie, roll their eyes, and refuse to give clear answers. The park itself has poor service. Food is gross. Go to Hawaiian Falls or Epic instead.

You have to get there early if you want to skip long lines. After about two hours lines and the park start to get crowded. Being from out of town, it is a nice 2 to 4 hour stay to get wet on a hot day.

We are good pass members and very time I go to hurricane harbour the staff is horrendous. They always close the food down by 615 even though it says serving until 7. With the food pass it also says until 7. I have talked to management several times and have not had any feedback. The staff needs to get it together or don't advertise they stay open untill 7.

Crowded, dirty, overpriced. Half-hour wait just for the wave pool, line for the lazy river was at least a block. I'm glad we went on a season ticket bought for Six Flags back in spring, I would have felt ripped off of we had paid admission. I understand they have to reduce the number of people allowed in the water features because of social distancing measures, but they shouldn't have admitted so many people to the park if they all couldn't go in the water.

The kids have really enjoyed their six flags passes this season and hurricane Harbor. It seems like all their friends have passes so we always have friends to tagalong when we want to go hang out in the sun. If you get there early enough you can get good seats I wouldn t recommend coming mid day because by then it s impossible to find somewhere to sit

Too expensive for what you get. Even with a coupon, we paid $25 a head plus another $14 to park. They don't let you bring in a cooler, so you have to pay their jacked-up prices for drinks and food. To top it off, if you go on a ride that requires a raft, it'll cost you another $10 per raft.

We've got a local water park in town which, although not as snazzy, is a lot of fun and doesn't bleed you dry for everything you do or consume there.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.

Went with my wife and 16 yo son. Good times had by all. Long lines generally moved quickly. Food is readily available, but expensive, as are drinks. (You can get free ice water from the vendors when it's hot.) If you're looking for a fun, family friendly place to spend the day, this is it. If you're looking for thrills and excitement from every ride, go to six flags. And keep in mind parking is $25. We brought food and drinks in a cooler in the car. Just get your arm stamped and you can go right back in through the shop.

Lots of fun to be had. Like all amusement parks the place is packed, lines are long amd wait times to ride a ride can be ridiculous. The food is way over priced and is not good. But they have a water ride for everyone and when it comes down to good ole family fun there is plenty of it here.

The staff at hurricane bay were not pleasant and very disorganized. Everyone would wait 20 minutes before anyone employee even noticed they were there and then they didn't smile or say hello. The park gets overcrowded and lines are to long.

Good place to spend a hot day with your family, but most of the employees here are rude. Most of the employees my guests and I interacted were very unpleasant, but mainly the person who scanned my Members Card at the entrance and the person serving us our food. Six Flags Arlington is to Wal-Mart, as Disney World is to Target (if you know what I mean).

Sixflags hurricane harbor has always been a good place to go with friends and family for any occasion or just for fun but the last time I went multiple families including mine got some of our things stolen. We don't usually purchase a locker bc we felt as if it wasn't necessary but now we realize that it would be good if we now continue to purchase lockers
Also that same day a man was arrested at the park for striping down into nothing, I advise if you are going with little kids always keep an eye on them bc anything can happen.
This has never happened to me or anyone I know until know so my family, friends, and I will be more cautious next time we go to sixflags hurricane harbor.

I would give this place 0 STARS, IF I could because of 1 reason. We went 2 different times. And both of those times someone stolen a pair of sandals that no one else had UNLESS you went personally to Hawaii and purchased. And another reason is that someone went through my bag and took my Membership passes. And both were in the MEMBERSHIP VIP SECTION. Yes, there s a staff member that stands guard BUT until a certain time, and after that anyone can go into that section. So we don t know if it was a random person/people who did that and or a person already in the VIP section. A security guard needs to keep watch because this is not the first time this has happened. It also happened to other people as well. We pay too much for our memberships for our stuff to get stolen like that. PLEASE HIRE A SECURITY GUARD TO KEEP WATCH OF THAT SECTION. And after that my rating for this would go up. Because other than that Hurricane Harbor is a good place to go. It s just that is what s making it not a great place.
