So they do not do anything for lost kids other than alert security. My kid was missing for 4 hours and they would not announce her name over their intercom system. They said it was for medical emergencies only and that they will not override it. The only thing they did was take her description and tell security. And when I said I would call the police they rudely informed me that they were right over there. He was kind enough to help me search and say he would get other officers to help look, only one other employee helped by checking a ride's line she was supposed to be in but other then that Hurricane Harbor did nothing. I understand not announcing kids when it's been a short time, but not when it's been 4 hours.

Kids had a great time even stayed after to watch Finding Dory.

My Friends and family of all ages love coming here. There is something to do for all ages groups.

hI don't usually write reviews but this was enough. My experience was Horrible! extremely crowded. You can barely walk. Went with my kids from 10am to 5pm and we just got 4 rides!!! lines are forever under the sun. parking lot is 3 miles away. NEVER AGAIN.

The rides were great. The only annoying part was waiting in line. The place is old and not maintained well. Most of the restrooms miss some elements like the toilet doors or soap dispensers. The lockers were really expensive comparing to the membership or season pass cost. You could smell an annoying odor in many locations of the park especially near some restaurants. It was not as I expected especially compared with the six flags.

Last year we had season passes. I've only been on this earth for 11 years but last summer we went there everyday. Last summer was the best summer yet. I can not wait till opening. You can also get a stamp and walk to the Dickys that is close by. You get your exercise and fun there.

Excellent, the only problem is that it is frequented by more Hispanic or Latino people, who must have more bilingual staff. How brown they do not speak any Spanish thanks

Over priced drink! I mean seriously over prices $6 for a drink. They say there is a dress standard but I saw way too many team age butts and other stuff hanging out. Not enough shades areas.

I've loved this place since I was tiny! And now that I can make monthly payments on season passes, that can ALSO include passes to Six Flags, I can afford to make some of the same amazing memories with my babies!

Older kids enjoyed it but not much moms with toddlers can do here. Everything is spaced out so its dificult to get to one place and another.

Got that season pass for a reason. There about 2 or 3 times a week.

If I could give ZERO stars.. I would. Every single time we have gone this summer the staff is just so RUDE! I teach my kids to say please and thank you.. I say it as well.. Any time you walk up to get food/drinks the staff will just look at you. Not say hello or anything. I always say thank you when they hand over my food/drink, they NEVER say you're welcome.. A smile.. Nothing!! They're just rude af!!!

Paid $61 a year for Season Passes to Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags and it's TOTALLY Worth it!

Please hire people that care about costumers. And maybe a cleaning crew now and then?? The older people that walk around taking servays, maybe put them in the restaurants and let the teens do the servays. (Just an idea) . anyways. Things don't change soon ill not be coming anymore.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Wasn't really that crowded. Still lines but nothing major.

Customer service was not good so unorganized as far as gett i ng a membership. Did everything on line still had to wait over 2 hrs to get cards. Other then that kids had fun so be prepared if getting memberships.

Could smell sewage while walking around. They need better and more covered areas to get out of the sun! Crowded. And hate the fact that you can't bring in a cooler anymore! We used to have so much fun here but not so much anymore since Six Flags took it over! Even though we have a season pass we will be going to Hawaiian Falls instead.

My car got broke in! Luckily I have dealt with a break in before so I stay on my toes about money in the car etc.. took were some clothes and shoes and ruined the lock on my passenger side! What the heck six flags! 5 other people s car got broke in to today too! Guy window got busted and they attempted to steal his car!!!!! You have all these employees making sure nobody drowns, but you can t look out for your customers while they enjoy their time in the park?At least warn people, like hey we have break ins all the time!!!!!!! Some girl was yelling in the park about her things getting stolen! Obviously someone has some ring going on and here and someone needs to get to the bottom of this or shut this place down! Also man high on drugs or something trying to make me feel uncomfortable in the parking lot! This is a shame! I don t feel safe here! I will never come back!!!!! Security WHO???????! I am very frustrated and disappointed at the lack of security and safety. This place needs to be closed.

Even though it's all slides, it was a very fun place to go to! I went with my friend since he offered me to go with him and it was just amazing! I do recommend going here in the Summer time.

It's great to go to a water park while your in texas

Park is nothing like it use to be. We went on the opening day two weeks ago. Purchased a cabana only to find out they changed the rules. You have to go get your own food if you don't get the most expensive cabana. Which was the whole point for paying for one oh and the seats we don't have to fight over. Six Flags is all about the money now forget your feelings!! Waiting over an hour in line for food. Oh, and if you get a cabana the price only includes a family of four. $10 extra person max 10 people!! They can use some of that money that are collecting and update the park children pools were dirty too!!

MY kids and I always have an awesome time. They love to get on slides and I love to just relax in the lazy river n wave pool.

It's a great place to be on a hot day. If you wanna go a lot you should get one if the passes. The slides are awesome! The pools are, too. And most of their food is good.

Lots of water things to do at any age. Prices for food is a little steep but expected. Lifeguards were awesome!

Met my family here. $$ least expensive of the parks. Great water rides. Huge wading pool. Walk slow rafting river walk. Love it. Bring your raft or rent one. Get a membership and come often.

I don t know if Six Flags reads these reviews, but if they do PLEASE for the love of god teach the kids y all hire next season the basics of customer service! My son and I came here several times this season and one of the most consistent themes I saw were how incredibly disconnected and flippant the employees were when helping customers once you get inside the park. I honestly can t count the number of times I went to get food or a drink refill and the person helping me said literally ZERO words to me the entire time; no smile, no thanks have a good day, nothing but a blank I don t want to be here stare. The park for the most part is clean, but age is really showing and the entire place needs a good paint job and some general upgrades to bring it into this decade. Three stars because my kiddo loves this place, but I really hope they improve their customer service next year or we may look into other options for water park fun.

The wave pool was disappointing this visit. Small waves and didn't go off very often. There were tons of older kids, teens, and adults not with little ones in the small pirate ship area. There are no directions to where attractions are located. Too many toilet stalls in the Women's dressing room are out of order. There are not enough non toilet or shower stalls. And only one trashcan!

Over crowded, not a good layout for the park ,a little run down no exciting atmosphere or decoration for the rides or park just advertisement banners,trash everywhere, tooooo expensive to eat for the price you pay to get in and paying for parking,not enough rides to fill the day,half of them not in operation . I wish I would have spent my money at another amusement park. We have visited many theme parks and I dont think I'd go back to this one very disappointed with the parks upkeep considering the brand.

Very long wait times, way to crowded and the tubes cost 8$ family friendly yes wallet friendly no.

charges for everything even for a lazy river floaty and kinda smell funny

The slides and attraction are amazing, the pools around is fun and in general the stuff is very good.
My only complain is that in weekend it is extremely crowded, and I cannot stand it.
The lines to the slides are very long so in some cases you'll need to wait more than 30 minutes and even 1 hour to some of them.

So if you come in non crowded day I'll give it 4-5 stars, but unfortunately I never encounter such day...

With season passes non-VIP parking is $25 per visit. Vip for "closer parking is more.

Lots of big fun waterslides to go on. The lines weren't nightmarishly long, but there was a bit of a wait at times.To be expected at any amusement park.

Locker rooms are not unisex. You should never take a teenage boy into a female locker room. Hurricane harbor has ruled about it but they don't have it posted for everyone to see and they should. I'm 5"7 and this boy was almost my height and his mom told him to stop looking at me. I asked her to remove him from the room and she refused. I had to get guest relations involved. There are girls of all ages in there changing.

Hurricane harbor needs a visible sign, and height limit for boys to be in the locker room. Just like for rides.

Love the entertainment park it's one of the greatest places in Arlington, Tx.

They have RUINED this place!!!! The last few years we have purchased the gold level season passes with dining passes and each year the place seems to get worse and worse. We were late buying the passes, so instead of the passes costing around $80, they bumped the price to $168, which pushes you towards buying a membership. This is what I think has ruined this place. It makes it really affordable and easy to purchase, but at the same time SUPER overcrowded. We get to the park for the first time this year and had to park on a grass hill because the (very large) parking lot was completely full. We looked around just a little bit, enough to notice the lines for the slides were super long, the lazy river was shoulder to shoulder, and the wave pool was so full you could almost not see the water. We decided to get food first, after standing in line for 15 mins and only moving one spot, with 20 more spots to go, we had enough of the place and regretted ever coming back to this overcrowded, bad customer service (except for Cyndi, she was nice), dirty dirty, dirty place!!! We decided to leave and try to cancel or membership seeing how we haven't used any of the facility, only to find out you can't cancel without being charged for the WHOLE 12 month membership as the canceling fee, how that makes sense I have no idea. This place has become just like a timeshare SCAM!!! Now we're STUCK with it, and HATE that we gave this JOKE of a place one more shot.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It's the best water park but Hawaiian falls is good but this is better I'm even going to have my birthday there

The lines were long, staff were too busy talking to each other and their friends; both park staff and concession staff were rude.

It s a great atmosphere and nice people but some of the rides here have changed like the raging rapids. They stop you every time you reach a area instead of stopping you at the end. The app needs to be updated because it says that some rides are closed when they are really not.

Love it, best part of my family and I summer. Today was a lil rough, someone believe to let loose down the black hole, and not in a good way. So they shut down the ride soon as me and my daughter made it to the top. Sucks, but I understand 100%. Getting a season pass for next year, it was worth it.

Love having these parks here. Always a great time. Really wish those kids working could find their smile though. Its called customer service.

All day fun! Season and Dining passes are worth it if you go often!

The place is huge. It took us all day and we didnt hit all of the rides. The assortment rides is pretty nice. Lines weren't terrible. Definitely would go back.

I was really disappointed with how small it was compared to the price. The pools are small, dirty, food is pricey. I'm from Kansas City and our WORLD'S OF FUN PRICE INCLUDES OUR HUGE ATTACHED WATERPARK. I will not pay to go to Hurrican Harbor again. Oh and you pay 25.00 to park then walk forever to front gate.

I had such a great time with my family! The wait for rides were not that bad!
