Band aids in the cloudy warm water, people pushing and shoving and screaming everywhere. Life guards are unattentive and didnt even notice when i was struggling to get above water in the wave pool. Only reason i didnt drown was because of another civilian who held onto me till i could catch my breath.
Cheaper prices than Six Flags. So much to do and you have so much fun staying wet in the hot sun
The rides are fun but the food service incredibly terrible and slow we waited almost 2 hours waiting to order our food
Been coming here since I was a kid. Here lately, it seems like it's really gone down hill. We love coming and are season pass holders, but thinking of not renewing. Most lifeguards seemed perturbed, but with that said, I seen several doing a great job and quick to save kiddos. It could stand to be cleaned up. Lastly, DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!
We waited till 3pm to get in line for burgers, why because of the large crowds with food passes. Anyways, we finally got our food at 4:40, and yes, it was cold, nasty, and not what we order. However, 1:40 minutes to get our food, I just took it.
I hope everyone has a better experience, and I hope it was just a one time thing for us.
Over crowed. Slow moving lines. The walk ways burned our feet.

Fun attraction can keep any age entertained with plenty of food yo choose from. Spent most of the day just floating around the lazy river though highly recommend exploring and trying all the slides and rides there then chill out on the river. Planning another trip in the upcoming summer.
Pretty good, rides are fun. I'd say this park is definately more geared towards older kids / adults. There's a kid section and it looks pretty nice but I didn't know it was even there for an hour. Lines aren't mega long, but I'd still recommend the Flash Pass. Had a really good time.
Food and drinks was high. Overcrowding. Parking was almost none. The lines to the rides was 1 or 2 hours wait. Otherwise good water park
Buy aqua socks handles can't be on the rides,pack lunch and drinks in cooler in car save a lot of money that way

Fun ,good family time ,the lines weren't as long as I thought. I like how thay have different size locker & showers to shower after a long day I will come again the staff where nice & helpful .
Loads of fun but way too crowded. One hour in line for a brownie is ridiculous.
There was no social distancing I would recommend not going there until the pandemic is over
The wave pool was closed on the day of our visit, but all of the other attractions were well-maintained and very fun. Kids loved it!

Wow... Unbelievably over priced for a run down dump. Trash EVERYWHERE and no one picking up. You pay $42 a person, you expect a little cleanliness. Parking is ridiculous with no shuttle. Bathrooms are filthy and literally falling apart... Soap dispensers ripped off the walls, hand dryers don't work. They push you to buy their $26 plastic cups by charging $6 for a fountain drink and not giving straws or lids so they can easily spill and get hot immediately. My family and I will not ever return.
Always great place for summer. Lots of rides and the price is not expensive for whole day fun.

This place is a hell hole I have season passes 6 of them to be exact , staff is completely incompetent,
Lifeguards are retards they allow kids to act insane in LAZY RIVER , my daughter injured herself concession stand attendants denied us ice for her bleeding head , then I have lunch and dining pass we went to get food with our passes we were told we couldn t get food unless we Pay between 300pm and 400pm after standing in line for 45 min , the general manager of this facility should be fired and thrown in the wave pool , maybe then he would wake up and fix this place I live down the street from hurricane harbor it used to be a great place for family fun , not anymore, if you hate your family and want them miserable bring them here it s guaranteed to work! The employees are lazy , rude and basically worthless , buy a garden hose and a great nozzle and shoot your kids in the eye with it , they will enjoy that more than this hell hole !!!!
Great waterpark, short lines during the pandemic since reservations are required for the park. I've lived in Texas all my life and never visited this park. My family enjoyed it very much and will be visiting on a regular. You can rent lockers for $15 to put your belongings in while you enjoy the park. Be sure to wear a mask and your swimming shoes because the ground is hot.
Rides are fun. Lots to do. The food situation is out of control. I had six people in front of me and it took 40 minutes just to get to the window. Today there was at least 10 people in the smallest line so I didn't even bother. For the prices they charge you would think they could get your order a little quicker. Also 25 to park in the back and even more to park closer is a bit ridiculous. Very glad I bought upgraded season passes (free parking, etc...) Lastly, if you are going to sell drink cups for 25 dollars you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes or more to get a drink. Dedicated drink stands would be nice.
I remember when this was wet and wild. Now they have extra rides. Plus they staff is always so friendly.

We had fun love the funnel ice-cream just wish my daughter was taller than 4'2 to ride the rides. The only thing she could get in was the lazy river, kid pool, and the wave pool.
Ok the exit terrifies me. I hate those spike things! I wish they had a regular pool to just swim. Its too crowded most of the time..

As I love the watermarks but I do not like waiting in line for literally two hours for food. When you get up there it takes 2 seconds to get it. All because their staff are horseplaying throwing food. Instead of trying to hurry and get their customers going no they rather play around. So I will no longer use my pass to go here. When I can go to six flags and get better service with food.
NOT A CLEAN PLACE! If you go, I suggest going right when they OPEN so that you have a chance to enjoy before the water gets nasty.
I love coming here to relax. Membership passes are something I highly recommend if u live nearby.
Restrooms could use an upgrade and the music choices are archaic. The attractions are great tho, always a great time.
It's not too bad it's cool it has several good ride but I still think the price of the flash pass is way way way too much expensive but I guess everything else is okay the Food is okay

Fun way to escape the heat, go early to skip the huge crowds, if you are uncomfortable with other people being comfortable with their bodies stay away
We had a BLAST . Fun Day in the with the family. I enjoyed the kids sections the Hook s Ship/Slides are Awesome options for small kids. Great for family vacations. I love meeting people around the world in one setting. I will come back for more review on the rides.
If you are planning to go a few tips you must know
1. Pack lite. There are lockers there to rent the lowest is $15& up
2. Swimsuits. I didn t see any restrictions on what to wear I seen people wearing shorts and white shirts
3. Footwear. I brought some swim shoes. I wear them in the pools. The concrete can get hot.
4. Showers. They have a very big shower room for changing. You are allow to bring soap/shampoo
5. Towels. You can bring your own towels
6. Inflatable. Yes, you can bring your own. They have some to rent/buy as well.
7. Picnic. I seen a picnic area by parking. Yes, there is a lot of shade to do so. So bring your own food could be a Big money saver. They do have great food; it can be costly for a family of 3&up.
8. LIFE JACKETS. They do provide those for kids all sizes. MUST RETURN.

Enjoyed the park but the charges for things that should be part of the accommodations are a bit much. The price for the park visit is fairly pricey as is.. Things Such as locker rentals and float rentals should be a part of packages or not so costly. $10 for a Funnel cake is absolutely ridiculous.. I think you should have a portion returned to u as u return floats and remove property from lockers.. all in all had a good time with the family. That's just my opinion

I hate waterparks from past experiences, but I was thoroughly impressed with how much fun they managed to pack into Hurricane Harbor. The park was very clean and easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly
Couldn't give it a zero star cause wasn't a choice. This park used to be great but now it's very dirty. The last river had more hair than I do. A worker pulled out a diaper!!
It was really crowded today. Very little social distancing. You are suppose to wear mask in food lines...people weren't. Even the staff had their masks around their necks. We ended up leaving after 3 hours.
I'm glad it was free. Worth going a time or two. Not worth it when they are busy at all. The place is dated with a confusing layout and poorly marked paths. Too many dead ends.
Friendly staff, only problem I had was I wish they had more blue life vests(small child) they were really hard to find
