Great place to stay cool in the heat. Fun for the whole family!

Time spent at Hurricane Harbor is always fun. Problem with Six Flags is their website! It does not work well with their mobile app. You have to use mobile app for some stuff, then have to go on website via laptop/computer for other stuff. Tried to rent cabana and neither site would allow you to do it. Customer Service was NO help. Spent 3 hours trying get this figured out. For the money we spend, should not be this difficult.

Restaurant needed more attention. Fun wave pool and nice place for summer cool down.

Always enjoy our time at hurricane harbor when we do come, I would give it 5 stars if you could bring in a cooler which is why we don't come as often, when my children were younger we could bring a cooler and would stay all day and have picnics too

The experience in general was pretty good. Someone I was with lost glasses in the shotgun. After the dice went to look for it, while we were in the security office to see if it was found. This girl who worked there was rude to us about our concerns of needing the glasses. Since you know, some people cant see without them.

Experience was ok my cabanna was filthy nothing had been pre cleaned for my arrival so I had to take 30 min away from my children to clean the cabanna

So much fun! The lazy river provides ample time to rest between rides or while your group is in line for a ride you don't want to ride. The black hole is totally dark and so cool and different. Great family place!

Great place for the summer.

Lockers are extremely over priced.

There was too many people and they need a lazy river without the big floaties.

It is fun when it isnt over crowded. Need more mist fans to keep guests cool.

Had a great time and I got in free with my neice and her season pass, so that was a bonus. The only problem is the older children playing ruff in the Lazy River. I got kicked very hard and bruised in the side by a teenager trying to dive under my feet!

Too expensive. Won't let you take coolers in. Over priced food. The lines for the rides are too long. Some of the rides are shut down. Save your money and go to a neighborhood pool.

Like this attraction a whole lot -- better than 99% of the other ones in town.

Very fun for family fun day. Summers in texas can be blistering and with this Water Park you barely notice the heat. Bring plenty of sunscreen and bring an extra pair of cheap slip on sandals or thong toes. People will snatch them up when leaving them on the side of rides like the lazy river.

Ehh this place is alright but nothing special. Fresno, CA has better water Parks than this.. surprised since everything in Texas is supposed to be bigger and better.. the cabanas are a joke don't waste your money. Over priced, dirty,and just lame. The food not so good as well. the wave pool shuts down as soon as waves start up. They need to have cheaper locker options or season pass options. The water slides ehh okay but nothing to brag about for it being a six flags ...but then again six flags is garbage here too. Employees seem to hate there job, hardly anyone has customer service skills and friendly.. unless they are talking to their own friends. Just not what you pay for. Thats all. Overprice dump. The one cool thing is the boogie board attraction.. Turkey legs save your money we have tried them 3 different days and times and every time they we're dried out and tasted gross!!

I remember going to Wet N Wild and Hurricane Harbor years ago when i was a child. It was an epic adventure of good times, water logged children and happy little sun burns.

Now, it's a sad sardine can filled with spoiled little terrors wrapped in a blanket of sadness.

I am sure my view is skewed by age but when three of the four best rides have been removed or changed in such a way that they are no longer fun... it really defeats the purpose and ability for fun.

The water is salty, it's not a salt water system.

The wave pool has been reduced in size and only runs for a few minutes at a time and then they make everyone get out and wait.

Two awesome rides were removed because people were getting bruised.

Everything is overpriced and underwhelming.

The place is run down considering the premium being paid to attend. The lazy river was closed the first three hours. That said kids had a fun time.

Great rides. Length of the lines depends on when you go. The food's okay.

It was great. The wave pool was my favorite part. The waves are so big and strong, they just lift you up as if you were only a leaf.

The restrictions have it very hard to have a good time.

Great place to be at just for fun. It s like, how do I say it, life in a pool. One of the employee s hairline was shaped like the Earth s tilted axis.

I'm more 50/50 on this, I do like the wave pool and the lazy river, but I would rather go to six flags itself then this.

Good entertainment but the place is kind of dirty and the water smells a lot to chlorine, to the point of make you cry...

The system is down for hours hourssssss!! No one apologizing!!! No discount. Its crazy and the people are being rude and dont care!!!! Its hot!! Disappointed

It's really crowded, there seem to always have at least one set of kids having sex in the lazy river. Expect to be standing in line for hours to get your food. They don't seem to care if kids are trying to drown other kids so keep them close. If you get there first tho g and only plan to spend a couple of hours then it's awesome. After 2pm however is when it starts to get bad. Esp. With little to no shade to protect you from the sun while your standing in the hot lines. If you have a dining pass, I would strongly recommend is g the kiosks. You Will get your food a little faster.

Calm and quiet. Keeping the crowd to a limit and following the new rules to make it safe as possible

Excellent staff. Lifeguards are trained and professional.

Went last weekend, (I haven't been since I was young) took my neice. Got rained out after only being there two hours with no refund or even rain checks. Way too over priced, over crowded and stunk like sewer and trash. Definitely won't be going back there. Did some review checks and apparently I'm not the only one that feels this way. Won't recommend!!

Pricey and crowded but that's what you get for going to a water park lol. Parking is difficult. Season pass is worth it though, especially if combined with the six-flags pass.

My wife and I are big waterpark fans and Hurricane Harbor never fails to impress. It's too bad that she's afraid of heights so we didn't get to enjoy many of the bigger slides. Will definitely return

Loved how clean it was. They life guards are intuned with what is going on. Wish though they would allow small ice chest in. Some people just can't tolerate junk foods. Lines weren't to bad. Lots of rides to choose from.

Crazy crowds, but we'll worth it to get the season pass and dining pass.

Hurricane Harbor is fun I would recommend bringing something to store your phone and things and to keep on you because people like to steal

Good water park, just dont pay for the car behind you for parking amd expect the kid not to pocket it and still charge them. Not happy about that at all!

Fun rides but the food is disgusting. Bring a packed lunch.

Great place to take the family out for swimming, relaxin and just have good time. Food is also pretty good and you can also buy beer.

Not very clear on the season pass uses so when we went we were not allowed in and the staff was not very helpful or clear.

Food was less than par, slimy turkey leg (undercooked I believe), ran out of ice at several concession stands, as well as most drink choices, warm soda to boot. Entire facility ran by uninterested teens, not a single adult works there from what I can tell. Not enough help behind the counter, waited over an hour in line ANYTIME I needed a drink refill or to get food. Not happy with my visit, won't be going back!

Was ok, kids had a good time, long wait time for food at the stands. Not the cleanest park.

not that bad... some of the stands have no drinks for you to have when you get the refillable cup for free drinks.. but overall everything around this waterpark is fun and amazing... but one thing is the bathrooms get disgusting when you head in for a shower

Fun place with nice staff but they need to clean the park. Big time!!!!

We had so much fun there!! All the rides are for everyone and it's kid friendly too. The food it's good and I like the pools they have. I had so much fun with my friends!! It's pretty easy to navigate despite the huge park. The lazy river will take you all around the park and there are ladders to get off every few hundred feet. Overall great place to come with family and friends!

the customer service is horrible. While at the park today our cups got stolen and when we asked someone what could be done about it they shrugged it off like it wasnt even important.

If they expect us to pay monthly fees you would think they would be more helpful.

Stupid place literally only good place is the wave pool. lines are ridiculously long. And the prices I mean literally it s all. prices Prices PRICES. In order to use a floaty either bring your own or spend your cash on a rental floaty. You have to pay for a good parking spot: general parking spot FARTHEST away from the building ey? Yea not so bad a little walking never hurt anyone but the PRICE: 25 bucks for general parking and nearly 30 dollars for the farthest parking spot Real facepalm happening here
One more thing: the lazy river empty chicken bucket two people alerted the lifeguard either the lifeguard didn t care or didn t hear if they didn t hear I don t hold anything against them if they ignored than that s just idk and one place on the lazy river smelled like fart not sure if due to the chicken or leftovers I m not sure but one things for sure they need to fix that.

Judging by the swimwear a lot of the women were wearing (thongs), they need to change it to not so family environment

The kiddos had so much fun we have season passes totally worth it. Make sure you get a year free refill cup that to is so worth the money. The only thing is I think they need to be more aware on dress code. I have seen a couple of women with thongs bikini. One women didnt have a babysuit top on at all just a over hang sleeveless shirt, also wearing a thong. This isn't a hotel resort for adult. it's a kid friendly park be respectful and dress appropriate because there kids all around you.

Not enough lockers on a busy weekend. The rides were exciting

Be prepared to stay from opening to close if you want to get your money's worth. Lots of fun!

There's always this one area that smells bad every time I go it is one of the bridges you walk over the lazy river to get to the sitting areas by the wave pool

My kids had a blast here at this water park! This big kid did, too!

Been coming here since I was a little kid. I am 40. The season, parking, and dining passes are all well worth it. They will also be showing movies while everyone hangs out in the wave pull during the summer.
