I think this is the best singtel shop in Singapore. It is so big and nice with excellent service

Today's service was fast and good. Also the SAMSUNG counter service was excellent this late morning as the transfer of all appls from my old hp to new was excellent.
Low carpark height limit of 1.9m, drivers of tall vehicles do take note!

The SMS queue number was received 15~20 minutes after we submitted, while the service desk already passed our Q number. Then we got a Q number once again. Ridiculous.
Was provides a Trainee to assist me, who didnt know what they were doing, completely not their fault because more experienced staff were walking around freely not providing training assistance, what should have taken 15 mins took an hour.
Waiting time is good. Singtel shop at AMK needs 2hours on few occasions.
Cancellation took them 6 months to proceed and continue to billed me for Mio TV which I have to call every time to waive. Extra 150 SGD charge for losing the Mio TV set. Never felt happier paying that 150 to get rid of them for life.

Singtel should seriously improve your customer service and stop deceiving consumers. And please stay away from Singtel for fibre broadband and TV bundle services. We do not have wifi signal in the master bed. And when you want to terminate the contract at the end of two year contract, you can only call 7 days in advance and they take 7 days to process while charging you during the process. The customer service people seem to hate Singtel as much as I do and ask me to complain as they wish through 1688.
Service was excellent. What has to be improved was when your number is flashed you have to look for server. This is fine until several numbers are flashed and you literally have to look for your server amongst those standing around. Station/location of service point not flashed on the board

The Singtel office is here...has got some great coffee joints around. Great place to grab a coffee and indulge in business chatter. Inside the Singtel office, you will be escorted.
Long crowds for phone enquiries.... Avoid during peak hours.

queuing system terribly bad, I got 4 numbers in front of me, but waiting almost an hr. then they put me in cafe24, talking to a screen! for interview. the branded JBL speaker quality is bad too. what to do....
I was here to return Mio TV box. Attended to me immediately, and done with 5min. You may want to come at 5:20pm Fri also.
Really helping people. But the crowd or the people who have come here to get information or complains are not managed properly. Crowd management is pretty slow. The agents are not smart and professional. There should be more self assistance kiosks. There should be processing too by the agents.
Have a very techy feel, and it's clear on where to go as there's different section of services for customers to meet at.

Not a fun experience if you go for new contracts etc. wait time can be more than 1 hour
Queue to renew plan is not too long but they are serving average about 4 numbers per hour. That means will take about 4 hours to renew our plan. Duty manager Doreen Koh is also very unapproachable and unwilling to assist as sick cum handicapped patient had been waiting for few hours.
Waiting time is too long. Just to do a transaction has to wait up to more than an hour.
Singtel intended to be open concept. but staff chooses what they want and like to serve. even when approached some of the staff will just avoid u or conviently forget about you even if u take the initiative to aproach them. its a open chaos.
Queue numbers have to be obtained through logging in to their designated wifi. After which you will receive an sms notification on your number and service representative. The display of queue numbers are not very obvious but the sound alerts are loud enough. It can be quite confusing for the non tech-savvy but there are staff around to assist.
The staff serving us is really polite, willing to go the extra mile to assist my parents' enquiries, and even got the Samsung staff to help with the data transfer to save us from the hassle.
Went on a weekday so the waiting time is considerably shorter but be prepared to spend a few hours on a weekend.
Too expensive for those who are visiting Singapore for a short term stay.
Biggest singtel shop, but the staff not so friendly and the system is always slow here. Hope singtel can fix this for better customer experience.
Cheap food in orchard area can be found here except it is crowded during lunch hours.

It's an old office building with a large SingTel retail store on the ground floor
No matter which outlet we went, it requires 2-3hours waiting time for re-contract. Upon our arrival at the somerset branch, it asked us to request a queue number through wifi, which is not convenient at all. Not pleasant experience.
