Singtel should seriously improve your customer service and stop deceiving consumers. And please stay away from Singtel for fibre broadband and TV bundle services. We do not have wifi signal in the master bed. And when you want to terminate the contract at the end of two year contract, you can only call 7 days in advance and they take 7 days to process while charging you during the process. The customer service people seem to hate Singtel as much as I do and ask me to complain as they wish through 1688.
