I did not use this company for any of my real estate needs, but unfortunately Cesar Estrada was the selling realtor for the home I was buying.
Talk about lack of communication skills. He is awful. Never got back to my realtor when she asked questions or sent him things. His assistant was a JOKE. He never told his clients that they needed to have their items out of the house by time of closing so when push came to shove and the dotted line had been signed they still some furniture items in MY new house. They actually said he told them it was ok for them to leave it here for a few more days. NO Cesar that is not ok. It was no longer their house so their items needed to be gone.
It is not ok for those type of situations to happen and legally any items left in the home after all signatures have been done are the new owners. For him to have the nerve to say he is disappointed in the buyers of his sellers home because they would not let them leave 8 chairs and 2 twin beds is ridiculous.
And then when his for sale sign was left at said house for a week after it was sold he was called about the sign and his assistant actually laughed saying they would get it when they can. Well said sign went in the garbage.
Cesar Estrada is not a professional and should not be used by anyone. At least in my opinion, and I didn't even use him. So what does that say???

Just want say what a disappointing experience we had with your agents. Being a veteran and forced to use a VA loan to purchase a home. We bid full price and we're going to pay closing cost you past us up because it was inconvenient for you. Well it was pretty inconvenient for me to spend 6 years away from my family to serve my country. So now my 3 year old will have to wait to have a home or a yard to play in. Thanks a lot hope the extra couple of dollars you made was worth it.

***VETERANS BEWARE!!!*** Josh Browning is a realtor with this agency and I have notified both the agency and the Orlando Regional Board of Realtors that he uses unethical methods to sell homes. He lied to both his clients (the Sellers) and the Buyer's Agent and is in direct violation of the Code of Ethics. He said he is "a man of his word", only to deceive everyone at closing. He stuck the Sellers with bills he agreed to paid and took advantage of both of us, retired military veterans. Hang your head in shame, as a former Marine (as His bio states) he should know better! However, not everyone serves honorably and Mr Browning provides evidence that whatever he learned from the Corps does not translate to his current profession!!! Do not use Keller and Williams Advantage III Realty!!! A veteran who takes advantage of other veterans is the most detested. Somewhere he learned that eating his own is how one survives - an abomination! The fact that Keller and Williams still employs him should tell you to beware!

I love this place and the people in it. Everyone works together for the greater good! Which includes but is not limited to taking care of the clients and serving the community!

Ken Meyer is the best buyers agent! I highly recommend him! He will go the extra mile to find you the right house no matter how high your expectations!
