When I came to the Mazda dealership, I was greeted by Lucy's sweet smile, which instantly warmed into people's hearts. After a brief chat, came to the spacious office, Lucy seriously began to discuss various models, colors, configurations, etc. for me. Everything was made for my personal preferences. The documents and procedures were very fast and efficient. I saved a lot of time. What I admire the most is that these days the climate is getting colder. Lucy runs the rain for me, getting a license and installing a license. I can only say that a girl s attitude of being responsible and dedicated is enough to show many things.

I really liked the service I received from Signature Mazda and would like to continue giving my business to Signature Mazda but I have a 2 year free oil change agreement I received at Midway Mazda that can't be carried over to Signature. If you can get me the same agreement I received from Midway I will happily bring all my business to Signature for the service life of my 2018 CX-5.

I would never ever but another car from Signature Mazda ever again. Be aware of Blair the Service Manager. He cannot be trusted and any negative reviews about him you will never get any of your service request resolve.

This is the ultimate model of a great dealership. Thisbis probably where my next car purchase will come from. Very helpful staff. They even let me test drive the 2017 mazda 3 with my whole family for a few hours, to top it all the salesguy didn't even bug me. He just called me to let me know that if i had any questions he can help me out whatever way he can to make it the best buying experience. Hats off to a Mr. Joe Munster. Hi, I bought an used Mazda 3 Sport about 3 weeks ago in Richmond. The sales person, Alice Lee, was very helpful!! She arranged a meet up for me with the financial person as I could not get in touch with her. I got only 1 key for my car and Mazda was supposed to provide me a second key. I was waiting for their phone call and nothing. When I called Alice to help me with this, they phoned me very soon. She was really the key person for me in Mazda. She was very organized, nice, helpful and what she promised me she fulfilled it.

Donald never tried to upsell me on other vehicles rather outlined what options i had within my budget. A huge thank you to these two as I would not be as happy with my purchase without them!

Had a good purchasing experience initially with Lucy as she's a great salesperson. After that a few things were very hit and miss. Additionally, if you buy a new vehicle make sure you check everything before leaving the lot. I didn't notice a small tear on the steering wheel until I was almost home. Now I always expect my hand to run over it and it has become quite annoying. Moreover, for such a small tear I thought it would be a ridiculously easy fix for the servicing team. Turns out it is not covered by warranty and I'll have to pay for someone to fix it. The servicing team seemed initially interested in trying to fix it with one even saying "I would be angry if that happened to my car".

Kelly's service was particularly enthusiastic, patiently explained to me, helped me find a very satisfactory lease, and got the car that day, especially thanks to Kelly.

Lucy chen was the staff member that helped me with the purchase of my mazda3. she was very efficient. Do what she can to achieve what i need of this car.

Picked up our CX9 at the end of March and Kelly Wei did a wonderful job all around. I update this review to 3 stars (was 2 stars) for the timely support from the service manager Arash at Signature Mazda. He is a good service manager by all means.

Being honest I'm still not happy about the complimentary car wash they provided. Also, I can feel the communication gap between the service and me. A service coordinator suggested me to replace my rear brake pads and rotors at 40,000km for over $500. He said they were less than 20% left but when I got home I found they are 40% and 30% left in the health check report. So I complained. Alright, they start to say they were not sure if I would come back after 3 month so it could be a safety issue. Well, if the service represented the information correctly, I will definitely come back for my safety instead of losing trust to this place. Hope they could do better.

My 2014 Mazda 3 GT is about 3 year old. The rear brake premature happened very strange. This is not my first car, usually rear brake won't go this fast. I found a recall, which is about parking brake system( the shaft is vey easy to corrode, then brake pads and rotors consume fast. Remember Vancouver rains a lot?) but it only for cars in USA. Canadian customer may have to take care of this risk by ourselves.

I will see how they do in the next time.

I went to Signature Mazda not knowing whether I wanted to get the Mazda 3 or the 6. I had Donald Li and Basil Choy who helped me significantly with my decision. They were very patient, never felt pushy with selling and at the same time being quite informative. I was able to test drive both vehicles quite thoroughly without them trying to rush a deal on me which helped with my decision on the Mazda 6. They also gave me some good recommendation and advice not only on which vehicle to choose but also with finance/lease, so for anyone who decides to visit Signature Mazda I'd definitely recommend looking for Donald or Basil.

Alice and Leo are exceedingly professional and friendly. 12 out of 10 satisfied experience with them. With their suggestion, I didn't even need days to make a decision because they customized the best leasing plan for me. I asked tons of questions but they answered all with full of patient. Signed a new Mazda3 sport by just one visit. Unbelievably efficient! Highly recommended!

After my "not so exciting" experience with a sales associate at Honda, I went into Mazda dealership with not much expectation. I have to say that my experience with Justin Kim was fantastic. He was calm, far from pushy (which is what I expected), listened to our needs, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. JUSTIN KIM is the name. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, no nonsense, and best of all NO SHADY BUSINESS! I was referred to Signature Mazda by my brother and his wife, who Justin had also helped about 6 months ago. I am so happy I decided to give big box car dealers another shot. Justin had complete transparency as he presented me with the monthly numbers and the deals he can and did try to give me. Justin was super respectful of where I stand financially and gave options that ACTUALLY made sense for my lifestyle as well as finances. Throughout my sit down with him, Justins efficiency, not being annoyingly aggressive, and of course the amazing deal he was able to work out for me was ultimately what made me decide on buying the car. All the things I asked for and he offered in the process was all met and on paper when all was said and done. The monthly payments we had talked about before sending my file for a bank approval was the exact numbers, to the cent, I had on the documents I needed to sign. Justin really pulled through with this one as I was thinking that I would never step into another dealership and just stick with private sales on craigslist as I have been for the past 10 years after the ridiculous 2 weeks I went through dealing with another dealership down the road. I basically battled for my deposit back at said dealership after trying to make me sign the finance papers which was DOUBLE the amount of what we initially agreed upon as they smiled and handed me a pen. I m so glad I read through the contract and double checked the numbers since they just tried to sweep it under the rug when I pointed it out saying that it was because of the 19% interest rate , it was an absolute horror story. Took my business to Signature Mazda and I was able to get 0.5% on the 2017 Mazda 6 GT that is basically the same price range as the other car I had intended to buy at the other dealership. After the sale, Justin didn t just disappear into the blue but made sure I knew everything there is to know about the car before I left the lot and gave me a nice little package with little things like chargers, beats earbuds, camping light, etc. (a tote bag full of stuff). Also just in case anyone is wondering about timeframes, I was in and out of Signature Mazda within about 2 hours with my new car insured, detailed and ready to go.

Huge plus for me was Justin remembered that the reason why my brother and his wife walked into Signature Mazda 6 months ago was because they needed to upgrade to an SUV for my now newly born niece we ve been expecting, in the goodie bag he gave me was a little Mazda teddy bear that Justin asked me to give to my niece. If that is not above and beyond customer service, I m not sure what is (and I myself also work in the customer service industry). I am sold on this group and team and stand behind them on how they run their business. Many thanks to Justin Kim, Joyce (Finance manager) and Signature Mazda for all your help and hard work on getting me into my very first brand new car stress free and flawlessly! We have seen highlander, Pilot, Explorer and so on, me and my wife love CX-9 the most from interior to exterior. With my Napa leather and rosewood console, I feel so warm inside my car. And their kodo design, makes CX-9 outstanding compares to Pilot and Highlander. Even CX-5 is awesome as well.

Another awesome point is that when you go for a vacation, drive your Mazda to there, and they will drive you to the airport, and safely park your car at their parking lot, of course they will pick you up at the time of return. Don t need to call your daddy or friend to drive you to airport anymore. The most important reason is of course their services. The sale person Kelly and Leo helped me through the whole process. They all very very friendly and expert. They lead you the washroom instead of tell you where is the washroom; they make you a coffee instead tell you where is the free coffee etc. I bet they have better service than you mom, haha, just kidding. And when comes to their profession, then they REALLY are professional about their cars, answer all your question. The speed of process is fast, I paid deposit on Sunday, they rush the delivery from the port Monday morning, they got the car in the afternoon, do the inspection and detailing, I got my sweet ride at Monday night, was that awesome. Of course, the price matters, they gave me a very good price and some accessories.
