Had a good purchasing experience initially with Lucy as she's a great salesperson. After that a few things were very hit and miss. Additionally, if you buy a new vehicle make sure you check everything before leaving the lot. I didn't notice a small tear on the steering wheel until I was almost home. Now I always expect my hand to run over it and it has become quite annoying. Moreover, for such a small tear I thought it would be a ridiculously easy fix for the servicing team. Turns out it is not covered by warranty and I'll have to pay for someone to fix it. The servicing team seemed initially interested in trying to fix it with one even saying "I would be angry if that happened to my car".
