Kelly from signature Mazda provided excellent renewal experience. She is patient but also proactive. Kelly was so kind to accommodate my busy schedule. This is my second renewal with Mazda CX-5. Kelly explained all improved features and added values of the newer model that fit my current needs. Although there were a small hiccup when signing the documents, she went out her way to make sure my concern is taken care. I would highly recommend Kelly for any future purchase. Spent months looking for the perfect compact SUV to replace my wife's 14 year old Accord. Just cant beat the CX-5 for features, value and fun-to-drive factor. Living in Richmond I headed over to Signature Mazda and William Li who did an awesome job helping us out. I thought I'd drive him crazy, but he was patient and let us make our decision in our own time - and got us a great deal as well. You don't often come across people that really care, not just seem to. And he really does.

Kudos to the dealership as well. Clean, bright. Everyone is positive and attentive. It's smaller than the other dealerships at the mall but full of heart.

Friendly staff but the wait time for a sales person was terrible. Appointment made for 4 PM but didn't get to see the sales until 4:30 PM. Perhaps it was due to a Saturday, showroom was really busy.

PS: there is free coffee.

Alice presented my options very well, and was attentive to the exact things I was looking for. She then introduced me to Alicia, who helped me test each of my options, as well as make sure that I was taken care of even through the long wait time. Danny (who had helped me 2 years ago) helped in finalizing the numbers even more, with Joyce at the business office being great too, working in financial details into conversation so it didn't seem like an interview.

Even now, the post-sale follow-up correspondence has been great!

Incredibly disappointed - Will never buy or work with this dealership again.

WAITED 45 MINUTES PAST MY SCHEDULED MEETING TIME, only to be presented with information I already had and be told there would be excessive fees to buy out the vehicle which includes and inspection fee.

Someone explain why I need to pay $600 dollars in inspection fees to buy the amount owing on the vehicle I've been driving for 5 years. I know the condition, that's why I want to buy it -- Not logical.

I just bought a 2017 Mazda6 GT Tech with the premium package from these guys and have to say I received prompt, honest and very timely help. After visiting several other locations the last stop was to Signature Mazda and although their Google review wasn't the greatest among other stores but I figured I should experience it for myself. As we (my wife and I) arrived to Signature Mazda we were immediately greeted by Arash. Within few minutes he had provided us with 2 golf size umbrellas to battle the rain and couple of Cappuccinos to keep us warm so we could easily walk around their large dealership and see all their selections. Arash was very impressive with his knowledge of Mazda and other brands we had compared the CX-5 with. Although we had driven the CX-5 at the other store but Arash insisted that we should drive the exact vehicle we had intended to purchase. After taking his recommendation we found a lot more about what really sets Mazda aside from the other comparatives. Throughout the whole process we found dealing with Arash was a breath of fresh air with his no pressure no hassle approach. Although we had always considering financing our vehicle but after weighing out the Lease vs. Finance option we were presented with, it was very clear that leasing was the best choice. We just bought a used Mazda CX-5 and we are so happy. There was a dent on the side which Cole did a great job and organising it to get fixed. Looks brand new. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Elaine to help with the financing and she was also amazing. Very happy thanks to both of you!!!

When it was time to replace my aging vehicle, I was attracted to the 0% interest financing event with Mazda. We went there Sunday morning and saw the car that very afternoon for delivery.

Kelly Wei was very knowledgeable about which car and trim would suit my needs and stayed true to my parameters I established early on. Her attitude of working with me to finding the car that fits gave me the confidence in making the final decision. The entire process was smooth and haggle free and she responses to me texts proficiently.

My car enthusiast boyfriend that tagged along who expressed interest in the new sporty convertible even got a test drive while they sorted out the paperwork.

We was looking for different cars for couple days, and came to Mazda to take a look as well, and went out with a car we wonted.

I had a pleasant, efficient experience here purchasing my first new car. The salesperson, Kelly Wei, was exceptionally friendly and patient with me as she walked me through the process of selecting, test driving, and purchasing a vehicle. (And because it was my first car, I needed a lot of help!)

She went through several different model and feature options until we settled on one that was right for me. When the price was getting out of my range, she helped me shave off features until it became do-able. We then looked at the different possibilities for financing the car, until we found what I was comfortable with.

The car was ready for pick-up in just three days! And when I got it, Kelly even reimbursed me for the cab I took to get to the dealership. It was a great experience and I will almost certainly be back here for my next vehicle.

William and Joyce helped me get this 30th anniversary mx-5. Waited 5 months. William told me the car would be ready on Friday, but actually I drove it home on Wednesday. Overall wonderful experience.

The staff here are kind and courteous, and sincere, especially if you have any questions, they will continue to answer for you and take the initiative to respond. I bought the Mazda CX-3 GT white interior, which is hard to find in Canada, but they all have a way to help me, showing their dedication to the guests.

When I went to Mazda we were looking for a car and we wanted the price of the Mazda6 and in 3 days we got the car. We were the first customer for an employee named Lucy Chen so they gave us a car charger and a camcorder for free. And Mazda was very helpful and they gave us a very good price. And at other car dealers they don't show us the buttons that we don't know but Mazda is one of the best car dealers I have ever been too.

Munir in the parts department has been the greatest help in acquiring parts for me. Definitely the most knowledgeable Mazda parts advisor I've dealt with for the past 10 years.
